Alles, was man für ein 5-Stern-Hotel erwarten darf. Wir wurden außerdem upgegradet und hatten ein sensationelles Appartement. ENDLICH genügend Liegestühle und Schatten durch den pinien-bewaldeten Garten. Auflagen für die Liegen werden erst im Laufe des Vormittags gebracht, daher kein Stress mit Urlaubern, die ab 6 Uhr in der Früh alle Liegen für den ganzen Tag reservieren. Der Strand und das Meer sind sauber, die Lage an den roten Klippen - wundervoll.
Für die Anzahl Sterne und den Preis müsste alles PERFEKT sein. Die Gartenanlage wird nicht vollständig frei von Müll am Boden gehalten. Der Großteil des Personals ist über die Maßen bemüht und freundlich, aber nicht alle. Die Preise der Restaurants und Bars am Areal sind - bei aller Qualität - VOLLSTÄNDIG überteuert. Wenn man Frühstück oder Halbpension aufbuchen möchte ist das System der enthaltenen und nicht enthaltenen Restaurants bzw. wie und wieviel man dort zahlt oder nicht zahlt unübersichtlich und kostenmäßig nicht interessant.

Die Preisgestaltung bei den Getränken und Essen ist absolut nicht angemessen ( eine Kugel Eis 4 !!!!! Euro ) Aber man kann ja außerhalb gut und günstig essen und trinken

My stay at Pine Cliffs was absolutely perfect. We stayed in a ocean suite with two bedrooms overlooking a small square. The rooms were spotless, beautiful and quiet. Cleaning ladies did an amazing job; they really went the extra mile. More about the property. The garden is super relaxing. I loved to relax underneath the trees in the garden, while overlooking the sea and hearing the crickets in the background. This may be one of the most beautiful and relaxing places I have ever been in the world. Although the hotel can host many people, it still feels personal as there are many people working at all facilities at the hotel. Also, I love to exercise which I was able to do in many different ways at the property. I joined a yoga class which was amazing outside in the garden, went swimming in the indoors pool, went for a run on the beach, and exercised in the gym. It is all possible at Pine Cliffs! It was a very relaxing stay and we will definitely come back!
It is a 5 star resort, which makes is logical that restaurant prices are in that genre. However, then I also expect high quality which the hotel unfortunately is not able to deliver in all outlets. We went for dinner in the Pescador and in a more cafe style restaurant (I forgot the name). And prices are more than double the prices of restaurants outside the hotel, but the quality of food is not that much better, unfortunately. For example, in the Pescador I order a raw tuna steak and got it very well done. We also ordered a Sole (45€) and it was extremely salty and not very tasty. We mentioned it to the waiters but nothing really happened (expect the tuna they wanted to redo but I do not like to waste food). On a more positive note: the champagne bar had the best views at sunset and drinks: a must visit!!
