Negativ:: Very expensive and the surprising thing about this hotel is their children policy, they consider any child above 7 an adult and you should pay for him as one. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids, below 12 years old, and I traveled to different countries around the world . I usually reserve one room for us but never paid any extra unless I requested an extra bed. In this hotel I paid 150 euro extra per child per night. I paid the extra amount because I did not want to ruin our vacation in spite of that most hotels in Antalya have a better children policy and would not have cost me that much. Internet was very bad: we couldn’t get connected from any where of the hotel

Negativ:: Very disappointing welcoming and attitude from reception staff and front office manager, they are very rude and don’t offer any help, they make you simply feel guilty for choosing their hotel!!! I felt like canceling my entire booking with them as this was supposed to be the first impression! They give me the room key without explaining any of the hotel services and privileges and when I asked the reception staff he asked me rudely to read the booklet!! I will never book this hotel again!

Negativ:: Das Personal scheint nicht für Kundenservice geschult zu sein. Sie bezahlen für rund um Service, aber anscheinend gilt das Motto: Seien Sie zufrieden mit dem, was sie kriegen.

Positiv:: Das Hotel und seine Anlage sind fuer die gesamte Familie ein Traum - das Essen im Hauptrestaurant bietet eine sehr gute Auswahl an Speisen und das Personal ist super freundlich. Insbesondere der Kids Club und sein Team "Bary Star" haben einen unfassbaren sensationellen Job gemacht. Rundum ein Traumurlaub fuer die ganze Familie.

Negativ:: Die Flexibilitaet an der Rezeption haette etwas ausgedehnter seien duerfen. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft sind gegeben, allerdings wird es leider etwas komplizierter, wenn man spezielle Anfragen hat (Besucher, late Check out)

Positiv:: We had an incredible time at Lara Barut! Everything was perfect. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This resort is truly made for all ages, the facilities are just awesome! We booked a corner room with a jacuzzi in the balcony and a sea view; we were delighted with what we got. A 4 night stay ended up being a 5 night stay! The kids club was phenomenal and so were the staff there. We also loved the splash park and the water slides for kids! The events and activities that took place daily at the resort were so much fun and entertaining. There is also a wide range of dining options. The main restaurant has a very rich and diverse buffet during all meals (with a nice gluten free/lactose free small section). We also tried the pizzeria (best gluten free pizza ever!), the seafood (good) and the bbq (amazing). Awesome patisserie too! The resort is huge, and even with full occupancy you can still get some privacy and comfort. I would definitely go back to this resort!

Negativ:: Worst 5 star hotel I've ever visited. Total waste of money. Concierge was not even capable of making a basic phone call for us to rent a car. Room service did not deliver food we have order to our room, they brought totally different things. Room service menu is too limited, completely useless. Air condition didn't work well. It was too hot to sleep. Breakfast was poor. Horrible eggs selection. Oversized hotel. Too many children hopping around all over the hotel.

Negativ:: I stayed in Delphin Diva premier with three friends and all four of us had a terrible experience. We paid for a room with partial sea view but our room had no sea view. I walked to the left corner of my balcony and craned my neck and only then could I spot the sea. The breakfast items were tasteless and stale. There were a few restaurant options for dinner. The staff wouldn't let us in even if there were just a few people in there because they said they only take bookings in advance. They would say they were fully booked when half the tables were vacant! So the first night we ate at the main hall and the next morning we made reservations at the restaurants. Needless to say, food was stale and tasteless. The drinks being served at bars were shockingly bad. The iced coffee didn’t have any ice! Although the iced coffee served to us in the main hall was good. Everywhere in the resort, the fries were stale. How hard is it to get fries wrong? The resorts staff was not helpful and wouldn’t have much information about anything they were asked. They didn't even understand basic English which was surprising since they work at a resort where majority of the guests were foreigners! The floors of the hotel were always sticky. There was a strange smell prevalent in every corner of the hotel. I got a pedicure at the spa which resulted in the technician poking my toe with her tools and making it bleed. The pool water was always bitingly cold. It seemed that nothing in this resort matched even the basic standard. We woke up everyday wondering what will disappoint us that day. I came back home feeling horrible and nauseous about my disappointing holiday rather than feeling refreshed the way one does after a holiday. None of my friends had a good time. We had been planning this holiday for years and had left our children behind but this holiday turned out to be a waste of time and money! I would request a compensation for the terrible service provided by Delphin Diva...

Guys ask every five minutes if you want to drink. Service is of high level. Animations was good. Kids animators also were very interested. All people were making their job really not for formality but for real satisfaction of the clients.

Great snacks during the day and excellent buffet on dinner. We were there on our honeymoon and we got two special gifts: a dinner in the hotel’s restaurant and a breakfast to the room. They were really generous.

Positiv:: we stayed here for 4 nights for honeymoon and we were amazed how great everything was! The food was different each morning and night, there is something going on as entertainment each night and the drinks are free. on poolside they have a list of cocktails but you can find waiters that know how to make other cocktails and the staff there is really accommodating. We had a room on fifth floor with the spa bathtub and it was great. The sheets and bedding is one of the best i had in a hotel. Location is distant from the city but you have everything you might need in the resort. we took a stroll to Lara (by foot) and it took us 35 minutes to get there. On our way there we visited couple of agencies for tours and excursions. We booked one day trip to Antalya and another day we went to Hammam in Belek. Both excursions were really cheap (50 euro 2 persons for Antalya and 30 euro 2 persons Hammam) We loved it and will be back next year :)

Negativ:: Staff needs customer service courses. Particularly reception was poor and staff do not really have welcome attitude. Staff often distracted and not listening to customer. On occasion the reception staff was busy with their personal mobile phone. Staff has different uniforms, some of them serving in restaurant with normal personal clothes.

Positiv:: Good resort for the price during 5 nights, not really a 5 * but close, ocean view room and jacuzzi, room was cleaned every day, modern decor and cozy, food was delicious at buffet. Lots of kids in the hotel, but you can relax in one of the pools (relax pool) without children's noise. The staff are friendly, everything is cleaned 100% daily cleanliness. I recommend it in the low season, because in the high season prices increase a lot.

Man sieht es an den Türen, bei denen im unteren Drittel der Lack im wahrsten Sinn des Wortes ab ist oder an den Sanitäteinrichtungen, bei denen die etwas verdeckten Stellen, keimig aussehen. Was richtig genervt hat, war die Gästebetreuung. Sie kamen bereits am ersten Tag an und baten uns kurz Feedback zu geben. So weit so gut. Allerdings bekamen wir direkt nach kurzem persönlichen Gespräch ein Tablet in die Hand gedrückt und wurden im Besein des dreiköpfigen Teams gebeten, das Feedback bei Holiday Check zu geben. Kein Wunder, dass dort die Bewertung sehr positiv ist, wenn tagtäglich dutzende Gäste so zu Feedback genötigt werden.

Positiv:: Everything else was amazing.! The negative is in no mean a reason to avoid one from booking. It is simple upgrades that would make a 9 rating a 10. On to the good stuff. The entertainment staff need an applause. They are energetic and interactive with the guests. We played volleyball, water polo, water gym and yoga which is hosted by the entertainment team. We had the pleasure of having Mert sit with us during the dinner evening of Victory Day celebrations. The evening entertainment is world class. On Wednesday evening we watched the acrobatics act made up of performers from Morocoo, Russia, Ethiopia and 4 other countries. On Thursday night we watched the dancers and strength performances from a crew from Cuba for the Havana themed night. Friday night was turned into an array of red and white to mark Victory Day. We checked out on Saturday so missed out on the Mongolian circus acrobatics. I'm not sure if the entertainment is always this classy and fabulous. We loved it. The food from the main restaurant for breakfast and supper is lovely. A vibrant spread of variety. Enough to keep your plate different for a week. The pizza and gozleme tent was just what you need for a day out at the pools and beaches. The staff here are very friendly. Special mention to Mahsuuni who was very pleasant in making consversation whilst preparing our pizza. You can see the different staff teams take pride in their work and service from reception to the kitchen staff to the waiters, barmen, cleaners and entertainment staff. We had planned to go out to tour the town but once we hit the hotel there was no way we were leaving until checkout! This was the 1st time visiting Liberty Lara and hopefully not the last. We've told our family how amazing and family friendly the resort is for a family vacation. Just a note on the hammam. The experience was lovely however the staff at the spa are quick to lure you into booking with out mentioning that it is a unisex hammam!

Negativ:: The gym is in dire need of a makeover. My husband and I thought we could do some interval training on the 2 bicycles however they are in no user friendly condition. I managed to do some dumbell training but had to keep moving to allow space for the other people to move around. The 2 sad gym mats are torn in more than 1 place. No Pilates band or Pilates balls. Very dissapointed in the gym. The bathrooms are also in need of a revamp. I found the bath tub tiny and I'm a small person. It leaks out a lot as the shower door is too small. A simple removal of the bathtub and replacing with a shower will make a huge difference to the space. A bathrobe in the room would be a nice touch. A single seater couch and Ottoman would also be a nice touch to avoid one sitting on the bed in their costumes.

Negativ:: Das Personal ist sehr launisch, mal nett, mal wird auch einfach 10 Minuten vor der Zeit geschlossen. Das Essen ist oftmals lieblos zubereite, teils eklig (manchmal sind Buffets aber auch gut). Der Balkonausblick zeigte die Fassade vom (riesigen) Nachbarhotel, das Mobiliar war wirklich abgewohnt/angeranzt (z.B. fehlte die Tür ehemals vorhandene Tür zur karg gefüllten Minibar), Bad ist mäßig hygienisch usw. Wirklich ganz klare Empfehlung hier nicht herzukommen, denn die Preise sind ja durchaus marktüblich und für vergleichbares Geld gibt es viel bessere Qualität.

Man ist sehr bemüht das Essen abwechselungsreich zu gestalten und ständig gibt es tagsüber und abends Animationsangebote. Wenn man mittags auscheckt ist es kein Problem die Annehmlichkeiten des Hotels zu nutzen bis der Flieger abends geht. Das fanden wir echt entspanned und kullant vom Hotel.

Positiv:: Very welcoming staff, excellent food, great organisation of locations and timings, and above all wonderful day and night entertainment for kids and grown ups. NB.: late check out rooms are one of a kind and just might have placed this hotel in antalya above all the rest, please keep it up and keep rewarding your staff for excellent attitude and responsiveness at anytime(including the bell boys for quick service and even ordering a cab for return to airport). Really enjoyed the stay there with my wife and son.

They said we have to pay even if we stay for 1H after 12:00 No place for kids (baby) area food. I have baby 9 months old couldn’t find anything to give them Beds are very small and mattress is very bad. When you sit on it it goes down. Other than that rest are all okay

Negativ:: The hotel rooms and materials are to old and damaged. Many things that should be in the room for a five stars hotel was not there. The bath was too small and not enough space for two persons at the same time. No ventilation on the bath so you have to wait long time after your shower to use mirror. There is some periods in the day that you can not find anything to eat on a All inclusive hotel. The drinks that they serve is not real one. Wines are the cheapest and lowest quality that finds. Even a staff can talk English very well including reception staff

Negativ:: Zimmer war nur oberflächlich sauber. Jemand vor uns hatte lange schwarz Haare ... Balkon war gar nicht geputzt.

Negativ:: Das ständige nachfragen nach Klopapier und Handtücher hat mich genervt, da wir jedesmal nur 2 bekommen haben obwohl ich das Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht hatte.

Negativ:: - The house keeping of the room was poor and I complained to the duty manager and he took immediate action. - They gave me different room than what I booked on the first day and I complained to the guest relations and the room was changed on the 2nd day to the right room, but when I showed the room setup from booking.com website they told me we don’t have this kind of setup in our hotel, but after I insisted they gave me the same setup room, it was very strange behavior from the front desk staff???!!!. - The air conditioning was very poor and on the last night the air conditioning and the WIFI was not working.

Negativ:: Die Betten waren nicht so angenehm, da hätte ich für den Preis was besseres erwartet. Außerdem hat mich das ständige bitten nach Klopapier und Handtücher genervt, da ich jedesmal nur 2 bekommen habe; obwohl ich einen Zimmer für 3 Personen gebucht hatte.

Negativ:: Pool is old, bathrooms in rooms are way to old and dirty, main restaurant must be split in to as it is crazy during dinner. You need to fight for a table and than on has to stay guarding the table while the other can get some food. Meaning you never eat together and this on your holiday...

Positiv:: The hotel was clean although a little dated in parts and the majority of the staff were friendly. A very peaceful resort. Lots of markets and bazaars near to the hotel for some retail therapy. The food in the bookable restaurants is very good but there is a surcharge which is worth paying.

Negativ:: Despite the fact that it was 28 degrees outside during the day, the air conditioning in our room was completely ineffective. when i asked for it to be repaired, i was told that it was switched off as it was winter. when i asked for a fan i was told that there were no fans available. Therefore sleeping was uncomfortable as our room was so hot. Dogs were allowed on the "private" beach and were seen fouling on the sand where children were playing. The food in the main hotel buffet was awful. It reminded me of school dinners. Stewed vegetables and lots of casserole type meals. There was very little choice for a gluten free diet. The coffee was so bad that we walked to a local supermarket to buy sachets to use in our room, and the fresh juices at breakfast was so watered down that it tasted awful. None of the outside pools are heated in October so it was too cold to go in the water, and the wooden decking around the pools is badly in need of repair as it is decaying and i badly cut my foot on it. There was limited entertainment and so there was very little to do in the evening once the restaurants had closed. Also the choice of wine within the hotel isn't great although it grew on us through the week.

Positiv:: I liked the variety of foods, housekeepers were nice and always smiling and I want to thank Mr.Ahmet for upgrading my room to an amazing room without any extra charges. The Girls working in guest relations were nice and helpful.

Negativ:: No smile from dinner shift waiters and waitress(Except one person), The Security guys and many staffs don't know even a basic English, and I think there should be some more benefits for those who stay more than a week (Like free transportation to airport)

Positiv:: Great entertainment, great food, lots of fun and activities. The beach was great and the staff service was decent. the all inclusive is amazing

Negativ:: I had fallen sick from eating something at the restaurant. I lost an entire two days trying to recover and to top if off I was slapped with 420 Euro bill for seeing the resort doctor. This was not cool.

Positiv:: Frühstück war etwas besser als das Mittagessen und Abendessen, aber auch nicht besonders gut

Negativ:: Das Essen war schlecht, Zimmerservice nie jemand ans Telefon gegangen.....

Positiv:: Love the resort itself. Was beautiful, the deco was perfect, room was nice and spacious, there is plenty of bars and outdoor facilities. The spa is lush.

Negativ:: Didn't like the service of some of the staff. All of them are miserible, non provide a service with a smile and non speak a word of english, so it is very hard for UK people to communicate. Also they favour the Russians and Germans over everyone else.

Positiv:: The food and the pools and the peer night party was fantastic . Great staff and service.

Negativ:: i want to say that i would add some shade on the kinder pool , and i would be more careful on the U shape Pool Water Slide cause i tor up my Swimming Shorts :-) .

Negativ:: I went to the doctor and want to cancel him the boy told me you can't cancel and ask the doctor to come and he is coming from outside the hotel but he was lying to me and the doctor was inside the hotel they didn't allow me to cancel the doctor and they start to shout at me to pay the money all what is important the money . This is not good dealing

Positiv:: The staff is amazing, the food, the show everything..what I liked the most that the staff speaks different languages and they are willing to help whenever you need...

Positiv:: Adalya Elite is itself a city in Antalya with water park, beach, plenty of food options. We didnt want to go outside to see city as there are lot of enjoyment options in this hotel. Great rooms, very clean, bars and food everywhere all the time.

Negativ:: Lunch & Dinner timings are not as per normal routine. Dinner time starts at 7 pm when even sun is shining outside as Sunset was around 8.20 pm. Dinner time ends at 9.30 which was too early. Room service was not good as we had placed door reminder many times during the day but no one came in till I myself has to go and inform the room service people that our room needs make up. Even room service people from our room phone never picked call. 5 stars shouldnt be like this.

Positiv:: All together Adalya Elite is an excellent All-inclusive Resort. You don't need to leave the hotel, everything is free inside, except for some small things, such as the SPA-Area, Photo-Shootings, Bingo and the Arcade games. But if you want to make a trip to Antalya, the bus station is only 100 meters away from the hotel. There are some shops around the hotel, but for shopping, a trip to Antalya is definitely worth it. The entertainment crew was really exceptional. From the first day on we felt welcomed and since they all introduced themselves already on day one, we felt like we had many friends in the Resort. Compared to other hotels this is really a plus. The pools are very clean and the range of food in the outdoor area is great. There is a list of about 20 alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, which you can order at any bar. The beach is unfortunately very stony, but there were, although it was very crowded, enough sunbeds. When we arrived, the deck was opened as well. Lying there is great. There is also a bar. However, you have to walk pretty far to find the toilets, as there are no sanitary areas on the beach. The rooms are clean, there is a spacious bathroom with a huge shower, unfortunately, no bathtub. The mini bar is filled every day with Coke, Fanta, Sprite and one Efes beer.

Negativ:: We came to the hotel at the end of April and didn't expect it to be so full. Even though most of the countries didn't have school vacations any more, there were many children and the hotel was really crowded. This was especially a problem when it came to breakfast and lunch. At 7 pm hundreds of people flocked in the food area, and the hotel crew couldn't manage this amount of people. There is an adult area. But of course, it is also very full. But you can find a good spot if you come after 8:30. The food was ok but compared to other 5 star hotels in the region is somehow boring. There was no variation in the buffet (especially for breakfast). The Variety of the fruits was very boring; we did expect more than apples and bananas. Every evening they served strawberries, which was nice, but after seven days, we really felt its time for a change. During the day, however, there are plenty of other places to eat at the resort. The A la Carte Chinese restaurant is no visit worth it. We went there to eat sushi but they only served three different kind of sushi, and many dishes were unfortunately not available. The staff was very friendly, but for a restaurant visit, we expected more. The room has thin walls which you can hear your neighbours through. It will be a problem if they have loud kids. We had not booked the room with sea view. That would not have been worth it, because you will look more at the pools than at sea. However, it looks like a new hotel is being built next door. Every morning we were woken up by loud excavators carrying away the first rubble.

Positiv:: Everything.... food, service, pools, beach, water park, cleanliness. This is the most amazing resort ever in Lara beach... Service was absolutely fantastic. Staff are extremely friendly. Because of my wife's birthday, reception upgraded us to a dulpex room.

Negativ:: Photography people keep nagging you to buy from them. The prices in the shopping area of the hotel is extremely high. It is impossible to buy anything. My wife wanted to buy a simple beach flip flop - they wanted to sell it for 350 Lira - while the same flip flop can be bought in any shoes shop for 10 Lira.

Negativ:: 1- Room house keeping is so poor and requires more attention. I have informed the guest relation but they didn’t improve during my stay. 2- pools and the surrounding requires more attention with respect to hygiene.

Positiv:: Hotel is beautiful, big and nicely decorated. Room is spacious clean comfortable and really beautiful. There are a lot of activities available and many shows. Food is really good and varied and literally everything is available 24/7. Really loved it, will go back again

Negativ:: They are missing iron and iron board for pressing clothes

Negativ:: Most staff dont speak English but eager to help. Very poor check in process. Spent 3 hours doing the check in, while changing rooms 3 times. Again, staff are nice and trying.

Positiv:: Lovely behaviour of staff, nice rooms and beds, excellent and plenty of a variety of delicious and healthy food. Food available nearly all the time. Tea, coffee and soft drinks all the time. Hotel is kept clean all the time. Any problem is sorted very quickly.

Positiv:: Der Service war sehr gut. Als Gast ist man dort sehr gut aufgehoben.

Negativ:: Lautstärke von der Straße sowie dem Innenhof. Die Fliesen in der Lobby sind bei Nässe sehr rutschig. Meine Frau ist leider ausgerutscht. Die Duschwanne ist glatt, die Tiefpunkt liegt nicht beim Einlauf, sodass Wasser stehen bleibt.

Rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were cleaned daily. Shower facility was good. Swimming pool, beech facilities were good.

Negativ:: They asked me to pay extra 60 euros for my son although I booked 2 rooms to accommodate 6 persons and that was confirmed with booking .com but they told it's not their fault booking.com were not accurate in their booking details so they blamed booking.com

Positiv:: Lara they were nice to me when I came they knew it was my birthday they celebrate it by giving me a free dinner for me and my family at one of restaurant

Negativ:: there are some staff nice but the rest of them are rude and not ethical and racist .... Because am an Arab specially Saudi they don’t treat us very good they say bad things about Arabs in Turkish they think that we don’t understand but we know what they are saying . -One of the staff at the spa was going to hit me because the towel went down in a fish sink and I didn’t notice it was by mistake ... He did all of that because I’m Saudi !!!! -Another guy from the staff started to say bad things about my country !!! -at the last day we wanted a taxi to go to the airport we were negotiating about the price from one of the hotel guys he started to talk Turkish and saying bad things about Arabs and he yelled at us ! -when I went to the manger he didn’t took an action I wasn’t very satisfied and I was not happy I came to lara family club to enjoy my holiday and celebrate my birthday but it was very bad trip I don’t recommend you this club because the staff are very very racist.

Positiv:: Loved that there were so many options of food to eat! We could have breakfast, lunch and dinner and many snack options. It was a fantastic family destination the kids loved the pool and water slide. The spa was great. The location of the hotel is central to many other places.

Positiv:: Everything. Can’t fault the hotel or the staff they were excellent.

Negativ:: The guests. Absolutely disgusting with their greed on the food. People taking 18 bananas at a time, 6 eggs in the morning with their all ready over filled plate, people getting over 20 cakes for dessert, one child with 12 pancakes on his plate, people pushing in the food line so they could get more onto their plate, the rudeness of how they spoke to staff - it was embarrassing, their behaviour was vile. How the staff put up with it I do not know.
