It was very difficult to find the Budget location. It would be so simple to add the directions to the confirmation and pickup information. The help center was no help and calling the actual pickup sight didn't work because they didn't answer up the phone and so the "help center" answered each time. The customer service people were very nice and helpful, but I wasn't able to get the vehicle that I needed and one of the vehicles given to me needed an oil change so I had to go back inside and get a different vehicle.Bewertet am 9. Juli 2023

I did not get the vehicle I wanted. Instead of a subcompact (which can fit 5), I got a car for 4… there was not even a price difference. I believe I should've gotten some sort of reimbursement for having to sacrifice what I actually rented. I had to make double the trips.Bewertet am 26. Juni 2023

I got to the pickup location only to be greeted by an extremely rude employee. I was rudely told we don’t have a car for you even if you have a reservation. Very poor experience to say the very least.Bewertet am 1. Feb. 2023

Very hard to find location, and the first employee was incredibly unhelpful. Told us they only had mini vans when we could visibility see jeep car keys on the hook. When asked they finally gave us the jeep we booked. Took over an hour to get our car.Bewertet am 20. Okt. 2022

My car reservation was unfulfilled by Budget despite receiving multiple notifications my car was reserved. I went to pick up my car and they didn’t have a car for me or help me find another car in the area. However, I was able to use a different car rental service and Budget awarded me a 3 day voucher for a free rental . All the Budget staff were friendly and professional.Bewertet am 20. Juli 2022
