I like the car and the price. I don’t know how this company still functioning! The won’t provide insurance and you don’t know it until you are there to pick the car. They held $2500 from a guy who doesn’t have Canadian insurance provider. Costume service is soooooooo poor. Avoid if you can.Bewertet am 7. Mai 2023

Our flight got delayed by weather. I phoned the agent at the check in desk as soon as the wheels touched down and he said that he would wait for us. He then left and we were unable to get our car. Had to rent one at another agency for considerably more money. Very unhappy with the situation. I realize that our plane was delayed. I am not angry that the desk was closed, but rather with the fact that the agent said he would wait and then didn't. I will never book with this company again!Bewertet am 14. Apr. 2023

The car itself was good but it wasn't properly cleaned, they added extra charges, the staff treated the people in front of us rudely, the shuttle was difficult to access when we arrived, and the shuttle driver drove recklessly. We won't be booking Economy Rental car at Toronto Pearson again.Bewertet am 25. März 2023

At your site, they say that is a very economic prize. Then, at the moment to pick up the car,they charge you an insurance fee, even if you have that in your credit card( they do not accept). It is tricky.Bewertet am 16. März 2023

The staff's attitude was very unprofessional. The pick up experience had a long delay. No one was answering the phone for 20 mins. They hung up on me couple times. The drop off service was even worse. The made me wait for 45 minutes to drop off!Bewertet am 25. Feb. 2023

I needed to make a change to the booking and it was impossible. I needed to add days and was told that they couldn't do that, that I would have to wait until I picked up the car and see if it would be possible. This was an immediate answer, they didn't check to see if it would be possible. Second time that I've found booking through Kayak is just not worth the money saved. Will not use again.Bewertet am 7.
