Positiv:: Die Lage ist sehr gut, nicht ganz ruhig gelegen, jedoch ist man ganz schnell am Strand und beim Shoppen, Restaurants gibt es überall um die Ecke.
Negativ:: Das Frühstück war qualitativ einfach gehalten mit schlechten Croissants, billigem Chorizo und Käse. Das Frühstück ist den Preis meiner Meinung nach nicht wert. Das Internet ist sehr sehr langsam und erfordert eine tägliche Reaktivierung.

Positiv:: Couldn't be more central in Los Boliches. Literally two minutes from rail station and two minutes from beach and Paseo with all the restaurants. Rooms recently refurbished so clean and comfortable. Always someone around for key. Ideal if you want to fly in to Malaga, not bother with a car and enjoy Fuengirola.

Positiv:: Everything was perfect. Due to a last minute appointment in Cordoba we had to ring the Hostal to let them know of our late arrival but the staff dealt with the delay with no fuss whatsoever. The location is superb being close to the local train station, shops and restaurants and the room itself was immaculate. It also had a walk-in shower which we had requested. Have booked again.
Negativ:: The fact that the Hostal is not open during the winter months. Living in inland rural Andalucia we enjoy short trips to the coast throughout the year but have not found anywhere to match the Hostal CostaBella.

Positiv:: The location was excellent, hopped on a train from Malaga airport, got out at the location, had a 3 min walk. Right in the center of town loads of restaurants cafes bars shops close buy, the beach 1 street over, rooms spotless bed comfortable, cost of stay very reasonable, tv in the room, but all Spanish channels ( not a big issue) bed very comfortable. In all very pleased and would definitely stay there again

Positiv:: Pool, beach right at your feet, drinks bar, massage available by the pool, except it was quiet expensive, €30 for 20 minutes. The facial was incredible - strongly recommend over any massage. It's a must actually for a couple!
Negativ:: No fridge or iron in bedroom, €12 for room service which was so expensive. We got it one night. The room service menu had very few dinner options also. The balcony in our room was small for the price. They charge €2 for a small Bottle of water also, so def ensure to bring a big case of 2ltrs water when coming back from shopping centre via taxi, so as not to to carry them!! Staff are fabulous, but a bit slow they take your drinks orders, kinda had to be waiting 5-10 minutes though they aren't even busy. All around I really enjoyed this fabulous spa hotel and strongly recommend.

Negativ:: Ich war im "Haus Mijas", dort hört man leider jeder Türe, das Housekeeping und den Minibar Service sehr laut, ab 07:00 ist die Nacht vorbei - ausschlafen ist Fehlanzeige..... man hört einfach alle Geräusche so laut als wäre es die eigene Hotel Türe die zufliegt.

Negativ:: Be careful, very large complex. Room was originally in Pablo Marina which is slap bang on top of main motorway, very noisy on balcony and full of fumes. Luckily they moved us after two days without fuss. Needed to use medical centre for ear infection again be careful €90 charge to just prescribe anti inflamatories

Spotlessly clean, safe, air con, fridge, comfortable bed, great shower! Mercedes and Antonio are so welcoming and friendly... they go above and beyond to ensure your stay is a great one! Stayed a few times now...it’s my go to hotel for my last min short break hols! Excellent value for money! Highly recommend!

Positiv:: Wegen eines Buchungsfehlers wurden wir spontan für die ersten 3 Nächte in einem 2 Sterne Hotel in der Nähe untergebracht. Dort war zwar das Zimmer größer, jedoch die Sauberkeit und der Service im La Morena waren sehr viel besser. Besonders Antonio mit all seinen Aufgaben war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam. So einen Mitarbeiter kann sich jeder Chef nur wünschen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Wir kämen gerne wieder.
Negativ:: Die Wände der Zimmer sind sehr geräuschdurchlässig. Parkplatzsuche ist in der Innenstadt etwas schwierig, entweder auf einem kostenpflchtigen (mit Hotelrabatt) Parkplatz oder weiter entfernt in einer der Wohnstraßen möglich.

Positiv:: Es wurde in vollem Umfang auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Komplettes Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück erstaunlich gut. Hotel sauber. Fuenghirola selbst erhält keinen Schönheitspreis, aber in der direkten Umgebung des Hotels sind ohne Ende Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Busbahnhof, Bahnhof und Strand gleich um die Ecke. Alles bestens!

Negativ:: Elevators! They were very slow, some of the floor lights did not illuminate when selected, and prior to getting to the bottom floor, patrons on the “E” or “1” floor would board an elevator going down, select a upper floor and the elevator would change directions and go back up which forced the riders wishing to continue to ride back up further wasting time. On several of the floors when selected either the “Up” or “Down”, both buttons would light up. Also the direction/floor indicator inside the cage didn’t work!

Negativ:: The area is primarily caters to the tourist industry which is okay for some people, however if you want to experience the local culture, i would not recommend this place.

Positiv:: Great location, pleasant & helpful staff, great choice of breakfast, clean,had gym,sauna & Jacuzzi indoors & pool & Jacuzzi outside which were amazing. The pool at night was lit up by colour changing lights that looked fantastic. The sea view from room on balcony was very relaxing.
Negativ:: Had to rent a key for the fridge in the room which we thought a bit petty. Most mornings there were people queuing to put towels on sun loungers but I suppose that's an age old problem. Restaurant for dinner was buffet style so it's just that we like table service in the evening so went out to eat.

Positiv:: Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist nicht weit vom Flughafen Malaga entfernt. Zu Fuß ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand und in der Umgebung gibt es direkt einen Supermarkt und zahlreiche Restaurants.
Negativ:: Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und leider hat man das Nachts sehr gemerkt, wenn die Party Gäste zurück gekommen sind!

The enertainment was shocking every night worst Ive ever seen was absolutely boring even mh little girl didnt do the mini club disco cause it was so repeative . We had a late flight and asked about late check out and it wasnt available and had it been available you would have had to pay half the value of the room (€80) no mention of a courtesy room which has always been offered at every other hotel we have stayed at . Just a shower by reception -with a small baby no thank you. Wont stay here again

Negativ:: Beim Betreten des Zimmers komischer Geruch. Mottenkugeln? Wurde nachts mehrmals wach, weil die Arme juckten. Als Mückenspray nicht half und ich keine Mückenstiche sah, bemerkte ich unter dem Kopfkissen drei Bettwanzen, die ich zerdrückte. Ebenso unter dem zweiten Kopfkissen. Als ich zur Rezeption gehen wollte, ging die Tür nicht mehr auf. Da der Schlüssel für die Elektrik in einen Wandschalter eingesteckt werden musste, hatte ich die Tür mit einem Drehknopf verschlossen. Tür konnte nur einen Spalt geöffnet werden bis zur Sicherung. Rief die Rezeption per Handy an. Tür wurde mit Werkzeug geöffnet und ich bekam neue Bettwäsche und Kopfkissen. Hatte zuerst Bedenken, ins Bett zu gehen. Später versuchte ich es, wurde aber nach kurzer Zeit wieder durch Juckreiz wach. Wieder mehrere Bettwanzen unter dem Kopfkissen. Da war für mich die Nacht vorbei...

What annoyed was no change of linen in 9 nights after telling the maid to come back after 9am. were on holiday We are not complainers and just put up with things so the score is correct.Would i rate this higher than La mereno hotel yes it was more spacious. Would i rate this over last years apartment opposite telepizza booked on airbnb down the road no i would go there,but overall great location and fanastic holiday. My tip and my boyfriends is changed the pillows they are too hard /warm softer is better.Good job though and wish you the best.

Positiv:: The location is perfect one stop before Fuengorila - Los Blotches on the train, a stones throw to the beautiful beach, close to lovely variety of amazing restaurants The receptionists were all lovely and attentive, but I have to give a special mention to "Sara" at the desk she was brilliant she explained everything in fine detail and even though was busy at times she still helped everyone. She was just really nice to deal with. Very professional and very pleasant also. The location is great, lovely big pool, great kids pool great play area by the pool ideal and safe for a solo traveler or indeed a family, safe and clean, location close to beach and big supermarket down stairs with everything you'd want in it. The train goes straight from malaga airport to Los blotches (The stop for the Apartment) and the final stop is Fungariola. There is loads to see along the coast with a train at your doorstep.

Positiv:: My family have been coming to the Gardinia for over 40 yrs we missed it when it was closed for refurbishment . My sister had to go to hospital this morning instead of coming home and my mum and dad stayed with her . The management were brilliant and let them keep their rooms until they knew what was happening which was a great relief and helped reduce the stress. A couple of the bar staff have been there for many years and always make my family very welcome and pleased to see them . I have a foster daughter now for the last 4 visits had loved the entertainment staff especially George and Lola she has cried the last 3 days because she didn't want to come home . We will be back as soon as possible next year and always look forward to it

Negativ:: Ques for drinks usually very large and bar staff only allowing 2 drinks per time as we had a child making 3 we had to Que for a round of drinks twice! once for us adults and again for the child's drink. Sittings are allocated for the restaurant and we were given the earlier sitting which meant we were in a panic to not miss breakfast its nice to lie in on holiday if you like. I enjoyed the food myself and believe in children trying new foods but would suggest for small children who are fussy they could improve by offering bland food such as fishfingers, chicken nuggets, beans and peas as the only kids food was at snack times not in the actual restaurant. Also the orange, apple and pineapple juice is not fresh its syrup based.

Positiv:: Close to the beach, spa was lovely
Negativ:: Staff werent very friendly or approachable and never seemed to want to help. The air-conditioning wasn't working in the room and although it got fixed, a reminder was needed and it meant not having a double bed in the new room.

Negativ:: I booked 2 rooms, and I only stayed for 1 day. Very small room and tiny beds. You have to pay for using the fridge in the room, that is surprisingly for rent!!! Everything could be heard from adjacent rooms. Very noisy AC. Only one power outlet available in the room and it was in the bathroom (so you have to disconnect the AC or TV from the power outlets for instance, charging your phone, unless you do it in the bathroom)… In resume, for a price of 160 euros per night per room I paid, I would have expected something better. You just pay for the location, be advised. For that price there are much better hotels in Fuengirola.

Positiv:: A cheap and simple set of dishes, however, good enough to have a breakfast there — fine quality of foods. Did not try dinners or suppers. Excellent view to the sea and just a minute walk to get to it, the strongest side of this offer to me. Evening events.
Negativ:: Awful quality of cleaning: hairs everywhere, most part of room untouched. Photoes are heavily photoshoped (the furniture, floor and finishing in rooms are much older than is shown, but lobby and other parts of the hotel are just as shown). Big queues to get to breakfast (5-10 minutes each morning).

Positiv:: There was plenty of choice at breakfast, although the young lady who was cooking the eggs didn't have a clue how to fry an egg & broke more yolks than ever, she needs training.
Negativ:: The position of the coffee machine & the toasters are very dangerous, they are too close together with the potential of causing accidents. There was only one coffee machine working the whole 10 days that we stayed, the queues were ridiculous.

Positiv:: Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist einfach TOP und der Strand der schönste weit und breit! Auch weil, dort nicht so viel los ist. Die Betten waren wirklich gut und auch die Größe des Zimmers ausreichend. Super Aussicht vom 14. Stock aufs Meer!
Negativ:: Das Essen könnte abwechslungsreicher und besser ausgeschildert sein, bei was es sich genau um die Speisen handelt. Die Zimmer könnten modernisiert werden und so der Empfangdhalle/Bar bzw. Restaurant angepasst werden. Leider hatten wir auch immer drei vier kleine Ameisen im Bad, obwohl die Zimmer sauber waren. Zudem, müsste der Pool eventuell erneuert werden. Dieser ist doch schon sehr abgenutzt und erscheint gar nicht mehr so, wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Ein weiterer kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass es nur spanisches TV gibt. Kein Englisch, ebenso keine ein bis zwei Programme auf deutsch und auch keinen Untertitel.

Positiv:: Die Lage am Strand ist perfekt. Es war trotzdem ruhig.
Negativ:: Das Ilunion in Malaga ist besser, vor allem die Zimmer und das Frühstück und die Situation mit dem Parkplatz.

Negativ:: Nothing to dislike really. Breakfast was a little chaotic at times, with long queues to get a table but other than that it was all good.

Positiv:: Excellent location just in front of the beach, .Well to reach from the railway station. New, bright saloon besides of the lobby.
Negativ:: Quality and Variety of breakfast regular. No freshly pressed orange Juice available. Passivity of the staff - rarely a "hello" or "good morning" as it used to be previously.
