Positiv:: Centrally located and nearby to plenty of restaurants and shopping area. Rooftop bar has a beautiful view of Sierra Nevada and part of AlHambra. Rooms are not big but comfortable enough. Love that it has a small balcony where you can step outside. We had trouble with the airconditioning on the first night but it was rectified immediately after we complained at the reception. Good breakfast buffet selection.

Negativ:: No area even for a quick stop just to drop off/ pick up luggages. Trouble if you’re with huge luggage.

Positiv:: Spacious modern room with excellent facilities like Spa and roof bar terrace. Great and tasty breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and drinks. Nice quiet and central location to start your daily journey.

Negativ:: Nothing bad to tell about this hotel

Positiv:: Die Lage war super. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren gut fussläufig erreichbar. Das Personal zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut und die Fenster waren gut abgedichtet sodass man vom Strsssenlärm nichts hörte.

Negativ:: The wifi didn't work for a day or two while I was there, although the rest of the time it worked very well.

Positiv:: The position is great: just in the middle of the city. The breakfast is wonderful: you can find every kind of sweet and salty stuff.

Negativ:: Some room (like ours) is close to the lift and the noise could be bothersome. The same is the case for the toilet of the near rooms.

Negativ:: It was not that confortable, old elevators, on the hallway to our room there was an open air conditioning vent open looking quite dirty, view was awful.

Positiv:: Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist für Ausflüge sowie die Sehenswürdigkeiten optimal gelegen,sodass vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Negativ:: Leider beginnt die Frühstückszeit erst um /.30Uhr-das Buffet war ansprechend und gut mit kalten und warmen Speisen angerichtet.Aber wenn man zB die Alhambra morgens um 8.30h besuchen möchte, wird es mit dem frühstücken sehr knapp und man muß ein Taxi bzw den Bus nehmen. Eine halbe Stunde eher, wäre optimal gewesen.

Positiv:: Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut, nicht weit zur Kathedrale sowie zur Innenstadt. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Positiv:: Convenient location and good quality family room. Rather noisy due to proxmity to centre of city, but thats perhaps predictible enough and the drawback associated with its convenience. Overall a good choice.

Negativ:: Highly disappointing - wouldn't recommend it or go back. We had a bad experience, which is a shame because with a better organization and a warmer welcome it could be pleasant to stay there. 1/ Our room was supposed to be ready at 2PM but ended up being ready at 4PM. We honestly hesitated to walk out and find another hotel. We had to go to the desk to ask for updates every 30 minutes because no one would come to inform us (the staff felt quite indifferent), and each time we were told that 20 more minutes were needed to finish the cleaning (had we known that we would have to wait that long, we would have gone for a visit of the city). The hotel team gave us coupons for free drinks while we waited, we first went to the terrace to use them but there was no one at the bar (we did use them on the following days). Then we tried the bar downstairs but no one was there, when someone finally arrived he didn't even bother to come see us. A little bit before 4 PM we were told we would have complimentary breakfast - which we didn't enjoy on the last day as we had to leave early. Don't chose the rooms with terrace (only 2, that is why they made us wait)- there is a pillar at the middle of the terrace so you don't have much space , and most of the regular rooms have a balcony anyways. 2/ On the day of arrival, the first night was debited (without notifying me). Then at check out they charged me for the totality of the stay, when I told them the first part had been debited they informed me that this part would be cancelled - but I had to ask to get this information, again. 3/ The hotel is located out of the center so you have to walk 15-20 mins to reach the center. We would rather recommend anyone to chose a central hotel. 4/ We had a spa circuit included, when we called the spa the person wasn't friendly at all, and did not give information.

Positiv:: Modernes und sauberes Zimmer, viele Accessoires im Bad, große Handtücher; sehr freundliches Personal - hilft einem sofort mit den Koffern bei Ankunft. Sehr ruhige Zimmer und daher erholsam. Parkhaus um die Ecke kann genutzt werden und kostet pro 24h 15€. Super Angebot in Absprache mit der Rezeption. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker - alles was man braucht und sehr frisch.

Negativ:: Uns fällt nichts ein.

Positiv:: Excellent bed. The room was just bellow the poll and terrace and even so, we didn't hear any noise. Very quiet room, excellent to relax. The shower was also excellent.

Negativ:: The size of the room is small and no smart TV. The shampoo and shower gel plastic containers should be switched for more sustainable alternatives.

Positiv:: Great hotel. Lovely little pool on the roof. Tiny but much appreciated in the heat of the summer. The location is a short walk to the area with bars and restaurants. Not far but a little walk.

Negativ:: Parking is not onsite and was a bit stressful when we arrived because it seems like we couldn't even pull up in front. But turns out we could pull up in front while we unpacked the luggage. It would be better to park and walk there though if you can carry your luggage.

Positiv:: Das Personal war großartig und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück aufs Zimmer ist im Preis inbegriffen war ausgezeichnet und pünktlich.

Positiv:: Neu renovierte Zimmer mit schönen Toilettenartikeln. Die Lage war sehr praktisch. Ruhig.

Negativ:: Das Frühstück wurde geliefert und so konnte man den Kaffee nicht nachfüllen. Aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit und alles in allem, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt hier wirklich genossen.

Positiv:: Die Appartements sind richtig schön, Groß und sauber- die Lage sehr gut. Die Garage ist etwas „schwierig“ weil eng, aber es geht immer jemand vom Hotelpersonal mit und hilft beim Parken. Zur Alhambra sind wir mit dem Taxi gefahren, kostet EUR 8,00, ist aber bequemer. Es fährt auch ein Touristenzug hinauf.

Positiv:: Great location. Would have been good to have a coffee plunger or at least coffee making facilities in our apartment. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenage children!

Positiv:: The room was very nice and clear, and comfortable. Nothing special, clean, comfortable, and perfect fot the nice rest. The bathroom was very cool, and comfortable, and clear. The location is normal 10 minutes from the center, and the bus stop also. The Alhambra was 20 minutes on foot.

Positiv:: Die Toilette hat eine "japanische Ausstattung", d.h. integriertes Bidet mit Wasserspender und Warmluft. Sensationell! Parken ist zwar relativ teuer, aber fußläufig eine Minute, abgeschlossene Garage!

Positiv:: The service was great from getting us parked and into the hotel to questions and checkout. Rooms were modern and nice. One bedroom was good size, other decent. We also used pullout bed which took up most of living room but also had space for dining table there. Mini fridge used to keep our drinks cold. Very nice relaxation room on bottom floor with coffee/tea as well as computer and movies. Walked to Alhambra both ways as well as took bus there and walked back second day. Enjoyed and would stay again.

Negativ:: Pay for parking, but was nice we were able to get a spot with the property (can't reserve). Made it easy to pull into loading area to pack car when leaving.

Positiv:: A very clean and comfortable hotel apartment which was big enough to accommodate our family of four. The location is on Gran Via which is central to all the major attractions. The breakfast was served in the room very punctually as per our instructions. The lady at the reception some limited English but was very helpful and kind. My boys got a kick out of the hi-tech toilet in the room!

Negativ:: We were lucky to get parking at the hotel which has space for only 3 cars. If you are driving down like us, make sure you follow the instructions to the T otherwise you will go around in circles. The final turn to the parking area was very confusing as it is from a side alley and there are no signs for parking and neither is there any parking attendant to help.

Positiv:: Small and practical hotel with all necessities. Comfortable beds and superb location close to many shops and restaurants in the vibrant roundabout of PUERTA REAL. Staff always smiling and ready to help. Very cosy hotel it was a pleasure to stay there!

Negativ:: The breakfast could be improved a bit but its okay. They seem to make an effort with wide varieties but could slightly be improved in my opinion.

Negativ:: I personally don't like the shower bath combo (where you have to climb into the bath to have a shower), bathroom was a little small. The location is very touristy, it takes a good 5 min to get out of that main busy street and somewhere decent and not over crowded. It's a 20 min walk to the Alhambra

Positiv:: Das Hotel ist wirklich zentral gelegen. Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage (Extrakosten). Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten können eigentlich zu Fuss erreicht werden (bequeme Schuhe von Vorteil). Um die Ecke findet man jede Auswahl an Restaurants.

Negativ:: Schwierig zu finden auch mit dem Navi (kann das Auto manchmal nicht orten in den engen Gassen). Hat man das Hotel gefunden beginnt die Sucherei nach der Tiefgarage, am besten kurz nachfragen im Hotel und dann mit Anweisungen weiterfahren.

Positiv:: Our friends and us found this gem absolutely brilliant. Rooms were beautiful, staff extremely welcoming. Central location, even the hassle of parking the car was dealt with. Breakfast was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Positiv:: The bar/restaurant and room staff were excellent! They catered for our needs with courtesy and grace that made imbibing our drinks and meals that much more special. They engaged with us in a way that will make us want to come to your restaurant if I am ever in Granada again - to say hello and enjoy their company over a drink/meal!

Negativ:: Price of breakfast and parking was very high especially since we were there for 10 days. The desire to provide guided tours or basic information about Museums/Art Exhibitions was as disappointing as the tourist office in town. For example, the hotel quoted me a price tag of 99 euros /person to undertake a 45 minute drive to the Sierra Nevada Mountains with an additional price tag of 25 euros/person to enjoy the views for 1 hour! Tripadviser provided an off road 4X4 6 hour drive with stunning views/short breaks for fresh figs, almonds, blackberries, 3 course lunch and a drink for 60euros/person. Disappointingly, the hotel reception declined to arrange this tour for me.

Positiv:: The location of the hotel was amazing and the staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were very spacious, and the beds very comfortable. The staff in the spa were very friendly towards my children.

Negativ:: As we required interconnecting rooms, there were limited choices. I booked the hotel hoping for a room with some features, but ours, whilst deliberately minimalist, were a little blank and dark for my liking (and for the money). The pool Was also more of a Plunge pool though it was great as a jacuzzi for the children.

Positiv:: More than a hotel; this is an important building in Granada. Intelligent mix of old and new buildings and space. It’s a privilege to stay here. Large light-filled modern room with the luxuries you’d expect in a 5 star marriot. Stayed on 4th floor w views over city rooftops on one side and down into courtyard outside bedroom door. 100% soundproof. The ‘garden menu’ 6 course meal is delightful and served with flair.(€50.. an extra €10 for accompanied wines.) Location is ideal; on Granada’s main Street, midway between old town and new town. Short taxi uphill to Alhambra.

Negativ:: Loved the double wash hand basins but no plugs?! I don’t like to waste water.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable (we stayed in a suite with a nice living room in addition to the bedroom). Good base for walking to the Alhambra and other sights. Very friendly staff. Very much enjoyed my stay.

Positiv:: Man bekommt vernünftige, saubere Zimmer mit ausreichend Platz und Klimaanlage. Es gibt Internet, auch wenn es nicht sehr schnell ist. Das Frühstück ist gut, nicht herausragend. Die Sonnenterasse ist angenehm. Die Lage inmitten von Granada an einer der Hauptstraßen ist gut. Das Personal ist freundlich- stets bemüht.

Negativ:: Wir hatten eine defekte und damit sehr laute Klimaanlage. Sie wurde vermeintlich repariert, was aber wenig geändert hat. Der Zimmertausch gestaltete sich etwas kompliziert und zog sich über einen halben Tag. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr klein und nur 70cm tief. Zum Schwimmen nicht geeignet. Es ist eher eine Sonnenterasse mit Möglichkeit zur kleinen Abkühlung. Die Parkgarage war voll, es gibt um das Hotel auch keine Möglichkeit zu parken. Wir wurden zur Tiefgarage eines Partnerhotels (ca. 500m Entfernung) geschickt und parkten dort für 18€ pro Nacht. Die Minibar ist nicht befüllt- es gibt einen leeren Minikühlschrank. Aufgrund der Lage an der Hauptstraße ist es relativ laut (das war zu erwarten).

Negativ:: One of the five Senses of the hotels theme is sound, which meant that floor two had piped music. It was good music but a little bit loud sometimes.

Negativ:: trotz gemäßigter, nachts kühler Außentemperaturen sehr warmes Zimmer, Klimaanlage half kaum (Kälteanlage schwach oder nicht in Betrieb).

Negativ:: Vor unserem Zimmer parkten morgens die Autobusse der Gruppeneisen mit laufendem Motor und den dazugehörenden Abgasen.

Positiv:: Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, Zimmer ruhig, alles funktionierte problemlos.

Negativ:: Es wäre viellicht zeitgemäss, wenn man WLAN im Zimmer hätte.

Positiv:: Es war genau das, was wir brauchten - zentrumsnah, sehr ruhig für ein Stadthotel - Innenhoffzimmer und schon so gewählt, dass es nicht direklt an einer Haptstraße liegt, wahlweise mit und ohen Frühstück, Hotelbar,....

Positiv:: Das Zimmer war großzügig, mit Blick auf einen ruhigen Innenhof, sodaß man das Fenster zum Lüften öffnen konnte. Frühstückbuffet ist reichhaltig, bietet etwas für jeden Geschmack. Man kann zu Fuß die Stadt erkunden. Internet kostenlos.

Negativ:: - Frühstück nicht inbegriffen und dann teuer (einfach in die Bar nebenan gehen) - Parkplatz teuer (am Wochenende kann man aber auf der Strasse parken) - 15min Fussweg zum historischen Stadtkern (man kann aber auch den Bus nehmen)

Positiv:: Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt, nahe der Kathedrale. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung und auch eine Haltestelle des Hop on-Hop off Zuges. Sauberes Zimmer, allerdings ohne Fenster nach außen, nur in den überdachten Innenhof. Gutes ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet.

Negativ:: Zimmerfenster nur in den überdachten Innenhof.

Positiv:: Spotlessly clean clean clean! Rooms are extremely well insulated. Air conditioning is the most well functioning and silent I have ever heard. Bed is comfortable and looks new. Personnel is nice, discreet and efficient. The position is great, right next to the Cathedral and 20 min walk to the Alhambra or to the Albaicin. Cleanliness to me is 5 stars, while service not more than 3 stars superior, so well the average is 4 :) I had a great time, thank you!

Negativ:: Minor things. There were no slippers nor conditioner, which would be basically irrelevant if the hotel werent 4 stars. I found breakfast bad: eggs are pre-cooked, the toaster is bizarre and fills the room with a constant annoying noise, pastry look poor quality, coffee comes from an automatic machine. Nice note: fresh fruit and muesli. You dont really need to have breakfast there anyway, the hotel is in the right center of Granada, a step away from great typical bars and bakeries. Hard tall pillows, a bit old fashion - but I asked and got a softer one right away. I would add a light blanket for the mid-seasons. No special price for double room single use.

Positiv:: Very friendly staff at the reception who support you very well with your requests. They offer excellent suggestions to enjoy your stay in Granada. The location is perfect to cover all the areas of Granada. The farthest one has to go within the city is 3km from the place but everywhere else is a 1.5 long walk(The Alhambra) at the most. Close to the old Jewish quarter, which is now lined up with excellent Tapas bars which even the locals visit, so not entirely touristy.

Positiv:: Breakfast was good, building was amazing as was the location. I would stay again, I think the rooms could do with a little updating, ie carpets, bathroom worktops, apart from that it was great.

Negativ:: The shared areas really let the hotel down. No water in any of the fountains in the foyer and terrace areas, all a little unwelcoming felt almost closed? Spa required a swim cap (hardly relaxing!) and slippers neither of which I was travelling with - receptionist didn’t offer to supply. Looked into the spa to see if worth buying my own but again not very welcoming. Breakfast mediocre.

Negativ:: For the price that we paid, the breakfast (or atleast the spa) should have been included ! Even bottled water for free only for the first day of our 4 day stay! We were there for our honeymoon and did not receive any compliments (except for a few plastic rose petals on our bed) the first night).

Positiv:: Comfy bed, central location - we walked to the historic city centre from there. Very nice staff at reception, nkthing was too much trouble for them - they brought a weighing scale for my friend to weigh her bags. My request for an iron was dealt with in no time. Excellent service

Negativ:: Room had a kettle that was very dirty and there was no where obvious to plug it in. We had to use a socket close to the floor skirting and put thr kettle on the floor to boil! Noisy and old airconditioning system.

Positiv:: Hotel is ideally situated to walk into the cultural centre of the city, but also to drive to the airport. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Negativ:: Very noisy room, the wall are not properly insonorate; you can hear througt the walls what the next room is doing

Positiv:: The amazing check in staff, their English was amazing as was their Spanish and French. Lovely room, lovely hotel.

Positiv:: Although parking was 15 euro per night it was well worth it. Came off the motorway and into the hotel and down the car park. I chose this hotel for the ease of parking and it was certainly that. We had top floor rooms with balconies and they were spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was ok, typical buffet style. Some lovely tapas bars close by. Had two rooms next to each other for our family. Only a 10 to 15 minutes leisurely walk to the cathedral. Would stay here again if we return to Granada.

Negativ:: It was good to have a swimming pool, albeit small. Was a bit annoying they closed it between 3pm and 5pm. If I had to choose something I didn’t like the. It would be this.

Positiv:: Great place, amazing patio garden/ lovely atmosphere in the old town centre. would stay there again, but non on the ground floor.

Negativ:: our last minute apartment was on the ground floor, so it was a bit moody, but other apartments in the building are suppose to have better view)

Positiv:: Die Lage ist perfekt, nahezu in der Mitte der Altstadt und die Alhambra gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Empfang war bestens organisiert. Alles sauber, gemütliche Terrasse, hilfsbereites Personal.

Negativ:: Etwas beengte Wohnverhältnisse. WC extrem eng, zum Händewaschen muss das Waschbecken im Zimmer benutzt werden. Kein vom Zimmer abgetrenntes Bad. Für die gebotene Leistung etwas zu teuer. Der Preis beinhaltet kein Frühstück und für den PKW besteht keine Parkmöglichkeit.

Positiv:: Fantastic rooms decorated in Arabic style. Great location. Had it’s own terrace overlooking The Alhambra. Close to one of The Alhambra access roads. We used the hotel’s transfer service to & from hotel. Lovely driver called Antonio.

Negativ:: Nothing the hotel could do about it but it’s situated on a hill & there are a lot of steps inside. Not for someone with mobility issues.

Positiv:: Die Lage, sehr ruhig, man kann alles per Fuß erreichen. Die Ausstattung, sehr liebevoll mit Viel Liebe und Geschmack gerichtet. Die Atmosphäre,arabische/andalusisches Flair kombiniert, hat mich versetzt in 3 Tage wie in ein Traum. Hier,man ist weg von Massentourismus ( obwohl Granada war ziemlich voll). Jeder Zeit würde wieder kommen! Und die Balkon, mit Blicke auf die Alhambra...Magisch.

Negativ:: Our apartment was on the ground floor, like a basement and was very dark. Crowded with furniture and ornaments. Nowhere to hang clothes.very small bathroom and shower. Terrace upstairs was nice but the view was mostly of the next door roof, could just see Alhambra The upstairs apartments and terraces were probably lighter and with a better view.

Positiv:: Excellent location. Fantastic room with a balcony with terrific views of Alhambra. The welcome by our hosts was first class and we loved being able to walk to all the main attractions.

Positiv:: I stayed at the appartment, which is at the top floor. The view from the terrace was undiscribable- the Alhambra on the other side and Albaycins terraced houses on the other. The bedroom had a full wall length window, so the view from the bed was also magnificent. Albaycin neighbourhood is lovely, bearing in mind you need to go up and down the streets and steps all the time. I didn’t mind. Julio was very nice host, helping me with the tranfers, info about public transfer and such. Sitting on the terrace, looking at the view was almost a bit unreal. Something I wont forget.

Negativ:: It’s an old house and has chracter. The walls might be a bit wonky and ceilings low, but for me that’s part of the charm. As I like to prepare meals every now and then, it was good that there were basic utensils and also spices, cooking oil etc. Cooking pots might need an upgrade sometime soon, just a tip :).

Positiv:: The rooms were designed well and looked stunning. We had a corner room with lovely big windows and a balcony and the bathroom was a good size, with a proper bath! The aircon was also good. Good location too - nothing was ever more than a 20-minute walk away.

Negativ:: Our room looked out on to the street and this was very noisy all night long - revellers, bin men, deliveries etc at all times of night - and even noisier when the garage door (which our room was on top of) creaked and groaned open. I would avoid rooms that look to the front as even with the double-glazing it was very noisy. There was no extraction in the bathroom besides a window which left you feeling very exposed. Lastly, the WiFi in our room was so weak as to be entirely unusable. This coupled with only one English language tv channel could have lead to some very dull moments had we not planned around this.

Positiv:: Great place! Very stylish and comfortable, situated near the city center, close to Alhambra, with lots of restaurants and shopping streets nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, The staff was very friendly and eager to help whatever the query was. The hotel itself looks like a traditional Granada palace, but inside it combines authentic decorations with modern rooms. The breakfast was tasty and the choice of food was reasonable.

Negativ:: Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, das kaum Tageslicht hatte, da durch die schmale Gasse kaum Licht einfiel. Dafür war das Zimmer recht ruhig, da sich in dieser Gasse fast keiner aufgehalten hat.
