The car was 4,000 miles over due on an oil change. All tire pressure was low. The keys were underneath the seat at pick up as if someone just threw them in there. There was trash in the glove compartment leftover from the previous driver.Bewertet am 7. Juni 2023

They didn’t have a car ready for us, but they didn’t tell us and sent us to a dirty car that had no keys and wasn’t ready to be rented. When we asked for a car we could actually drive, they were annoyed. They finally got us a car but then when we went to leave they said we couldn’t take it as it was a licensee vehicle. After and additional 30-45 minutes of waiting we were finally able to leave. Would not recommend.Bewertet am 29. Mai 2023

The car was old, burned a lot of gas. Drove 10 miles and droped a quarter of the gas tank. I’m pretty sure it had some engine problem. Very expensive for a mediocre car. Never doing business with hertz again.Bewertet am 16. Nov. 2022

The drop off location should not be used as a selectable location. No one was in the office, no drop off box is present, and when I called to change the location to a safe Hertz location 6 miles down the road, I was charged an extra fee out of my control.Bewertet am 6. Nov. 2022

Booked my rental through Kayak and clearly labeled that I wanted pick up to be at the airport. Through the point of booking, it even asked for my flight information so I though I was good. When I got to the Hertz at the airport though, they said my car was at a different Hertz on the other side of town. So I had to Uber to that Hertz to get my car. Then had to drop off the car at that Hertz and Uber to the airport.Bewertet am 23. Sept. 2022

I arrived and had to wait half hour for the rental car guy to come back (I had called in advance to tell him my arrival time and still wasn’t there) The car ended up being extremely expensive since something went wrong at booking with the drop off location. And he wasn’t being helpful about this. When I finally got the car it smelled so badly of smoke I had to drive with the windows down my whole 4 hour trip.
