Good experience with pick up in SLC. Frustration with drop off in Vegas - address did not include exact location- just a huge hotel property. Somehow we were supposed to know the drop off was on the 10th story of the parking garage? Garage was not clearly marked with area to drop keys. Said to put key in the envelope and make time/mileage. No envelopes. Frustrating and took twice as long as expected - making us miss our evening show engagement - a cost of over $200….Bewertet am 8. Aug. 2023

Trying to get help with our account was not optimal. The responses we got were" I didn't know how to do that " and "Did you try the web site or email address." If I can't get him free a real person,that tells me the internet is not going to be any better. I'm not that proficient with computers and prefer talking to people .Bewertet am 24. Mai 2023

All in all, everything went well, except for one small detail. The technical condition of the car leaves much to be desired. Throughout my journey, there was a huge hum and vibration in the rear axle of the car for over 2,000 miles. It looked like a wheel bearing malfunction, or unfinished wheels were very unpleasant to drive all the way, whether you would reach the end point or not. All the way, I had to listen to very loud music so that Togo wouldn't listen to that sound.Bewertet am 2. Mai 2023

I rented a car, prepaid and made the check in, all ready for just pick up and go, but when I arrived to the office, they told me that I had my license banned/blocked for a non-payment in a past claim damage, when supposedly was paid for my insurance company. I was hurry for get the car, so I didn't have time for ask to my insurance company what happened. It took me a couple hours even pay, because nobody knows why I was banned.Bewertet am 29. Okt. 2022
