Terrible. Most likely because we booked through a third party vendor, Hertz never intended to give us the Tesla we reserved. They claimed it was in the “shop” when we arrived to pick it up. No they didn’t bother to bring another one in, they just threw up their hands and said too bad. Car rental places are becoming a scam based solely on profit.Bewertet am 8. Aug. 2023

Not good. They couldn’t change me to pick up at the airport without a hefty fee. So I ubered to location and it was closed and the woman was super rude. Got a supposed upgrade to the car which was nice. Just a bad start to a short trip where time was of the essence. I also wonder why the third party implied this car rental company was at the airport. I didn’t realize when I booked the car that the pick up was not at the airport. Fortunately the Hertz lady managed to look after us right there so we didn’t have to take an Uber or taxi to the proper vehicle pick up location. Just assumed that when you book a car for a flight, the pick up spot would be the airport.Bewertet am 6. Juli 2023

Pick up good and delivery good, however the attendant told us he was giving us an upgrade car and provided a Toyota which was very very poor car. Experienced back pain, seats very uncomfortable and felt like driving in a tin can! I don’t recommend!!!Bewertet am 27. Aug. 2022

Didn’t have the car I booked because I booked too last minute. Pick up was good - friendly staff. Drop off was weird - no one was there to take the car back….. it was closed on a Saturday? Just did a key drop.Bewertet am 7. Aug. 2022

I liked the vehicle, the S UV I was told at pickup time that it was upgraded for me to SUV. I had no choice so I had to take it. I complained about it and I was told that someone will get in touch with me to address it and two weeks later, it never happenedBewertet am 3. Aug. 2022
