Positiv:: Great vibe. Lots of different areas to sunbathe lots of space. Breakfast served until noon was great. Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice decor.

Negativ:: Reception could have worked more efficiently. Too much information given which caused a long wait. Lunch food disappointing.

Negativ:: Wir haben den 2.Urlaub hier sehr bedauert, inzwischen herrscht in dem Hotel ein unerträglicher Lärmpegel, der auch durch das schliessen der Balkontür nicht ausgesperrt wird. Völlig entnervent auch das ewige Licht auf dem Balkon, bei nicht ausreichender Möglichkeit zur Abdunkelung des Zimmers

Positiv:: Die Rooftop Bar sowie die 3 Pools auf dem Dach waren ausgezeichnet. Die Lage des Hotels ist super und am Frühstücksbuffet ist nichts zu bemängeln. Zudem ist die Frühstückszeit extrem grosszügig und bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten steht das Personal jederzeit professionell zur Verfügung.

Negativ:: Im Zimmer gab es viel zu wenige Ablagen für Kleider etc. Der Pool ganz unten befindet sich über den ganzen Tag hinweg im Schatten und wenn man das Zimmer im Innenbereich des Hotels hat, können die nassen Badetücher kaum komplett trocknen. Die Dusche war zwar riesig, jedoch lief das Wasser über den ganzen Toilettenbereich aus, was sehr mühsam war.

Positiv:: Great location in Lloret de Mar. Excellent cost. Very clean. Room was a good size for the two of us.

Negativ:: Apart from the one receptionist, security man at nights and the housekeeper, I did not find the rest of staff very friendly or helpful. They did not make us feel welcome and often I found to be rude when I would ask a simple question or request. The customer service skills need to be worked on.

Positiv:: Smart modern hotel. Roof top pool and lounge area were great .

Negativ:: Located very centrally but it’s a very busy, scruffy main road. Was a bit noisy from the street.

Negativ:: Zimmer sehr klein, Bad winzig, kaum Stauraum, man muss für alles extra bezahlen, und das sofort (Getränke beim Essen können nicht aufs Zimmer gebucht werden, müssen sofort bezahlt werden), Strandtücher nur gegen Kaution, sehr kompliziert und unflexibel.

Positiv:: New hotel with lovely staff. We liked everything, especially the location and the SPA area. The food was excellent. Will stay definitely in this hotel again.

Positiv:: All was perfect: staff, rooms, breakfasts, dinners and hotel facilities. On the contrast of cramped Lloret de Mar hotels, Rosamar Es Blau was the one which we enjoyed turning back to. Good location, as it takes 2 minutes to get to the beach.

Negativ:: Strange idea to put the sink in the hall. Sometimes, we could not sit where we want during the dinners and where moved for several times from table to table. Could be easier system with the towels for the beach/SPA.

Positiv:: Die Lage ist super, in 1 Min. zu Fuß ist man am Strand und ein paar Schritte weiter im Stadtzentrum. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und das Zimmer war komfortabel, wenn auch das Waschbecken neben der Eingangstür etwas komisch ist. Leider wurde der Boden immer nur flüchtig gereinigt, sodass dieser nie richtig sauber war. Auch die Bettwäsche wurde die ganze Woche über nicht gewechselt. Von dem abgesehen war die restliche Reinigung okay. Das Buffet war gut und abends auch abwechslungsreich, die ganze Woche über gab es jeden Tag ein anderes Thema. Leider waren die Weingläser keinen einzigen Tag sauber. Die Angestellten waren wirklich immer äußerst freundlich, motiviert und zuvorkommend. Das können wir über jeden einzelnen Mitarbeiter sagen und wir waren über darüber besonderes positiv überrascht. In der Garage gab es ausreichend Parkplätze, wenngleich diese sehr eng sind. Alles in allem ist es ein tolles Hotel mit sehr nettem und engagiertem Personal, gutem Essen und perfekter Lage - ein kleines Verbesserungspotential liegt in der Sauberkeit.

Negativ:: Tiefgarage (2 Etagen) gut, aber kein Lift! Gepäckausladen vor dem Hotel schwierig, da die 3 Hotelparkplätze meist besetzt sind. Frühstücksbuffet gut, aber Raumatmosphäre wie eine Kantine oder Mensa. Zimmer mit Waschbecken im Eingangsbereich (wo sonst eine Garderobe ist) ist ein Architekten-Witz!

Negativ:: I asked and called to verify to have connecting door as traveled with family , to find out this didn’t happen .. in addition maintenance not great as in shower the glass fell on one of my kids Further more the restaurant for dinner - fish restaurant looks upscale but food dishes are not tasty and over priced by far - avoid it if you can drive to the city

Positiv:: Breakfast great, large variety of dishes and food items. The coffee was great. The location superb for us, quite and close to other attractions. The beach is amazing and the swimming pool area is very comfortable.

Negativ:: Probably the price, the room dimension and the view.

Positiv:: Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich, es gab frisches Obst und Gemüse.

Negativ:: Das Zimmer im Nebengebäude war dunkel und laut (Straße daneben), außerdem gab es keine Möbel mit Schubladen, keinen Schrank, lediglich 2 Haken im Bad. Die drei Regalbretter waren zu wenig tief, so dass nicht mal ein zusammengelegtes Hemd Platz hatte. Es gab keine Toilettenbürste und nichts, um die nassen Badesachen aufzuhängen. Das Laufband war kaputt, so dass man stolperte. Ein Hinweis brachte nichts.

Negativ:: Unfortunately, the room was with the garden view and there was no chance to change it.

Positiv:: Perfektes Hotel. Wunderbare Lage, aber weit abseits. Nur mit Mietwagen sinnvoll

Positiv:: Magnificent place with stunning views. The staff is very helpful, we got immediately early check-in and late check-out. Breakfast on the terrace is great, you can enjoy both your food and a breathtaking view. We had a room with a garden view, the room was spacious, clean and well-equiped, with a very comfortable bed. The quality of food at the restaurant a-la cart was beyond any words. Hope to return to Santa Marta as our stay there was wonderful.

Negativ:: At times you can feel an unpleasant smell in the room. Think it was caused by the spray they use in the garden.

Negativ:: the room with the view to the garden. Actually those rooms looks towards the garden the street to the hotel. So when the cars drive to the hotel you hear it very well.

Positiv:: This was one of the greatest stays in a hotel in our lifes. Everything was very clean, beautiful, cozy and just perfect. Excellent and very goodlooking breakfast ánd dinner. Beautiful rooms with a Nice bathroom and balcony/terrace. Comfortable and soft but not to soft beds. But on top of all, the staff was unbelievably good and so kind and Nice. A special thanks to the bar and restaurant staff. They were so nice and it felt like coming home because of them. Negativ:: Even if they offer complimentary sparkling wine in the mornings there is no alcohol free option and you can't take a cup of coffee or tee from breakfast to enjoy outside.

Positiv:: Fabulous hotel, helpful and friendly staff, super comfortable room and great food. Couldn't find any fault at all and would definitely return.

Positiv:: The hotel was beautifully clean. Breakfast was included in our booking and had a massive choice. Cleaners came round everyday and the shower was amazing. Location is perfect if you want to be central.

Negativ:: Nothing, everything was perfect for us. However I think this hotel is suited more towards couples, groups of friends etc not for families as it is more for adults.

Positiv:: Alles war super, die Stimmung ist lässig-chillig, das Personal unkompliziert und sehr bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bescheren.

Positiv:: Die Lage in Lloret könnte nicht besser sein. Mitten an der Hauptstraße sind Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Clubs nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Trotzdem sind die Gäste im Hotel gehobener, Sauforgien und Gangpartys finden woanders statt. Bei lauter Musik im Zimmer wird schnell ermahnt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch die nächtlichen Securitys. Das Mittags- und Abendbuffet bietet ein täglich wechselndes Angebot an Warmspeisen und Desserts sowie ein reichhaltigen Salatbereich. Das Essen ist lecker und jeder sollte etwas für sich finden. Beim Frühstück gibt es kostenfreien Kaffee und Cava!

Negativ:: Die super Lage sorgt für ein lautes Umfeld. Leider sind die Zimmer extrem hellhörig, man hört sogar das Schließen von Gardinen im Nachbarzimmer. Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf werden definitiv Probleme haben, selbst mit Ohrstöpseln und auch, wenn man erst mit dem restlichen Partyvolk ins Bett geht. Das Buffet bietet zwar eine große Auswahl, jedoch ist wirklich alles extrem fettig/ölig. Selbst bei gedämpftem (nicht "gebratenem"!) Gemüse befindet sich auf dem Boden der Servierschale eine große Fettschicht! Das ist nicht nur völlig unnötig, sondern einfach nur ungesund. Wer also etwas auf die Ernährung achtet, wird sich schnell größtenteils am Salatbuffet bedienen. Aber selbst hier ist der Thunfisch in Öl, statt in eigenem Saft... Das sollte dringend geändert werden. Außerdem könnte das Buffet etwas mehr spanisch angehaucht sein. Die lokal typischen Tapas und Pinchos findet man gar nicht.

Positiv:: Sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum. Alles gut zu Fuß abzulaufen. Wusste allerdings nicht das Lloret de Mar Ballermann für Jugendliche ist, da wir im Alter ab 60 sind. Aber trotzdem ok.

Positiv:: First of all, I was travelling with my girlfriend and another couple. Secondly, we've had some special requests, which were all met, so we were super happy to be honest, we have never expected this anywhere. I think I can say that we've had a fantastic stay in Hotel Helios, everything was perfect for us, the food, the facilities, the cleanliness, also the behavior of the staff was amazing. What else can I say? We would definitely stay here again if we would travel to Costa Brava, what we will do for sure.

Negativ:: No negatives from us regarding to the Hotel Helios. As for the area, little bit busy and crowded, which makes it a bit noisy, however it is not the hotel's fault. But hey, everything is around and at least the beach is about 100m, so nothing to worry!

Positiv:: A really nice hotel, literally booked it day before we travelled, never been to Lloret and decided last minute to swap from tossa having been there 3 times already, and wanted a little more lively. Well, it was right in the heart of nightclub central, and landed at midnight!!! Was quite worried, as it was busy with party revellers. However we were on the top floor at the front of the hotel, could still hear the noise a little. If you stay ask for a pool view room. It was very popular with the retired community, so if they were OK with a bit of partying outside then who are we to moan in our 40's!! The food was really good, don't usually do HB but was pleasantly surprised and even had a glass of champagne when we arrived. All in all the location is great, for the central square and the beaches. Thanks for a great stay

Positiv:: Pool is so cold. Its raining then and its open dor use. The hotel is nearby lloret del mar bus station. Theres a lot of shops to look into if beach and toura our not available.

Negativ:: No elevator to reataurant. To pay for drinks. Why not include it or add it up to the bill or Half board with drinks.

Positiv:: We had our honeymoon in the hotel, so we got the best room possible. The terrace is amazing and definitely worth the money. Location is great, 5 minutes to the sea and the bar are. Pizza place downstairs. Food is quite greasy, but plenty of different choices so you can just skip what doesn’t look good. View from the windows is great if you dont get the room to another hotel wall. Rooms are being cleant everyday, the staff is super helpful. Terrace has two pools and bar, there is always a place to chill. In the terrace is a restourant so you can have lunch there as well. The streets are quite noisy, but room sound isolation is very good, so if the windows are closed-no street noise. Overall very satisfied with the hotel, would definitely reccomend.

Negativ:: Food: super sweet desserts and quite greasy main dishes. Same breakfast menu everyday. During dinner nothing to drink, water costs 2,5 euro. In the terrace there is no food later than 7pm, only drinks.

Positiv:: Avana rooftop bar, pools and terrace area is incredible, it made our holiday. Perfect for day and chilled at night. The hotel was really clean and all the staff were lovely and did everything they could to help.

Negativ:: The food was nice but the dinner selection could have been more interesting, it wasn't quite what we expected for a 4-star hotel.

Negativ:: O.K for limited stay . We were there for 5 nights and found storage space open and limited . Only 4 coat hangers allthough 2 more on fourth day. Chest of drawers would be nice . Coffee making facilities would good. Main room power switch operated by door card OK once you know were to insert it. USB charger point for mobiles needed in room.

Negativ:: All was closed, no one at reception, breakfast area closed, so not even a glass of water to get. Thank god there was a cleaning lady, who didn't speak English, but was trying to help us as much as possible. A very friendly woman. Partially under renovation, which is ok, but the feeling was as if we are staying at the secluded refugee shed. Lifeless.

Positiv:: Nice clean and large room with good beds and nice sanitair. Elevator by the entrance of the hotel. It has an automated check-in machine at for arrivals late, after 10.00 pm. Safe unit with keylock for valuebles. Nice friendly staff. There is a eatcafe and a terrasse outside. Petrol station and Aldi supermarket near the building. 30 minute walk to the beach of Lloret.

Negativ:: Beds could be a bit longer size, but he, I'm 1.85m tall. Forget SSID Hotel Esser for Wifi because it's very slow. SSID Free Hotel Esser is fast!! Rooms in front of the hotel are a little bit noisy causing traffic on the motorway. Rooms at site and backsite has quiet rooms. Ask for a facture of the payment, it's not given automatically.

Positiv:: I liked the hotel a lot! Really friendly and helpful staff. The hotel looks really new and modern. So was the room as well. Small but really comfortable and new interior, all was perfectly clean. Only some minutes by car to the center of lloret.

Positiv:: Das Frühstück war gut aber nicht excellent. Da hätte es noch ein wenig mehr Auswahl geben müssen. Dafür war der bestellte Orangensaft frisch gepresst!!

Negativ:: Die Einrichtung der Suite war gut aber in dem Wellnessbad fehlte in der Dusche ein Rain Shower. Es befand sich in der Dusche nur ein einfacher Duschschlauch. Das hat mir für den Zimmerpreis nicht gefallen.

Positiv:: Spacious room with excellent facilities. Amazing inside Indian Bath! Our children didn't want to leave the kids club:)

Positiv:: The hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and the location is excellent. It is100 meters from a nice beach and close to shops and restaurants etc.

Negativ:: The decors is a little dated and the beds could be more comfortable, but everything is clean and in perfect condition so this wasn't a problem at the excellent rates we received. We didn't eat in the hotel so we can't comment on the food.

Negativ:: We booked double and were given only twin room, which was not what we expected for and there's no way to change (presumably hotel was fully booked). Food was tasteless in general, fruits were eaten in 30-60 minutes and if you come later you could get only apples

Negativ:: The spas were all cold. No warm jacuzzi. Received a massage which was pretty good. The quiet relaxation room was nice but no hot tubs! Gym needs a weight rack, basically only cardio machines. I wouldn’t call that a gym.

Positiv:: Frühstück sehr gut und an einem schönen Platz, auch das Abendrestaurant hat eine bezaubernde Lage und eine tolle Küche. Service sehr gut und alle Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt.

Negativ:: Nicht gefallen haben uns: die Dusche mit alten Armaturen und Duschvorhang, keine Kleenex/Papiertaschentücher im Bad, Billigduschgel. Insgesamt ist es ein schönes altes Haus, das aber an vielen Ecken Renovierung bedarf.

Positiv:: Das Hotel liegt am Ende des Strandabschnitts, wodurch es am Abend auch ruhig ist, was man vom Ort nicht behaupten kann. Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Zimmer war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommed.

Negativ:: Das Personal im Service zwar freundlich aber oftmals unaufmerksam und langsam. Das Frühstück war gut aber für ein 5*-Haus hätte ich qualitativ mehr erwartet.

Positiv:: Die Lage ist super mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Das kostenlose Parken ist auch klasse, denn in Spanien ein großes Thema. Dann gibt es noch einen schön angelegten Garten und mit dem Lift kommt man vom Gartengeschoß direkt in den Zimmerbereich.

Negativ:: Die Bar, das Essen und die Minibar, alles viel zu teuer. Und beim Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Fantasie nicht schaden. Das Frühstück war sehr gut - leider eben jeden Tag dasselbe.

Positiv:: Everything , from the moment we arrived the staff were exceptional . So lovely and friendly and extraordinarily helpful. Our room was devine and exactly what I had imagined!

Negativ:: On 28th of Aug I have dinner on hotel’s restaurant, next morning I felt so bad, It was food poisoning, that day I had transportation from hotel to BCN, 2x flighs to home, you can imagine how it was complicated. Be careful with food!!!

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, modern, sauber und komfortabel. Bis zum Strand und ins Zentrum sind es nur 5 Minuten. Kein Lärm auf unserer Seite des Balkons, wir hatten sogar einen Meerblick. Nochmal, danke an das Personal. Wir fühlten uns zu jeder Zeit sehr herzlich willkommen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Positiv:: Really nice hotel with everything you could need. Staff were friendly & helpful, everywhere was nice & clean. Facilities were good. No need to get up extra early for sun beds as there was always stacks of beds. We had 9 nights in August & went to the pool every day around 11am & never had a problem. Food was great & fresh. Overall no complaints. Also the water park is a 10/15 minute walk away, which was brilliant & there is a free bus to a nearby beach every 20 mins.

Negativ:: Not keen on the resort. We were hounded as we wandered around to go into either shops or bars/clubs. This was especially so down the main strip but much better if you meandered down some of the smaller roads. Lots of shops to look around.

Positiv:: The pools with the slides and pirate ship for the children.

Negativ:: Many of the staff were unpleasant, the pool toilets were not the cleanest. Food was not always hot.

Positiv:: The staff, the pools, the restaurant, the rooms and the location are just fabulous. We went all inclusive and it was amazing, we couldn't ask for more. Perfect variety of food suitable for all tastes. It is the perfect place for families, kids are entertained from morning til night. Highly recommend a stay here, we'll definitely be returning.

Negativ:: From the check in we have been treated differently because of the booking.com reservation and not the one done via their site. We have been put to pay the safe per each day of use as well as a collateral for the key. In plus for getting the towels we have paying 1 eut per piece per day as well as a collateral of 40 eur. And more ever you are always asked to pay in cash and to cumulate on room! (Having all inclusive we were not having cash with us on the pool side)

Positiv:: Very nice swimmig pool park, and both children and adults had a great time for 3 days!! Great meals both the 3 regular meals in the cantina, and the fastfood and drinks available at all times. Comfortable lounch area, and ok shows in the evenings. Very service minded straff!!

Negativ:: A little crowded and you had to be early up to get hold of a sunbed. Very hard and not comfortable beds or pillows. No duvets available. Taxi for 5 persons is nearlly impossible to acheive in the whole L’lorett! But all together a nice stay
