Sehr kleines Zimmer, Nicht Ansprechender Service, Klimaanlage im Zimmer kaputt, Dusche im Bad war eigentlich schlimmer als ein altes Holiday Inn. Die Dinge waren einfach kaputt, schmutzig und niemand schien sich darum zu kümmern. Für ein Luxushotel eine große Enttäuschung.

Sehr freundlich und sauber. Einigermassen zentral gelegen.

Das zahlreiche Personal das vor und im Hotel zur Verfügung steht, ist eher übertrieben.

Arrived at hotel at 4:30 pm after a 7 hour drive. Our room was not yet ready. Asked if we could wait at the lounge. The lounge and restaurant were reserved for a private party. They recommended finding an restaurant on the street nearby. We just drove for 7 hours and didn't want to search for a "place" to wait somewhere outside of the hotel. We finally were allowed to our room...which was nothing as shown in pictures. It was dark, dingy with no seating beside the bed. Because the restaurant and lounge were "reserved", and we were too tired to venture out to eat, our only option was room service. We ordered chicken Caesar salad. Although they said it would take 45 minutes...it arrived in 15. A salad with chicken breast on the side. Much to our disgust...as we sliced the chicken to add to the salad, it was not just under cooked...it was RAW! completely inedible. It took 4 calls to room service and guest services to have someone come to our room to witness the meal, acknowledge the error and remove it from the room. This room was 350.00 per night with valet...I've had better treatment in a 75.00 a night motel. I will never revisit this Hotel.

The location and the services/attentiveness of the staff. The bell boy who helped us during our check-in was excellent. Tops for customer services. The waitress at the restaurant was very attentive too.

No self-parking. Parking was very expensive.

We like the cleanliness. And the view from the big windows of the hotel

We have a very bad experience in this hotel because this hotel is not suitable for families with children at all. In such a big hotel they didn't make any place for families to just drink a cup of coffee. Even we couldn't sit in the lobby because there is only two seats next to each other in the lobby. Every night they are making party next to the lobby with extremely very high voice which is extremely annoying for the guests who doesn't like praties. And all drunk people are walking thru the lobby that scared us which is something I neve want our children to see.
