Positiv:: At Riad Ilyaka we felt at home in the otherwise bustling Médina. The entire staff from the management team to the concierge gentlemen are committed to providing a comfortable stay. It is clear that the team prides itself on offering a 360-degree experience. Azeddine was the highlight for us. He is a gentle-soul with a warm smile who goes the extra mile without expecting anything in return. This is superb service. We recommend organizing excursions, tours or inquiring at the Riad, as they validate legitimacy. The best part about staying in a Riad is the authentic cultural experience. You do have take a few turns in the alleyways to find the entrance, but the staff offers to help navigate until you feel comfortable with the route. At no point did we ever feel unsafe. There is only one way in and out, with a bolted door which the staff controls. At night there is a security guard outside a hostel in the alleyway which also keeps an eye on any traffic. The rooftop is also locked down late at night for extra security. A safe is provided in the room. On our last evening, the staff organized a private cooking class. We had so much fun shopping in the market hall and picking the spices. The chefs talked us through every step so that we can recreate the dishes at home. The tagine we made was the best we had!

Positiv:: The property is a family structure with 7 rooms, all in traditional Moroccan style. The Riad is located 5 minutes walking from the main square walking through the souk, in a quiet area. The rooms are clean and the staff was able to make our stay just perfect, from planning dinner to cooking class and excursions/transfers.

Positiv:: Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem Riad sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail im marokkanischen Stil eingerichtet. Im Innenhof, einer kleinen Ruheoase inmitten der lebendigen Stadt, befinden sich einige Mandarinen- und Bananenbäume und ein kleiner Brunnen. Die Dachterrasse ist ebenfalls sehr gemütlich hergerichtet und bietet einen hervorragenden Blick über die Dächer Marrakeschs und bei guter Sicht auch auf das Atlasgebirge. Das Frühstück war lecker und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Können das Riad Ilayka wärmstens empfehlen!

Negativ:: If you have a car make sure you park in save place because no cars going inside medinah and when u park make sure u give them o call so someone can come for you to take you to the riad afther that it ez to go where you want to and come back to the riad

Positiv:: Where do I begin?! We really wanted to get an authentic feel of Morocco but we're worried about service. We read up and decided to go with a Riad. It's basically a small mansion with a few rooms. And we did not expect the AMAZING luxury service that we got at Riad Ilayka! Mohammed the manager was always so helpful with whatever we asked. He set us up with a private cooking class at the Riad! We then had our meal served to us for dinner in a beautiful presentation! Our room was always clean when we got back from site seeing and you can tell they take great pride in keeping the Riad itself in amazing condition. We made friends with a few others staying at the Riad and truly felt as if the staff were family. I highly recommend Riad Ilayka and will be back soon to visit!

Positiv:: Ein großartiges Frühstück und auf Wunsch auf ein tolles Abendessen. Die Tajine war großartig! Das Personal sehr freundlich und immer um uns bemüht. Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und sicher nicht zum letzten Mal.

Negativ:: Leider auch bei unserem zweiten Besuch: WIFI ist noch immer nicht ganz optimal eingerichtet. Ab und zu gibt es Verbindungsabbrüche und in unserer Suite funktionierte es leider nur ab und zu.

Positiv:: Amazing architecture and great food!

Negativ:: No entertainment for the guests, on Saturday at 11pm piano bar was already closed! Hotel is not lively, no social atmosphere. Rooms have a big safety issue: the doors to each room present Moroccan carving which is set in such a way that all doors are very narrow and guests hurt their shoulders quite painfully!!! This is actually main reason that I will not be staying in this hotel again. Safety hazard for kids and adults.

Positiv:: This is a magnificent hotel and goes way beyond anything you expect and find in a ‘hotel’. Hence the price, but worth every penny.

Negativ:: No segregation or restriction on smokingwhich could easily be resolved. A particular problem in the restaurants.

Positiv:: the positive vibes that I got from the staff it gives me the chance to live in old Medina city - I experiences the real tradition & Culture of Moroccan live the staff were really friendly - I loved every moment in the hotel

Negativ:: Man konnte die Mitarbeiter in zwei Kategorien teilen. Diejenigen die den Gast als absoluten König behandelten und jeden Wunscb von den Augen lesen. Wie in jedem Betrieb gibt es auch die anderen zurückhaltenden Personnen.

Positiv:: The location of the hotel is excellent, a few steps from the centre of Marrakech. The hotel is fabulous and the buildings are finished to a very high standard. The quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail is amazing. Our Riad was enormous. There were so many places to sit and relax. We ate in our dining room, Mustafa our butler was very attentive. It was lovely to use the pool on the roof at the end of the day. The gym in the Spa is very good with up to date equipment.

Negativ:: Excellent location. Very very nice decor. But that's all you're paying for. Our one night cost €163.. For me personally that's unreasonable considering the lack of facilities. Even the breakfast was mediocre. And when we checked out the manager was really miserable.

Positiv:: Alles. Diese Ryad können meine Schwester und ich zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Angefangen von den hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter bis hin zur Einrichtung, Sauberkeit und Lage war alles mehr als Perfekt. Meine Schwester und ich haben uns den ganzen Aufenthalt sicher gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt um Marrakeschs Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen, die meisten kann man innerhalb von 15 Minuten Fußweg erreichen und der Djemaa el Fna Platz liegt direkt vor der Tür. Das Frühstück war Lecker mit großer Auswahl, Abendessen waren wir meistens am Djemaa el Fna Platz und die Mitarbeiter haben uns auch gute Empfehlungen gegeben. Und am Pool am Dach hat man sich super entspannen und abkühlen können.

Negativ:: Das einzige (mini) Manko war die Dusche,da der Türgriff innen und der Duschkopf verkalkt waren.

Positiv:: Where do I start! The staff are fantastic, especially Omar who ensures all your needs are catered for, a true star! The ambience, the look and feel of the place makes you feel you are in the heart of Marrakech. Will definitely be staying here again

Negativ:: We loved everything about this Riad.

Positiv:: Beautiful courtyard with bougainvillea. Great staff. Great location on the kashbah. Close to cafe clock, which is a great spot.

Negativ:: They didn’t have a great liquor selection at the bar and no roof deck.

Positiv:: Had a wonderful stay in this particularly beautiful hotel. Very nicely decorated, very attentive staff, everything is absolutely right here. The (British) owner came to shake our hand on the welcome day, which I have rarely experienced. The pool was also a wonderful addition. The neighborhood is pleasant, still in the old authentic medina but not in the crowded and touristy souks.

Negativ:: I run the risk of not being able to go back to this hotel because it is becoming too popular ;) but nothing was disappointing, everything was even better than we thought.

Positiv:: Wonderful riad, kind and helpful staff. The restaurant is good, too: the food is delicious and fresh. The room was big and quiet, the toilet very clean. The day I left, even if it was very early in the morning, they gave me a take away full breakfast.

Negativ:: I didn't like Marrakech Kasbah. The taxi to the airport too expensive (180 dhirham)

Positiv:: Transfers to and from the riad were timely and comfortable. The very friendly owners actually joined us for some mint tea and a nice chat on arrival. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful bathroom (bath and separate shower). The only bath we had on our trip. The days we were at the riad were a bit cooler and overcast unfortunately but I was pleasantly surprised to find the outdoor pool is heated. We had a delicious meal and a very nice, reasonably priced bottle of wine on our last night. Would definitely stay again.

Negativ:: Not the nicest streets to walk down to get to the Riad from Jemaa el fna compared to other parts of the medina. But this could be because we were unfamiliar with them and it was a pretty short walk.

Positiv:: Great location, very helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, tasty food. The swimming pool is a blessing on hot days.

Negativ:: It took a while to get our food when we ordered dinner but that might have been due to low season.

Positiv:: Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice spaceous room. Excellent breakfast, especially the pancakes and omelets baked on your request.

Negativ:: The pool area is good, but when there are a few noisy people, the atmosphere is ruined.

Positiv:: Die Hotelanlage ist in einem fantastischen Garten angeordnet. Sehr schöne Zimmer, sowie ein unglaublich langer Pool. Daumen hoch dafür!! Auch die Terrasse des Restaurants liegt toll, mit Ausrichtung zum Garten. Fitnessraum, gut sortiert, gepflegt, sehr schön.

Negativ:: Das Personal ist extrem introvertiert, nicht gerade gesprächsbereit (ausser man fragt etwas). Es fehlte auf der Terrasse im Hintergrund entspannende Musik (für das Personal gab es Musik im Innenbereich :-( ) Es war in der ganzen Anlage leise wie in einem Sanatorium. Es redete, oder lachte ja niemand (total komisch). Das Frühstück war echt mickrig für so eine Location. Daumen runter!!! An der Rezeption war die Dame nicht gewillt Ihr Bestes zu geben, und uns eine Buggy-Tour zu organisieren die preislich realistisch war. Schlechter Service. Am Abend geben die Frösche im Garten Ihr Bestes (Quak, quak, quak!!).

Positiv:: Das Personal war besonders freundlich obwohl es sehr sehr heiße Temperaturen waren zum Arbeiten. Wunderschöner gepflegter Garten und Architektur. Im Restaurant wechselnde Gerichte mit herrlichen Aromen, teilweise aus dem eigenen Bio Garten....

Negativ:: Die Lage ist halt schon weiter abgelegen aber dafür könnten sehr zuverlässig Chauffeur Dienste organisiert werden.

Positiv:: Perfection - setting, staff, food, pool, gardens, ... faultless

Negativ:: The breakfast wasn't as good as it has been in the past. Too many tables on the terrace for dinner, I have come to Les Deux Tours 7 times and never seen this amount, one of the resons I go there is used to be so personal.

Positiv:: My 21 year old daughter and I came here for 4 nights as part of a weeks holiday in Morocco having been recommended this area as respite from Marrakech. It was the best hotel we’ve every stayed in..the room was beautiful and very clean, the grounds and surroundings were perfect...so relaxing and well cared for. Lanterns everywhere and such a feeling of calm..it was superb. The best bathroom we’d ever seen. Staff were lovely, very helpful and accommodating.

Negativ:: Faultless The food and drink prices seemed high but we aren’t used to such lovely hotels so it’s probably the norm.

Positiv:: Die ehrliche Freundlichkeit des Teams ist herausragend - man fühlt sich im les deux tours wie unter guten Bekannten. Das Service-Team, die Köche, die Gärtner und eifach jeder ist immer mit einem Lächeln anzutreffen. Super. Unser Zimmer (39) war eine Premium Suite mit eigener Terrasse und eigenem kleinen Vorgarten. Das Zimmer selber ist gross, mit hoher Balkendecke. Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend. Jeden Tag gibt es nebst der fixen Karte auch individuelle Tagesgerichte. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht extrem gross, aber immer frisch und mit allem was man braucht. Rührei, Spiegelei oder andere Eierspeisen werden auf Wunsch direkt frisch zubereitet. Die Gartenanlage mit den Bäumen und Sträuchern ist fantastisch. Es gibt Liegestühle in der Wiese und Daybeds oder man kann am schönen Pool auf den Liegen liegen. Der Fitnessraum ist klein aber fein: Laufband, Stepper, und Geräte für Oberkörper und Beintraining. Geräte recht neu. Wer Entspannung in einer grünen Oase der Ruhe und Freundlichkeit sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an das ganze Team.

Negativ:: WLAN: Ausser im Haupthaus beim Restaurant kaum Empfang im Zimmer oder auf der Anlage. Das ist aber auch das Einzige nicht ganz so Gute ;) ansonsten alles top

Positiv:: Beautiful hotel with lush gardens to spend a day at the pool and to eat well.

Positiv:: sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit großem Poolbereich; traumhaft angelegter Garten mit kleinen Teichen, in denen Schildkröten schwimmen; absolut ruhige Lage im Palmenhain; nachts Froschkonzert; freundlicher Empfang mit Limonade und Gebäck;

Negativ:: die Koffer mussten wir vom Parkplatz selbst ins Hotel tragen; das Personal am Pool und im Restaurant könnte aufmerksamer sein; als wir beim Abendessen waren, war offensichtlich Personal in unserem Zimmer, was uns doch etwas verstört hat; das Abendessen und das reichliche Frühstück hat lecker geschmeckt, war aber auf internationale Küche ausgerichtet; überhaupt könnte man das Hotel auch in ein anderes Land setzen, da es keinerlei marokanische Ansätze hat - weder in der Einrichtung noch im Essen; das Hotel will in der obersten Liga mitspielen, dafür fehlt es aber doch an vielen Kleinigkeiten; kurz: das Ambiente ist überheblich, bringt aber nicht die entsprechende Leistung

Positiv:: Wunderschön eingerichtete Zimmer mit hohen Decken. Schlicht aber geschmackvoll gehalten. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und half uns verschiedene Dinge zu organisieren, auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht im Dar Nabila übernachteten.

Negativ:: Versprechungen wurden nicht eingehalten. Die Anmietung eines Fahrrad wurde beim einchecken zugesagt. Als dies nicht kam, wurde der Aufenthalt noch zwei Tagen von mir abgebrochen. Das Geld für die überbezahlten Tage gab es nicht zurück.

Positiv:: Dar Nabila staff were extremely helpful and generous. I stayed there following a recommendation and would certainly recommend it to friends. The courtyard is a lovely place to sit down after walking through the busy streets of the Medina.

Negativ:: The lighting in the room was not very good and there was no full length mirror.

Positiv:: Very clean tranquil Riad. Super friendly and accommodating staff. If looking for a quiet place to just chill out for a really reasonable price this is definitely worth considering.

Negativ:: The bed dipped in the middle which suggested the mattress may need replacing. Other than that the whole experience was great.

Positiv:: I friend of mine recommended darling nabila to and that, and when I came here I found that everything as on the pictures and the descriptions on the site they arranged us a transfer from the airport and that was comfortable and when we arrive next the hotel we found yasyn has been waiting for us there he's really helpful he gave us all what we needed about the city and also he organized us some tours to deferent places I recommend them to everone , and the rooms as well are comfortable and clean with air-conditioning so I really recommend this to everyone who wants to relax

Positiv:: It is a real nice familiar Riad with a lot of ambience, Kind of Oasis in the busy Medina. Once you know a bit the area it is quite easy to find. Especially the staff Watik and Ismel were extremely Kind and helpful and Fatima prepared a nice breakfast.

Negativ:: The terrace was nice but not very well mantained (Maybe because of the non-Season). The doors of the Rooms dont close very properly so you can hear everything going on in the Patio, but we slept very well nevertheless.

Positiv:: The staff is nice. They helped us with several things.

Negativ:: We asked for a pickup at the airport (which was confirmed) but no one showed up there. The location is not the best. Not so far to downtown, but terrible way full of motorcycles, more like a motorway. The heater in our room was a simple and loud electric version. There is no door between the bedroom and the bathroom, only a curtain. The wifi signal in our room was poor. Unfortunately a big and noisy group stayed there also and we felt like in a hostal. The staff wasn't able to solve the situation.

Positiv:: I had a great time in Dar Nabila . Abdel Samad the manager and Haja Fatima were so great and did provide me and my family a great customer service . I hope that the general manager Kawala gives a raise to both of them ,because they are great assets to the hotel .The Hotel was very quiet, very clean and the rooms were so great.

Negativ:: i did not stay longer in Dar Nabila

Positiv:: Very simple but nicely curated riad. Warm atmosphere at evening time. Quite and located by a side street.

Negativ:: Rooms at ground floor in the courtyard are nice but not the best if you like to sleep in during your holiday. 2 families with small kids were having breakfast right by our room at 7-8 am making a lot of noise. We asked to be moved to an empty room upstairs but they wanted to charge us more. Breakfast was very minimal and definitely the most basic one we had in Morocco after being travelling for 2 weeks. When I asked for honey or extra pancakes I was told they didn't have any left, less than 30 min later another guest asked for the same and they had no problem giving them some.....not sure what was the reason they refused it to us, but it did not feel polite at all.

Positiv:: The room was nice - shame we could only appreciate it for a few hours !

Negativ:: Our room was not available the first night and we had to walk 10 minutes to our alternative accomodation which had an impressive courtyard but the room was terrible. On the morning of our departure at 7 am for the desert tour there was no breakfast and nobody around although we had told them of our departure and we had to let the driver in ourselves!

Negativ:: The location of Dar Nabila is in a strange neighbourhood. We didn't have air conditioning. We called many times before arriving in Marrakesh but they didn't answer the phone (bad communication).

Positiv:: The property can best be described as a compound that functions as a respite from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The grounds are gorgeous and pool one of the best. The staff are exceedingly friendly and go out of their way to ensure your comfort.

Positiv:: The poolside had amazing service! Complementary Ice cream & fruit that the wait staff brought around, complementary water with your own little esky, sunblock and books. All pool staff were amazing!

Negativ:: There was no dedicated ‘concierge’ desk. A young girl that they were training had been given the job to do this but could not answer anything! There were two senior staff women watching on without offering to come and help her or us with our enquires. Very unprofessional for this standard of hotel.

Positiv:: Palais Namaskaar is absolutely stunningly beautiful. The staff is willing to do their utmost to make your stay a perfect one. The rooms with jacuzzis / pool are just perfect for relaxation.

Negativ:: The breakfast with ala carte is both confusing and not worth the money. It´s difficult to get even the dishes on the menu, and almost impossible to get something fresh to eat with white bread. Buffet version was excellent. The location in pretty far from the town, so expect to only do the journey max once a day. The hotel offers few free shuttles per day to and back to old town and they worked really well, but it takes almost 30 minutes to get there.There´s only one restaurant in hotel, a pretty expensive one, so you need to plan dinners also somewhere else if staying for longer. The main pool was not heated, so it narrowed down the possibilities to swim. We were told they were expecting a spare part to the heater, and were offered a chance to swim in other pools.

Positiv:: Perfect service, awesome food, really great location. Villa with private pool is totally private at all. Best vacation ever (and we travelled around the world in most of the leading hotels of the world)!

Positiv:: Bezaubernde Architektur wie aus 1001 Nacht. Sehr weitläufig mit ausreichend viel Platz, sowohl in den Zimmern als auch auf dem gesamten Gelände.

Negativ:: Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht in Ordnung. Instandhaltung in Teilen mangelhaft, z.B. Bei 15 Grad Außentemperatur, undichten Fenstern und defekter Klimaanlage (konnte nur kühlen, nicht heizen). Fenster so undicht, dass bei Regen ständig das Badezimmer unter Wasser stand. Essen nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Personal sehr freundlich, aber nicht notwendiger Weise gut ausgebildet.

Positiv:: The premises were fabulous and very luxurious.

Negativ:: They didn’t have body lotion and explained that are waiting for it to be delivered. The whole stay they’ve been waiting.

Positiv:: traumhafte Gartenanlage mit toller Architektur, sehr schönes Interieur edel und gemütlich eingerichtet ohne aufdringlich zu sein, wie eine Oase man denkt man ist allein, scheint wie im Märchen alles scheint im Fluß

Negativ:: die morgendliche Drohung am Anreisetag, dass man sein Zimmeranspruch bei voller Kostenübernahme verliert, wenn man nicht sagt wann man anreist, obwohl son Haus wie das Namaskar einen 24 h Stunden Service hat. (Konnten wir uns dann vor Ort persönlich bestätigen.) Ungünstig wenn man auf nen Roudtrip ist, nicht immer Netzt hat und sich der Zimmerreservierung sicher glaubt. Geht gar nicht und ist auch nicht Rechtens. Bis 24 h besteht rechtlicher Anspruch auf ein gebuchtes Zimmer, dazu jeder kleine Gasthof sogar bis morgens um 4 warten würde. Die Rechtfertigung das Anreisezeit bis 18h angegeben wurde, rechtfertigt es auch nicht und schon gar nicht in einem Haus wie das Namaskar, schade das booking com das auch noch unterstützt. Vollkommen durch gerostete Gitter am Jacuzzi ,an dem sich mein Mann schwer verletzt hat, kopfüber in den Pool gestürzt, hat sich an den scharfen steinkanten stark blutend verletzt und durfte den Nachmittag, sein Bein kühlend im Bett verbringen.Die Meldung dazu an den Poloboy blieb reaktionslos, (alle Gitter sind da durchgefault, was der Polboy als normal bestätigte) von dem sonst so beflissenen Personal war niemand zu sehen.Ich hatte meine eigene Apotheke mit. Beim check out tat dann Miriam und Salim äußerst überrascht und hätten weder von Verletzung noch von vollkommen verfaulten Gitter was gewusst (überall Kameras) und würden die Suite sofort sperren und als er dann gehört hat, das wir Termine in Rabat haben, hat er uns dann eine Massage und Haman zur Entschädigung angeboten. Evt.die Entschuldigung annehmend, wir einen Gutschein dazu akzeptieren, war dann auch wieder nicht möglich, ich kann mich ja beim nächsten Mal bei ihm melden, dann schaut er was geht. Zimmermädchen, (auch nachmittags belauernd so wie man die Zimmer verlässt ), die einen die Fotoarbeiten auf dem Bett, Skizzen und Stifte weg räumen, persönliche Wäsche sortieren, spezielle Seifenbäder einfach ablassen, nach Zensur alles wieder in den Urzustand bringen. nervt

Negativ:: Der Fußboden im Bad ist eiskalt! Da genügt die Klimaanlage nicht. Eine Fußbodenheizung wäre perfekt! Das Hotel liegt zu weit draußen von Marakesch, man benötigt immer ein Taxi. Der angebotene Shuttle ist zu wenig oft!

However, most notably the model offered by the Riad is one that stands out as truly exceptional. In fact it combines the best features of Airbnb and the traditional hotel industry in one. A lovely host that provides advice on sightseeing, restaurants and activities as well as a wonderful Riad with multilingual staff that stood out as much better than any other service staff in the Marrakech. A lovely boutique hotel that not only offers a lovely and memorable stay, but also guarantees a wonderful overall Morocco experience.

Positiv:: This riad created a beautiful, peaceful setting not far from the craziness of the Marrakech medina. The rooms and bathroom were large and comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Positiv:: Mit dem Betreten des Riads fühlte man sich, nachdem man durch die turbulenten Gassen Marrakeschs gelaufen war, wie in einer anderen Welt voller Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Zimmer sind sauber und sehr schön im orientalischen Stil eingerichtet. Das Essen war sensationell. Die Gastgeberin und das Personal waren äußerst freundlich, zuvorkommend und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Sollte es uns noch einmal nach Marrakesch verschlagen, werden wir mit Sicherheit wieder dieses tolle Riad buchen.

Positiv:: Die Lage war super, man konnte den Taxifahrern einen Ort angeben welchen man vom Hotel empfohlen bekommen hat, alle Taxifahrer wussten genau wo das war uns wir mussten noch 100 m laufen bis zum Riad. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommen. Alexandra, die Inhaberin war sehr nett und hat uns unbezahlbare Tipps und Tricks mitgegeben. Ihre Empfehlungen waren sehr gut.

Negativ:: On booking.com it gave the idea that dinner was inclusive which it was not. The food should be better, twice we ordered a dish med-med/rare and it came out Well done. The last time i had send it back and apologies were extended. Although some may like it, personally i found the crew talking a little too scripted in conversation. Also there was some miscommunication because of a lack of proper english speaking crew. Nothing serious though.

Positiv:: Highly recommend the Sunday brunch, the food and show are excellent - great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. The pool area is very relaxing, like how the beds are nicely spread out and never feels crowded. Don’t usually use the Spa in hotels but the Selman Hamman is a must for the traditional Moroccan treatments. I’ve stayed in many of the 5* hotels in the Middle East and Selman certainly holds its own.

Negativ:: Minor point but when relaxing in the room would be good to have more English TV channels. Would expect 5* hotels to at least have BBC world news service.

We are upgraded to a Mini Suite for free, every day at breakfast they brought me salted butter after I asked for it on the first day only, the hotel seemed very secure and overall we felt like they had paid special attention to us.

Negativ:: Strange rules about some types of food that cannot be served at the restaurant at certain times. Either decide those foods are only for room service or even better change your menu to include these items. There seems to be a lot of hierarchy with managers standing around and rules that the staff felt they needed to obey. Real customer service does not look like this! But otherwise, most staff were delightful and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Positiv:: The hotel was an oasis in the middle of a chaotic but wonderful Marrakech. The best thing we did on this trip was stay at Les Jardins De La Médina. The room was wonderful, the pool and gardens were incredible, and most importantly, the staff were the best. Since the moment we arrived they trated us with great kindness and were always so willing to help us with anything we needed. I 100% recommend everyone to stay here!

Positiv:: Tolle Lage. Liegt nahe dem Königspalast in der Medina. Viele tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe bzw. gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Anlage selber ist sehr ordentlich mit tollen Mitarbeitern. Der Innenhof mit Pool und Liegen war ein schöne Abwechslung zum heißen hektischen Alltag außerhalb! Würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Negativ:: Frühstück und Pool-Snacks waren sehr gut. Lediglich das Abendessen war sowohl vom Angebot als auch vom Preis her nicht so gut. Aus unserer Sicht nicht empfehlenswert, da gibt es bessere Möglichkeiten.

Positiv:: I liked everything about this hotel. Private entrance to our room was so nice especially for sitting out. The room was beautifully designed. The area for have breakfast was truly perfect. The Hotel itself was beautifully designed and so quiet for the location in the centre of the city.

Negativ:: Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas gewöhnungbedürftig, man ist oft auf ein Taxi angewiesen, vor allem am Abend. Nebenstraßen sind etwas dunkel und für Frauen, vor allem Alleinreisende, ungewohnt.

Positiv:: Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und steht jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Seite. Die Unterkunft war zudem sehr sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ich war nun schon zum zweiten Mal dort innerhalb von 4 Jahren und würde jederzeit wieder hin.

We loved the downstairs pool area but the rooftop sky lounge was just amazing. Ate dinner in the downstairs restaurant by the pool in the evening- just stunning and had a drink on the roof after which had a great buzz with a dj playing! We had to leave the hotel at 3:45am to get to the airport- the hotel arranged for us to have an early breakfast at this time then made sure our transport was arranged also! There are also facilities to print your boarding passes which was very helpful. 10/10 could not fault our stay at all.

Negativ:: I was at the hotel at 13h30 to do My check in but i had to wait for another 1 hour because my room was not clean.

Positiv:: I have to preface this by saying we had previously stayed at the Sofitel, which of course is in a different category (so was biased a bit), but i was spending one night here alone and needed a fab yet more reasonable stay! The decor was great, rooms well appointed and comfortable and pool (if small) was lovely. Service great!

Negativ:: The airco seemed all or nothing (I hate airco but at 40C a LITTLE would have been ok...this blasted down to 17C it seemed). The breakfast was ok but all the cooked savoury foods were VERY greasy. Like all hotels in Morrocco the alcohol was very expensive.
