Negativ:: It seems the phase 'café con leche' means something different than 'coffee with milk'. Although Colombia has the best coffee in the world and various regional characteristics, an order of 'café con leche' results in a milky concoction with a slight coffee flavor. We finally started asking for black coffee with a small touch of milk. It seemed to work.

Positiv:: Das Hotel sieht sehr trendy aus und hat seine Details, mit denen es kokettiert. Der Pool und die Poolanlage sind top und laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit. Die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern funktioniert sehr gut.
Negativ:: Unsere Dusche hatte kein warmes Wasser. Vor dem Einchecken wurden wir nicht darüber informiert. Uns wurde zwar nachdem wir es angesprochen hatten angeboten, das Zimmer zu wechseln, doch das hätte nur ein Bett gehabt. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis der Übernachtung kümmerlich. Wir hätten für ein wenig mehr Rührei einen Aufpreis zahlen müssen.

Negativ:: Kein guter Service des Empfangspersonal, arrogante Art - leider wenig Ahnung von internationalem Service, kein herzlicher Empfang - sehr bürokratisch, wir haben mehrere Zimmer reserviert gehabt - ein Zimmer war nicht sauber und gebraucht und musste gewechselt werden - wir wollten das Schwimmbad am Abend der Ankunft noch nutzen und haben dies auch am Empfang mitgeteilt, leider wurde zu früh das Chlormittel ins Schwimmbad eingelassen und konnte nicht mehr benutzt werden - das Frühstück war mittelmässig.

Negativ:: Breakfast was until 10:00. We went down at 9:30. All the tables were full or dirty. We waited and no one even greeted us. We finally sat down at a cleared table with a dirty tablecloth. The table was never set and we were ignored. It was a buffet breakfast and at 9:30 most of the food was gone and the little that was left was unappetizing. This was the case all 3 days of our stay. Except for the breakfast staff and food everything else about our stay was wonderful. I got up early and went down for coffee while my husband was still asleep and saw what looked like a fabulous gourmet breakfast....Don't miss it! Get up early! We'd stay here again.

Positiv:: Safe parking for motorcycles. Our room was fab overlooking the square, so we got to watch the parrots coming home to roost every night....brilliant. A good place to stay if you want to visit the Tatacoa Desert and can't get into Villavieja.

Positiv:: Friendly staff and the location is great - right on the main plaza and walking distance to the malecon (riverside walk with bars and restaurants) and several supermarkets are nearby. The secure parking is in the same building but is accessed by another entrance on a different street - but very easy and convenient for cars or motorcycles. The breakfast was very good also with eggs cooked to order and even tamales one morning. The pool is ok for swimming laps or just escaping the hot weather. Be sure to go to the rooftop (also where the gym is located) for panoramic views. You can walk to the BBC (craft beer) or restaurant called Beer24 and several good restaurants. WiFi worked well for me during my entire stay.
Negativ:: Really good experience and very few complaints. The pool area is nice but it is right in the middle of the building so all eyes are on you when swimming.

Positiv:: Bed comfortable, TV larger than most hotel rooms. The bathroom was great, and the shower was the highlight of the room, spacious, a nice large rain type shower head, and the perfect temperature, not too hot because Neiva is already hot enough lol. Overall excellent value for the price though.
Negativ:: Internet wasn't stable enough for me. In most of the room the signal was very weak... And even in one spot where it was better it was dropping off and coming back in. I really need internet when I travel, so i always notice that. Breakfast only offered one juice and it was tamarind which not everybody will like, if it will be only one juice it should be apple or orange imo. The breakfast itself was mediocre at best.

Negativ:: The rate was supposed to be $30, they wound up charging me 54, they said because I didnt have my passport with me there would be a charge that they would reverse for the IVA once I sent them an email with a picture of the entrance into Colombia, they have yet to get back to me on that. The base charge was still above the price quoted on the website, they play with the price of the dollar on that. I wish Booking.com would charge directly like some of your competitors.

Unterwegs bei der Suche nach einem Abendessen, riet man mir mehrmals aus Sicherheitsgründen vor der Dunkelheit umzukehren. Das Hotel passte überhaupt nicht in diese Gegend.

Hotel Dinastia Real in Neiva ist nur 5 Gehminuten von Santander Park und Kathedrale von Neiva entfernt. Zum Angebot gehören ein Businesscenter, ein Express-Check-in und ein Express-Check-out. Positiv:: We had a very good selection in the buffet breakfast. Plus we had a dance and singing show during our supper.

Negativ:: The hotel charged 19% taxes of the total amount. In addition, the receptionist promised to pack the breakfast early morning to be able to bring it with us to the airport and they did not prepare it at all. As excuse they argue that the cook arrives later so it's not possible... Regarding the facilities, they are very old and very dirty, including broken equipment. Showers were missing maintenance and only cold water was available.

Negativ:: Wifi didn´t work. Spanish speaking only.

Positiv:: Das Personal war unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich, das war toll. Der Pool ist ziemlich groß und sauber und wenig besucht, die Kinder hatten ihren Spaß.
Negativ:: Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und an Fenstern oder Ecken nicht sehr sauber.

Negativ:: Anfangs kein Wasser, Aufenthaltsraum ungemütlich, Keine Liegen beim Pool, eher für Geschäftsreisen gedacht, Frühstück war nicht gut, Personal spricht absolut kein Englisch was man sich meiner Meinung nach in einem Hotel an der Rezeption schon erwarten könnte

Positiv:: Ich fühlte mich sofort zuhause. Die Besitzerfamilie ist herzlich und hilfsbereit. Am ersten Tag nahmen sie mich mit auf eine Stadtrundfahrt. Die Tatacoawüste buchte ich ebenfalls bei ihnen, war ein superschönes Erlebnis. Das Frühstück war lecker. Früchte und Fruchtsaft immer sehr frisch zubereitet. Kaffee sehr gut. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Zimmer gross mit Klima-Anlage. Da ich das Zimmer im EG hatte, gab‘s keine Aussicht, war aber kein Minuspunkt.

Positiv:: The bed was reasonably comfortable.
Negativ:: The check-in process was appauling, questioned our indentifacation, didn’t give us any information about the WiFi or breakfast. Instead they ring our room at 8AM and tell us (walking us up also). Cold showers. You can hear the reception phone ringing all through the night, and odd noises outside our door.

Positiv:: Sehr freundliches Personal. Als wir am Abend nach einem Taxi fragten, bot uns der Hotelmanager an uns zum Restaurant zu fahren. Pool ist groß und sauber. Sonnenliegen vorhanden.
Negativ:: Zimmer recht klein. Bad hätte sauberer sein können.

Negativ:: Very small rooms, there was not warm water

Negativ:: There was no hot water in the bathroom and there was very liittle room for luggage. Also you could not open the window.
