Iberostar Selection Playa de Palma

Das Hotel, sehr luxuriös insbesondere der Infinity Pool auf dem Dach. Die Lage ist super, viele Essensmöglichkeiten und mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt Palma. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß, frisch und sehr lecker. Wenn wir preislich ein Angebot sehen, würden wir das Hotel erneut buchen.

In den Zimmern, gab es keine zusätzliche Kleinigkeiten wie ein Reisekamm, Zahnpasta, wattepads, welche wir zuvor bei einem vier Sterne Hotel auf Palma hatten. Bei einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich mehr als eine kostenlose Wasserflasche auf dem Zimmer. Ich finde den Preis etwas zu hoch angesetzt.

Nur ein Swimmingpool und das Zimmer war zu teuer.

My husband and I travelled here for my birthday + our babymoon. I liked the location - loads of restaurants around. Room was spacious, and clean. Breakfast - wide selection of food. The hotel was clean, and not too crowded. I do believe the furniture in the lobby should be reniewed or changed :) - they just look cheap. - the hotel was soooo much better than the first impression of the lobby. I would go back there.

Staff - you could feel that for them it is the end of the season. The service was not bad, but could have been better. Smiling more, especially not as good of a service by the pool. Breakfast - cold waffles, pancakes, porridge (only managed to catch one hot recently made waffle throughout the whole week), since they have been sitting on the counter with no heating. It was my birthday - and all i got was a paper card... It is a five star hotel. just making it a liiiitle bit more special would have been nice. Also - the soap in the bathroom was never refilled - I already saw the same comment on other reviews. Lots of families with small kids - just to watch out if you want a quiet stay. See is across the street, so the hotel is not on the beach.
