Waited in a really long pickup line and it wasn't until I got almost to the front that I was told that particular line was closing and I could move over to the Avis counter. Worse than that, after I turned in, I was charged an extra $120. I had just filled the tank and left no messes or damage. I was there as the attendant checked it back in, and there was no mention of an extra charge.Bewertet am 18. Apr. 2023

During the ordering process I was duped by your site into thinking I was paying for insurance/coverage. But it turns out this was and external company and not the Payless insurance, so I had to buy double insurance to ensure coverage. This needs to be clearer on your site so people don’t get conned into buying worthless insurance at almost $80 cost.Bewertet am 25. März 2023

Easy pickup and drop off at Albuquerque Sunport. Customer service was great from pick up to drop off. Vehicle was spacious and drove well. Good on gas and no issues.Bewertet am 5. Juli 2022

Arriving at the rental counter in Albuquerque, we learned that PayLess was part of Budget. Worse, the line was well over an hour. So we walked over to Hertz because they had no line and rented a better car for less than PayLess. Lesson learned.Bewertet am 5. Juni 2022

Everything. No one to man the counter... after waiting for 1 hour and calling a disconnected phone number... an avis rep decided to help. After being charged more than the price agreed on Payless site....they directed to to the wrong vehicle. It took another 20 mins to find my truck and then it was low on air.
