Die Mitarbeiter machten einen großen Unterschied. Die liebenswürdige Elizabeth und Cati haben sich so sehr um uns gekümmert. Nur ein großartiger Ort.

Freundliches Personal, sauberer Zimmer, Pool auf dem Dach mit DJ.

Kein richtiges Frühstücksbuffet, jeden Tag nur Toast, Marmalade, bisschen Obst und Müsli. Rühreier usw. mussten bestellt werden, die auch nicht gerade billig waren.

There’s really nothing you can’t like about the hotel, literally everything was presented beautifully.

The only thing we didn’t like was at no control of the hotel, the seasonal algae that has stayed at their shores for over a year is horrible. We have no one to blame but humans for their contamination and how filthy we are as people. The time is over, we have to change our ways, now.

Great hotel, unique design, large room, good partial ocean view, nice swimming pool with panoramic view, best location you can get. Jorge from the reception provide excellent support when needed.

1. The standard American breakfast was limited since we had 7 nights, only a predefined selection. We upgrade it once only by changing the omlete topping and they charge us more than the entire fare for the breakfast per person. Not exactly what you expect from a 5* hotel. 2. The property provide services for fitness and gym, but they are not in the building, few blocks away which are not so convenient. 3. The seaweed present all over the coast, from Cancun southbound towards Tulum, only few places with good area for beaching.
