Positiv:: Die zentrale Lage ist sehr angenehm. Das Hotel verfügt über einen umbauten Innenhof, wo man einfach die Seele baumeln lassen kann und man ist trotzdem in 5 Minuten, zu Fuß in der Altstadt. Eine Oase mitten im Trubel. Nicht preiswert, aber den Preis wert.

Negativ:: Das Personal ist oft zu aufdringlich. Sicher dem Wunsch geschuldet, alles gut zu machen. Dennoch ist manchmal, weniger, mehr. Unser Auto wurde irgendwo geparkt und wir wussten nicht wo. Den Schlüssel gab es erst bei Abreise wider. Das wirkte schon merkwürdig.

Positiv:: Great location, friendly and helpful staff. they were kind enough to upgrade us to the rooms on top floor with a slanted sun roof. excellent bed and we had 3 nights of good sleep which is very rare for us. breakfast was typical American buffet with good selections of hot and cold food, slightly a bit too saulty for my own personal taste but that's normal here in Czech republic. With what many visitors complain about Czech people tend to be somewhat cold and aloof to visitors, we didn't get that feeling here at all. It was overall very good stay and would definitely stay here again next time. Worth to mention also is that there are a lot of restaurant selections nearby and also a fairly large shopping mall Palladium.

Negativ:: After we left the hotel, they extra charged us for a mini bar that we didn't use! Even though we complained, they didn't refund us the money. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Positiv:: Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Alleine das Personal ist eine Empfehlung wert und eine absolute Empfehlung wert. Sauberkeit ist aber nicht weniger wichtig und absolut gegeben.

Negativ:: Das Frühstück ist für deutsche Verhältnisse eher klein gehalten und die Qualität der Lebensmittel ist generell gut. Leider sind manche Lebensmittel wie zB das Rührei eher von schlechter Qualität.

Positiv:: The Romantic room was very clean and spacious. The electric shutters for the roof meant the room was totally dark ensuring optimum nights sleep. Good bathroom, lots of space and great shower.

Negativ:: At breakfast there is a menu you can order off thst accompanies the buffet. These weren't on the table so it was by good fortune another guest mentioned it to me.

Positiv:: The staff were extremely accommodating to any need that arose . Small touches like the biscuits and juices kept in the foyer for the guests was welcoming . Good location and comfortable rooms

Positiv:: Das Frühstück lies DEFINITIV KEINEN WUNSCH offen! Es gab ALLES vom Sushi, Pizza, Gummibären, Salate zig Brote und Brötchen, Eier in allen Varianten, Kuchen, Obst frisch gepressten Osaft Prosecco und VIELES MEHR! Das Bett war unfassbar bequem man wollte garnicht aufstehen Morgens, die Matratze durchgängig 2x2m nicht zu fest und nicht zu weich wirklich ein Traum! Die Lage ist perfekt man hat wirklich ALLE Hotspots in unmittelbarer Nähe... Ich würde JEDERZEIT wieder dieses Hotel buchen und kann es absolut ohne Bedenken weiter Empfehlen!:)

Negativ:: I did not like the breakfast selection for vegetarians or vegans. There were very few choices as compared to non vegetarian.

Negativ:: Swimming pool was quite small and was really only like a plunge pool for the sauna and steam room. Although it did have a resistance flow for swimming, it could only have 2 people in it at a time.

Negativ:: It's very misleading to describe Hotel7 Days as a 'boutique hotel', It's a cavernous, gloomy and depressing place, specially for a single traveller. It's advertised as having a cafe and a restaurant, neither of which was operating when I was there. Breakfast is not served until 7. I had to leave before that to get to the airport and so had to forego breakfast - in which case, I think the cost should be refunded. I would never return there and would not recommend it to anyone else

Positiv:: Lovely accommodation, not air conditioned, but pedestal fans provided. If you choose to walk from the nearest tram stop there is a slight hill which is cobble stoned and a bit difficult with suitcases, however, taxis can drop you off at the front door.

I even tip the front desk girl 20€ and she still didn't want to give me a late checkout, not even 10 minutes. Very arrogant front desk managers , they act like they own the place !!! Don t recomend at all. I was with a small dog , they look at him like I was with a crocodile so if you have pets definitely stay away from 4 seasons. Worst service ever !!!!

Positiv:: Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Etwas versetzt hinter einem anderen Gebäude. Daher haben die meisten Zimmer keinen oder nur seitlichen Moldaublick. Wir hatten ein Superiorzimmer mit seitlichem Moldau- und Burgblick. Die Einrichtung ist stil- und geschmackvoll. Ein schönes 5-Sterne-Hotel. Das Personal des Front Desks war sehr nett, aufmerksam und gut beratend für unsere Unternehmungen in Prag. Ebenso waren die Damen im Spa ausgesprochen zuvorkommend. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Negativ:: Kurz bevor ich in die Steam Sauna gehen wollte, fiel diese leider aus und konnte so schnell nicht wieder in Gang gebracht werden. Außerdem war der Pool viel zu klein zum Schwimmen. Da ich Hüftprobleme habe, bin ich darauf angewiesen, schwimmen zu können. Ich hatte mich deshalb extra erkundigt... Der Pool ist zwar 8 m lang. So die Auskunft des Hotels, aber mit Whirlpool u.ä. ausgefüllt und deshalb Schwimmen unmöglich, was leider nicht erwähnt wurde. Es ist lediglich ein Entspannungspool.

Positiv:: The location was excellent, a few blocks from the Old Town and the Charles Bridge. Staff were very helpful with directions, reservations, advice on what to do. Room was excellent with very comfortable bed and soft linens. The bar restaurant was great for a light meal in an informal setting. The main Italian restaurant served a delicious meal; attentive staff; very helpful with menu suggestions.

We are spend the time with our two childrens and the hotelstaff made it possible, to give us two rooms with a open door between the rooms to the children! Great & Thank you so much... The metro- and tramstation was very close the hotel, i think about 300 m. There are so many nice restaurants in this area. Everything was nice ...

Negativ:: Maybe the fruits on the breakfestmenue was not realy fresh. But the staffs are very likefull.

Negativ:: This place is little away from the main tourist attractions, however, easily accessible through public transport system. The only advice is to do some homework before about the trams/metro stations and stops etc. especially if you don't speak Czech.

Negativ:: The wine bar wasn't staffed effectively, went down a couple of times to get a drink to be told all the staff were in the restaurant and we had to go elsewhere

Positiv:: Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral, die Sehenswürdigkeiten und die schönsten Stadtteile sind sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Ein lebhaftes Shopping - und Kneipenviertel liegt einen Block weiter, quasi "um die Ecke", dort sind auch Metro- und Tramanschlüsse. Das Frühstück war sensationell reichhaltig und lecker, es blieb kein Wunsch offen, meine Erwartungen aufgrund vorheriger Bewertungen wurden da voll erfüllt und noch übertroffen. Man kann bis 11h frühstücken und muss am Abreisetag erst um 12h auschecken, sehr gut für Langschläfer! Unser Zimmer war sehr ansprechend, gemütlich und großzügig eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem, das Bad war auch sehr ansprechend gestaltet und sauber.

Negativ:: Mich persönlich hat es nicht gestört, für Geräuschempfindliche: Bei geöffnetem Fenster war auch nachts Straßenlärm zu hören, da das Zimmer zur belebten Straße hin liegt, also: Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen oder Fenster zu und Klimaanlage an! Die Klimaanlage hat allerdings in regelmäßigen Abständen nervende Pfeifgeräusche produziert :-(

Positiv:: Das Frühstück war super und vielfältig, die Lage des Hotels war auch super und in einem schönen Stadtteil gelegen und nicht weit vom Zentrum Prags entfernt.

Negativ:: Es war bei unserem Aufenthalt gerade ein Baustelle(Straßenbauarbeiten) direkt vorm Hotel, in der Nacht war aber Ruhe und am Tag waren wir sowieso unterwegs.

Positiv:: Das Frühstück war für Hostel-Verhältnisse außergewöhnlich gut! Es gab alles was man für ein Frühstück braucht und es wurde immer nachgelegt, wenn etwas aus war. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, die Betten bequem und man konnte sich durch die Vorhänge gut Privatsphäre zum schlafen verschaffen. Das System mit den Zimmerkarten, die auch für die Schließfächer verwendet werden ist modern und sehr praktisch. Die Lage am Fuße der Prager Burg und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sind super. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Negativ:: Etwas unpersönliche Stimmung, liegt aber natürlich auch stark an den Zimmergenossen.

Positiv:: Excellent hostel which is comfortable, clean and well located. Curtains separate the beds ensuring privacy, and the lockers below the bed are spacious and operate well. The showers are good and they provide shower gel too. The hostel also offers a bar which is slightly expensive for Prague but still for the vast plethora of countries coming absolutely cut throat prices. Great hostel, friendly staff, stay here in Prague.

Positiv:: - die Gardinen an den Betten, was mehr Privatsphäre ergibt - das Frühstück war sehr gut - große Zimmer, man hat sich in einem 10-Bett-Zimmer nicht eingepfercht gefühlt - es war sehr gut, dass Handtücher und eine große Schließbox gestellt wurden und dass die Betten bezogen waren und diese bei Abreise nicht abbezogen werden mussten - es war sehr sauber, es wurde wirklich täglich gründlich geputzt

Positiv:: I like the location. It is just a walking distance to the Prague Castle and The big Church. Its also accesible to the Tram and Prague central Railway Station and other destination. A bit of a hike when I tried to find the address of the hostel but I like it cause its more of exercise.. The room is Huge!!! For 10 people. They just dont provide towels,and toiletries. They also have a mini bar which is cool. The laundry bar. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean.You can have a privacy in your bed since they have curtains.

Negativ:: I just dont like that at night its a bit hot...they dont have AC So I was sweating when I was sleeping.

Positiv:: The bed was relatively comfy and had convenient shelf and plug socket. The curtains surrounding the bed were also very good. The building itself was quite nice despite lack of showers, and the outside terrace was great for smoking/relaxing in the sun. Location was good for exploring the city.

Negativ:: The lockers under the bed were alright but if you were on top bunk and needed to access yours then it would disturb the bottom bunk, there isnt enough showers with only one per floor, laundry was very expensive and i gave up with the Wi-Fi after about 5mins as it was so poor. I also had the poor experience of 2 very nosy room mates that argued in the night, but this isnt the fault of the hostel.

Positiv:: Really thoughtful touches such as bed curtains, and large storage boxes under the beds which are compatible with your key card. Good directions for public transit from the airport. Great location for visiting Prague Castle, and the area is full of character.

Positiv:: The location of the hotel was superb - a central location close to all the 'must see' historical sites and the hustle and bustle of the city centre. In among the bars and restaurants so no need to worry about taxis etc. The breakfast was superb - there was so much choice! Hot - eggs, bacon, sausage; cold meats and cheeses (lots of choice of cheese); pastries, bread and cakes were fantastic; cereals; cold and hot drinks, you could not have asked for more. The front of house staff were exceptionally friendly and happy to help - they booked restaurants for us too. The hotel although a little dated was very clean - bathroom was great. We had a superior room not overlooking the square - we were a bit disappointed initially - but after hearing the loud revellers at night - were pleased that we could not hear them from our room.

Negativ:: We were next door to Hard Rock Cafe and another late opening pub - and you could hear some noise after twelve - although ear plugs had been provided in the hotel room - it wasnt that bad to warrant wearing ear plugs. The restaurant attached to the hotel I thought was disappointing - but that does not detract from the great hotel - it was just that we chose to eat there one evening. Preferred other restaurants close by.

Positiv:: Ein fantastisches Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und sehr freundlichem Personal. Wir brauchten während unseres Aufenthaltes einen Augenarzt für meinen Mann und uns wurde eine gute Klinik empfohlen und natürlich auch das Taxi geordert. Des Weiteren haben wir vom Hotel ein kostenloses Upgrade unserer Zimmerkategorie bekommen und haben uns in der Junior Suite sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage des Hotels ist top. Ruhig gelegen und doch ist man in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß an der Burg und an der Karlsbrücke. Die Straßenbahn 22 fährt vor der Tür in Richtung Innenstadt. Die Tickets gibt es im Hotel und sie sind für Tram, Bus und Metro gültig. Ein Ticket für 24 Stunden kostet 110 Kronen. Uns hat es in Prag sehr gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder das Savoy wählen!

Fenster und Türen Schalldicht. Toll. Die Tram hält direkt vorm Hotel. Vom Hotel zur Innenstadt 5 Min. für 1 € den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Ein Auto braucht man eigentlich nicht. Da werden wir mit Sicherheit nochmal einchecken. Preis-Leistung absolut im Einklang.

Positiv:: Sehr gutes Frühstück, so dass wir jeweils gar nicht von allem essen konnten. Gute, ruhige Lage. Ruhige Klimaanlage, die auch abschaltbar ist. Wir hatten kostenloses Mineralwasser vermisst, aber scheinbar kann man in Prag das Leitungswasser trinken.

Positiv:: Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Die Lage ist mit Hilfe der Verkehrsmittel TRAM und Metro zentrumsnah. Die Rezeption ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Positiv:: Das Zimmer war sehr gut in Einrichtung und Größe. Allerdings hatten wir zwei Superior-Zimmer. Wie die anderen Zimmer sind entzieht sich meiner Kenntnis. Lage des Hotels optimal, Burg und Karlsbrücke fußläufig gut erreichbar.

Negativ:: Das Frühstück war nicht nur enttäuschend, es war einfach schlecht. In einem so großen internationalen "Diplomaten"-Hotel darf man u.a. ein englisches Frühstück erwarten. Es war keins vorhanden. Am ersten Morgen gab es noch Spiegelei, am zweiten Morgen nicht. Bei den gekochten Eiern war das Eigelb steinhart und grün. Das Rührei präsentierte sich in grauer Farbe. Gekochte Bohnen gab es nicht. Das Wurstangebot war ebenfalls äußerst dürftig und von schlechter Qualität. Rohen/geräucherten Schinken gab es nicht, nur eine Art Scheiben von Kochschinken (wahrscheinlich Formfleisch). Dazu drei andere Sorten Wurstscheiben von sehr schlechtem Geschmack und dürftigem Aussehen. Käseangebot ebenfalls dürftig. Obstangebot sparsam. Joghurt durchschnittlich. In der "lokalen Ecke" wurde verschiedene Paprika-, Oliven- und Fischsalate präsentiert, dazu Matjeshering. Hätte ich eher als Katerfrühstück bezeichnet. Der Filterkaffee war schlecht, der Kaffee aus dem Automaten besser. Mineralwasser war keines vorhanden, lediglich ein Gefäß mit Wasser unklarer Art.

There was a guy only making fresh the eggs - Poor quality of material for breakfast ( cheese, bread specially) I would say poor management! I upgraded my room for executive rooms, not really worth it! I went for sauna, the lady said: your name is not on the list! Disappointing!!! The sauna and fitness area are sooo crowded as it is not only for the hotel guests!! Very small sauna; two dry sauna rooms and one whirlpool, and that is all!

Also our executive twin double room was fabulous - really comfy beds, cleaned exceptionally well on a daily basis. Having a balcony was a bonus as had views. The standard of decor throughout the hotel was beautiful. All staff were extremely nice, well mannered and approachable.
