The staff are polite and the hotel is good too.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and I booked the Royal Room king which was quite expensive. I thought I would get a big nice comfy room. Just to clear what Royal room king means is that the room is exactly the same as other rooms with a better bed and some additional services like a foot bath, a turning down service, bfast in room and a person to unpack your bags. I only used the bfast in room service once. Price not worth it! Maybe it's my fault for getting the details wrong but I did try to downgrade as I realised that the room I got is not worth the money I paid. Anyway the reception at first said they have other cheaper rooms but then booking.com said no there aren't any cheaper rooms available. Whatever the case I will be more careful next time as when you book with booking.com you don't actually have the flexibility to do what you want. If the hotel is willing to accommodate me then why shouldn't they? I don't like this non refundable, non changeable whatsoever bookings and having the reception and booking.com both being "sorry we can't do anything", while one blaming the other. Sorry but that is not a good service.
