Rental desk was closed when I arrived (10:30p), although the other rental companies were still going strong. So I spent $50 and about 2 hours getting to my hotel that evening plus return to the airport the next morning. I asked for reimbursement for these expenses plus knocking a half-day off my rental term. No can do. Bye, bye Thrifty.Bewertet am 14. Nov. 2022

The car only had a half tank of gas instead of a full tank when we picked it up, CarPlay didn’t work properly, and the car only had 22,000 miles on it, but had a lot of wear and tear and stains already.Bewertet am 26. Sept. 2022

Pick-up ay Thrifty could have gone better. After over two hours of waiting for our reserved car I was referred to their manager at Hertz who took care of this immediately. If this had occurred from the onset It would have been an "Excellent" fating overall.Bewertet am 30. Apr. 2022
