Positiv:: The hotel has great amenities and is centrally located.

Positiv:: Great service, great location. and very large stylish room with a hot tub. I also liked the plentiful storage spaces, bed and pillows were super comfortably

Negativ:: Nespresso machine please. The water from the shower was flowing out into non shower area

Positiv:: Lage top, ruhige Seitenstraße, das Allermeiste ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen; sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal; durchdachtes und modernes Design mit liebevollen Details; gute Bar; gutes Frühstück; sehr gutes Bett (groß, nicht so weich)

Negativ:: Mit der Technik der Dusche hatte ich etwas zu kämpfen ... ansonsten tatsächlich nichts auszusetzen

Positiv:: The property had a lovely restaurant terrace with great wine and good food. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Good toiletries and excellent supplies of water.

Negativ:: The gym was limited, there were only two machines and then a punch bag in the middle of the gym yet no boxing gloves rendering it completely useless. Three machines and two mats, not hugely practical if more than one person wants to use it. Never restocked the milk in the fridge. We also left two dresses in the wardrobe and they only found one...the less expensive one.

Positiv:: The staff was amazing, very kind and always ready to help. The breakfast was one of the best we had while traveling and we had a lot of choices from healthy to less healthy options. The restaurant had delicious food as well and it was nice to be able to eat inside or outside. The room was very spacious

Negativ:: Not squeaky clean as expected. If you want to be in old Tbilisi and you don’t like to walk it could be a bit far but that was fine for us.

Negativ:: Breakfast served at 8:00pm, a norm here in Tbilisi but a bit late by international standard.

Positiv:: The staff makes this beautiful Hotel even more beautiful! The entire staff was great, helpful, multi-lingual, their approach to welcome guests is much better than in a five-star hotel! From the moment we arrived till the early morning we left, everything was done with a smile and in a professional human way. The breakfast is amazing, large choice going from fresh pastries, fruits, cheese & ham, different kind of teas and coffee, not to for forget the juice and different waters choice. The yogurts, from small glass jars mixed with fresh fruit, Excellent!!! The hotel room was spacious and well decorated, the bath and shower combination rear to find, but Great. The mattress was the best I slept on for many years. The location is excellent, just beside the Parlement and close to the main street and not too far away from the historical City center. Taxis are called your demand, day & night. The pickup at the Airport was good organized, friendly English speaking driver was waiting for us! The best and most beautiful hotel in the world relies on their staff. The staff of the Shota & Rustaveli Boutique Hotel is the real heart of this unique Boutique Hotel! As a hotelier by myself, I warmly advise any traveler to Tbilisi to choose for this unique Hotel and their great staff. Your expectations come trough. My sincere thanks to all the staff who made our short holiday a very pleasant and amazing experience! Positiv:: Very helpful and responsive staff and the hotel is nice and quiet! Very cool design too. Plus the cat who likes to sit outside is soooo cute! (He doesn’t come inside and is well cared for!)

Positiv:: Good position near Freedom Square. The rooms are spacious & quirky with the bathroom layout. The room was cleaned well. The bed & pillows were magnificent after our experiences in mountain regions of Georgia. The staff were extremely pleasant & helpful. The young lad suggested a fantastic restaurant nearby. Probably the best meal we had. The restaurant in the hotel was very good & had a good selection of organic wines. We enjoyed our 4 nights & would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Positiv:: Very central, close to most major attractions. Staff extremely helpful: organized in-room massage, gave great restaurant/ sightseeing recommendations . Lovely courtyard bar/ restaurant. Enjoyable Jazz evening. Room spotlessly clean, very comfortable, 24 hr pillow menu.

Positiv:: Sehr komfortables und sauberes Zimmer, mit einem richtig guten Bett und guter, leiser Klimaanlage. Die Dusche (Regendusche) und die Toilette hatten separate Türen, was sehr praktisch war. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Jederzeit wieder!

Positiv:: highly recommended!!! Best location with stunning city views. Friendly and calm atmosphere. The hotel is placed just 15 minutes from form the freedom square and most famous Shardeni street. You can get to the fortress in 5 minutes. P.s. do not forget to visit their terrace at the top of fourth floor. You can see the whole city from there. there is also a bar, so you can enjoy the views and have a drink. Worth seeing!

Positiv:: Rooms were clean and views were breathtaking. The staff was extremely helpful. You can call the reception any time, they are always ready to help. Guys on breakfast are very nice, offering you omelets, oatmeal’s and helping you with the choice. if you are looking for a homelike atmosphere, then you should stay in this sweet boutique hotel.

Positiv:: I liked everything: the view, room design, cleanliness, food and the friendly staff. breakfast area is cozy and food is super delicious. Although, room provides you with the good designed hanger, you can ask for the shelves if needed. I am very satisfied with my choice of the hotel and next time I will visit Tbilisi, Amante will be my first choice.

Positiv:: I love this hotel! if you are looking for a quiet place to spend your vacation, this is for you, for sure! Staff is very helpful and polite, they respond ASAP and give u exceptional service! Breakfast was very delicious. There you can taste some of the Georgian food and even order some extra meals. I have to mention the rooftop terrace with a bar, which is the best choice to spend your evening with a glass of Georgian wine and enjoy the view of the whole city. We will definitely come back to this place!

Positiv:: Almost everything! The staff was amazing! The girl who did our checking was so lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was good but it would have been better if we had fresh fruits which was not the case. The location was the best as it was in the middle of the old city but in a quite street and from the terrace the view was just amazing in the evening.

Negativ:: The room was too hot and there is no AC. We couldn’t sleep with the open door as we were afraid that someone enters from the balcony. It would have been great to have a restaurant for the diner as the first night we were too tired to go out even if there are many restaurants not so far.

Positiv:: we feel like we were at home, service, staff cleanlenees , everything is just on a high level

Positiv:: This is such a lovely little boutique hotel sitting on an up slope of old town Tbilisi with the nicest view of the city. All the old town attractions are barely a stone throw away. You can reach all the top restuarants and bars in the town by simply rolling down the hill (fyi if you have a car you might want to keep in mind of steep slopes and limited parking). The rooms boast a fabulous view of the city and has a lovely homey / luxury touch to it that I find hard to describe. It's a perfect place for a romantic holiday with your partner. The staff were super nice, always smiling, helpful and always present (literally... their reception is open 24 hrs). The breakfast was super good (at the time of our stay, breakfast was served till 12

Positiv:: The location was great, it was very easy to get around from the hotel! Breakfast was amazing, definitely one of the best omelette’s I’ve ever had! The hotel decor was stunning and the garden bar was a great place for a drink. Parking at the hotel was available and easy to use.

Negativ:: The bathroom had a really bad smell and the air conditioning was set to a very cold temperature and couldn’t be adjusted. The view was blocked due to renovations next door which was also unfortunate.

Negativ:: Ken wirkliches Manko, aber wenn man überhaupt was negatives finden will: Zimmer sind zur (mässig belebten) Straße, man hört es bei geöffnetem Fenster. Bei geschlossenem ist es allerdings total ruhig.

Positiv:: The courteous staff throughout the hotel were excellent; particularly at reception. Concierge Mishael Abashidze went out of his way to assist, really helpful.

Positiv:: Absolutely amazing location on the Rustaveli Avenue. Room was well appointed and spacious. Though the hotel has got an amazing location, be careful while booking in a peak season. They may be overbooked and not offer you the same type of room what you have booked.

Negativ:: Property is good but do check everything before you go and keep following up with the hotel to ensure that you get what you have paid for. Our experience was as below- We booked room with king size bed and paid in advance but we were given the room with twin bed. There was no tea/coffee maker in the room in spite of mentioning in the room facilities - we didn't book the breakfast and hence it was very important for us to have kettle in the room. It was provided to us in the midnight after we asked for it. Hotel was fully booked and they couldn't help with the wrong room given. I was told that it was a mistake of booking.com and they promised to confirm it to me via email from reservation team. After I checked out nobody bothered to send me any email. At last after my follow up, the hotel team accepted that it was their mistake. Even after accepting the mistake, they didn't offer me a refund and expected me to travel again to Tbilisi to receive their hospitality. Certainly, not an experience one would expect out of a Marriott property!!

Positiv:: Hotel elegant, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Lage Ideal, Sehenswürdigkeiten alle in Gehdistanz, Frühstück sehr gut, Executive Longue 24 h offen, Angebot gut, Staff freundlich, hilfsbereit, Zimmer eher klein, aber gut schallisoliert (trotz Lage an der Rustaveli), Betten sehr bequem, Bad eher klein, Dusche in der Badewanne. Als Present wurde eine Flasche Wein aus Georgien gereicht.

Negativ:: Sehr negativ ist, das man im Restaurant eine Rechnung (ohne Trinkgeld-Aufpreis) unterschreibt und am Abreisetag auf der Hotel-Rechnung beim Check-Out noch 10 % Service-Charge fürs Restaurant bezahlen muss. Da wir schon 10 % in bar im Restaurant an Tip gegeben haben, so waren es dann 20 %. Sehr ärgerlich!!!

Positiv:: Everything was great the locatio was close to restaurants and bars and all the attractions. Easy to get everywhere.

Positiv:: The location was excellent - close to the old centre but not too close to being noisy. The beds were good and the pillows were very comfy. The breakfast was modest but healthy and fresh and full of local food. There was always an extra choice of still and mineral water which is pretty nice when the weather is hot. I definitely recommend this hotel for couples and friends.

Negativ:: The only inconvenience - there was no sink at the toilet, it was directly in the room, so you to out the toilet to wash hands.

Positiv:: I liked the location of the hotel, it's 2 minutes walking to the freedom square and walking distance to everywhere in old Tbilisi. I liked the cleanness and comfort of the room also i liked to ambiance of the hotel i.e. it's very colorful. I liked the idea of having free beverages in the lobby. Many restaurants and grocery stores are available around the hotel. the hotel's restaurant serves a very nice Sushi.

Negativ:: The staff are very polite, however, they need to be more friendly, specially the 5th floor restaurant's tall girl .. she looked a little bit arrogant as opposed to the other lady and gentleman, they was polite and friendly.

Positiv:: Not my first stay here. A reference hotel for Tbilisi. All comfort you would expect from Holiday Inn, plus the hotel is much better quality than similar places in the US. We also received a free upgrade to a larger room. Breakfast was exceptionally good, with great quality and choice, and I also liked the breakfast room, large and well lighted. Parking just ahead of the hotel, historical downtown five minutes apart by car. Good choice of Georgian restaurants at a walking distance. Loved the pool, bigger than usual for the category. Staff is friendly and super efficient. All in all, a top experience. Highly recommended.

Negativ:: Would put a sauna and turkish bath in the spa area, I think there's enough room in the building for that.

Positiv:: Comfy bed, breakfast great, staff very nice-especially in restaurant.

Negativ:: Air conditioning didn’t work(no cool air) even though it was on highest volume fan hardly anything came out. Menu in restaurant boring. No Georgian food on menu not even Georgian bread !?

Positiv:: Not my first stay here. Very good hotel, above the average Holiday Inn, especially wrt. hotels in the US. Staff is really super-welcoming, though professional. Breakfast is just fantastic, great quality and nice dining room. We could also enjoy a free upgrade to a larger room for free. Also the pool has a serious size and was very welcome after a long trip on terrible Georgian roads! Would surely recommend, especially if you are moving by car. Downtown is just minutes away, and some excellent Georgian restaurants can be found at a walking distance. They are building McDonald's just cross the street, in case of emergency or late arrival.

Negativ:: I didn’t understand why they cannot allow me to use the minibar without a downpayment! Even when I asked them to empty the beverages, they refused. Other than this, everything was satisfied

Positiv:: Uns hat dieses Hotel super gefallen und alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Sehr geschätzt haben wir auch den Pool, damit wir uns nach den Unternehmungen entspannen und erfrischen konnten. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und fein. Auch das Personal war sehr nett und kompetent.

Negativ:: Betreffend integrierter Bank hatten wir Mühe Schweizer Franken CHF zu wechseln. Das Personal "untersuchte" die Banknoten akribisch auf jeden kleinen Hick. Anscheinend akzeptieren sie nur frisch gedruckte Noten (konnten nur eine CHF 100.00 Note wechseln, die anderen nahmen sie nicht an :-() Uns war nicht ganz klar, ob CHF Noten dem Personal nicht bekannt sind oder was der Grund war. Euro Noten nahmen sie problemlos an. Eine entsprechende Schulung des Personals wäre empfehlenswert! Auf den anderen ansässigen Banken hatten wir mit dem Wechseln dann aber keine Probleme.

Positiv:: The location is perfect. It’s near from the metro station, you can also walk to everything, staff is so friendly and speak good English. Beds are so comfy, bathrooms are so clean and there’s a number of them so you’ll always find an empty one.

Negativ:: Fabrika is basically a hipster place and the concept is nice, providing galleries, restaurants, and trendy shops in one place. However, as a hostel, the staff was trained to only offer and suggest the most expensive ways of doing things. If we asked of ways to get to the Kazhbegi mountains, they,'ll give you the address of an agent who offered transportation for £100 pounds one way. When we asked about numbers of public buses coming near the hostel, nobody knew and suggested a taxi. Similarly, when asked about restaurants, we were given the names of the two most expensive places in Tbilisi, when 5 minutes away, there was an old style restaurant offering delicious Georgian food at 4 pounds a person. The matrushka, minibus, to the mountains cost 3 pounds one way. In even 5* hotels around the world, the concierge will give you options. Disappointed.

Negativ:: I was amazed that everything was available in the room except tissue box was not there and when i called the reception they told me we dont provide tissue with the room

Positiv:: Boutique Museum Hotel completely met our expectations, if not exceeded on some levels. The location is not right in Old Town however you can easily walk there in about 15 mins or use a taxi service (we only used Bolt which was reliable and very cheap). We preferred this area as it was a little quieter and still very accessible to everywhere in Tbilisi. We (two friends) stayed in room #412 which was a very decent size room with extra space and sofa area that we did not use, was very surprised with the room size and furnishings - all of which looks to have been renovated and very modern, clean and comfortable. We didn't have a great view, just the buildings outside but to be honest this in no way impacted our stay negatively and I would choose this hotel again (we did stay the last night in another hotel in Old Town and missed Boutique Hotel immensely!!). The breakfast is INCREDIBLE, has everything from local Georgian delights to bacon, eggs, fruits, pancakes, salads, cold cuts, cheese selection etc. Hot dishes are changed daily on the menu so you get to try a wide variety (we had 5 nights at the hotel). The Hotel's main restaurant downstairs is fabulous - Georgian cuisine. I generally don't eat in the hotels where I am staying for dinner however we ate here 3 nights and enjoyed everything we tried on the menu. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, would only stay at this hotel in Tbilisi and look forward to visiting again sometime.

Negativ:: Cannot fault anything at the hotel. I would highly recommend taking your own international adapters as the ones at the hotel are usually already in use by other guests and it is hard to find the right adapter at the store (Carrefour is approx 700m walk from the hotel - so convenient) however the adapter from Carrefour did not work still to charge my phone or laptop. Bring your own:)

Negativ:: The top of the toilet was broken, the shower came out of sink and the towels were hard and hurt your skin. Additionally, you have to pay 10 lari for AC.

Negativ:: The room was cold and it took a while to get it warm. There was no elevator and the spiral stairs to the 3rd floor seemed unsafe and it was so noisy that during the night whenever somebody was using the spiral stairs the noise woke me up, and it happened atleast 3 times. The walls of my room were so thin that I could hear the other passengers talking in the hallway clearly. The toilet tank was broken and it was covered with a towel.

Negativ:: Nur eine Person spricht englisch, evtl noch der Nachtdienst.Hotelbesitzer und die Frau sind unfreundlich immer im Hintergrund (Aufpasser). Eine wiederholte Anfrage nach Verlängerung wurde vom Besitzer zugesagt und wiederholt bestätigt. Wir mussten trotzdem Hals über Kopf das Zimmer räumen und in eine Unterkunft im sog.Hinterhof, vermutlich Personalunterkunft, umziehen. Wurde alsSuperappartement angepriesen. Das Badezimmer stand nach Gebrauch unter Wasser weil kein Eier Duschwanne fehlt. Föhnen gefährlich! Fehlte sowieso.

Negativ:: No proper shower, you had to have a shower standing on the floor next to the sink. Strange smell in the room and in the hotel. For breakfast there werent many varieties and they charge you if you want a second Cup of coffee or tea. They dont accept credit card even if in their website It's mentioned they do. Just only One lady staff spoke english and was very helpful, the others were very grumpy and never smiled. Not at all soundproofed, you could hear everything, even people talking in the street. They tried to charge us more for early check-in, luckily we had the proof of their message in which price was different from what they asked when we reached the accomodation.

You can enjoy the great view on all time, especially sunset and at night is so romantic. charming and friendly young lady from receptionist can teach you the information for travel a lot. during waiting, they gave chance to try traditional coffee and home made wine

Kein Restaurant vorhanden! Obwohl angeblich Vollpension möglich ist. Wir haben nur mit Frühstück gebucht. Aber wie soll das mit der Vollpension ohne Restaurant funktionieren??? Ein Mittagessen hätte man laut Beschreibung für 6 Euro pro Essen pro Person bekommen sollen, wenn man ohne Vollpension gebucht hat. Hätte ich nur am ersten Tag gebraucht (da wir ansonsten tagsüber immer unterwegs waren) - wurde mir aber verweigert mit dem Hinweis, dass es gar kein Restaurant gibt. WLAN funktioniert meist nicht. "Zur Begrüßung erhalten Sie ein kostenfreies Glas georgischen Wein." Auch falsch! "Verschiedene Restaurants und Geschäfte laden 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt zu einem Besuch ein." Geschäfte ja. Das einzige Restaurant in diesem Umkreis ist aber ein Fast-Food-Restaurant. Andere Restaurants sind zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten entfernt. Nicht weiter tragisch - man sollte aber nicht 5 Minuten versprechen, wenn sie nicht stimmen. Hauptmangel war, dass sowohl Klimaanlage, als auch Heizung anfangs nicht funktionierten. Die Klimaanlage wurde dann zum Laufen gebracht, aber war für die Raumgröße viel zu klein dimensioniert. -> Am ersten Tag war Frieren angesagt, obwohl wir die Klimaanlage auf Maximaltemperatur und Maximalstärke gestellt haben. Die (ebenfalls mickrige) Heizung ist erst ab dem zweiten Tag gegangen und das auch nur sehr sporadisch. Unter einem "Luxuszimmer" verstehe ich etwas anderes. Bevor die Klimaanlage zum Laufen gebracht wurde, wollte ich stornieren, was mir aber verweigert wurde, obwohl laut Booking.com in diesem Hotel eine Stornierung ohne Stornogebühren möglich gewesen wäre und das Hotel bei weitem nicht der Beschreibung entspricht. Eine Nacht im Hotel haben wir wegen einer Übernachtung in Armenien ausgelassen.

Positiv:: It is a family hotel, not big but warmly. The staff was friendly, took our suitcases on high stages. Breakfast was tasty, madam the cook made the dishes we asked. Hotel is very central, quickly to brigde Freedom. We will return to Bonus!

Positiv:: Wifi is very good and super fast. Hotel location is great. Rustaveli Street, Liberty square mall and all visiting places nearby. Metro station just 100 meters away.

Negativ:: I booked two rooms for my family. One room was very small.

Positiv:: The Hotel was great. Staff was really polite and helpful. Room was incredibly clean and offered all comforts. If you get past the street, which looks a little gloomy, and you enter the Hotel then you will be pleasantly surprised. The Hotel is also quite close to the centre and offers a metro stop just a few hundred meters away. Definitely a positive experience!

Negativ:: The street where the Hotel is located looks a little run down. Clearly this has nothing to do with the Hotel, but I mention it so that those who want to take a peek do not get put off by the surroundings.

No live cooking, no vegetarian food options, and same food items for 7 days of my stay. Totally disappointed with the Breakfast. Hotel staff is not welcoming, no smiles, no greetings to guests. Cleaning is not done properly during my stay.

Positiv:: Ich bin mit meinem Aufenthalt im Radisson Blu Iveria mehr als zufrieden gewesen. Endlich mal ein Hotel, wo der Gast auch tatsächlich wie ein richtiger Gast behandelt wird. Das komplette Personal im und ums Hotel sind sehr herzlich und kundenfreundlich orientiert. Da sollten sich viele Hotels weltweit eine große Scheibe von abschneiden und versuchen es nachzumachen !!! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt

Positiv:: The swimming pools are amazing. The view from the rooms. The SPA is really good. The restaurant are really nice, the italian and the japanese.

Negativ:: I have traveled a lot in my life but I have never stay in a terrible hotel like this one. And we pay really expensive if we compare with Georgian price. The hotel does not have a five star standard at all. We arrived at the room and the ar conditioning does not work (outside temperature 33oC). The staff is not friendly at all. Except the reception manager Maiko. I could not sleep well because the curtains do not close well (woke up at 6am with the light). Most are broken. So if you are sensible to the light in the morning do not choose this hotel. Next day we back to the hotel at 4pm and the room was not cleaned. Another negative point, be careful with you bills keep everything you pay, they have always a problem with the room rate or what you consumed in the restaurants/bars. The second night we back to the hotel at 3pm and the room was not cleaned again. We called again the reception, also the cleaners do not leave enough products and towels, we were two they left one towel. They mention that the swimming pool close at 11pm but at 6pm the staff in the swimming pool start to close all things and we have the sensation that they want to close. At 8-9pm all is dark. So sure it is 11pm ? And finally we booked a taxi to go to the airport a day before and the receptionist David confirmed when we back from diner they did not have any information regarding it, they booked again and in the morning the taxi was not there, we waited 10 minutes so we took a taxi outside. Yes, they just want to have the hotel crowed but the quality is terrible, so with exception of the swimming pool and the views from the room. I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. I saw the comments before, the grade 8.2 and pictures so I thought it was ok but it is not. It iras a terrible experience.

We got up so early and asked them to make it up for us. They said it was a technical issue and offered us to upgrade to a better room ( suit ) but they asked to pay the same price for the first night! We refused and said we want to check out as they were so rude and we asked to talk to the manage. They sent a fake manager to deal with us with no solution. We asked to pay only half the money for the suit because we struggled the whole night and I am pregnant. They took a long time to deal with this issue as we had to talk to our embassy to deal with them!!!!! The real manager came and apologized for us. They gave half of our money back after long argument and the deceived us making us think that we were talking to the manager. This is . the last time we deal with them
