Unsere 40 Zimmer wurden kürzlich renoviert. Zur Ausstattung gehören Kabelfernsehen, High-Speed-Internetanschluss und eine Minibar. Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon sind auf Anfrage verfügbar. Positiv:: Tolle Lage direkt am Wasser. Hervorheben möchte ich die Ruhe, die zumindest zu unserer Reisezeit (Mitte September) hier geherrscht hat. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Mit englisch kann man sich hier problemlos verständigen. Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich ein großer Parkplatz, der mit einer Schranke gesichert ist. Kosten werden für die Nutzung nicht erhoben. Das angegliederte Restaurant ist empfehlenswert. Einen Tisch sollte man einen Tag vorher reservieren lassen.
Negativ:: Wie in fast jedem fensterlosen Bad hat der Abzug seine Mühe, die Feuchtigkeit nach außen zu befördern. Dafür erledigt der beheizte Spiegel seinen Job :)

Positiv:: Our room was spacious and filled with light. A large balcony overlooking the garden and sea was equipped with table and chairs and ideal for relaxing. Our bed could easily have slept 3 and was very comfortable. Nice thick curtains efficiently blocked outside light so we were able to sleep, and the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The pristine bathroom had plenty of room for all our bits and pieces. There is a good selection at breakfast. This was our third visit to the hotel, and I am pleased to say the standard of food in both restaurants was much better than last year. The hotel is in a nature-lover’s paradise with stunning scenery and many wooded areas with footpaths/cycle tracks to explore. Being tidal, the shore is host to a large variety of seabirds. I overheard someone say he had managed to photograph the Milky Way!

The room was delightful, with a lovely little private terrace, very comfortable bed, and nice furnishings, and even tea-making facilities (unusual in France). We both enjoyed our treatments in the spa. The reception rooms were very well appointed, lots of wood and relaxing areas with books and magazines. The overall impression was one of calmness and tranquillity, and it was obvious that a lot of money and thought had gone into making the hotel so welcoming. Pretty outdoor areas with a Japanese theme. Overall, far exceeded our expectations.
Negativ:: I would like to have seen more effort in eliminating plastic from the room - wrapping for toiletries, slippers etc. ( I would prefer to bring my own and not have them in the bathroom at all) and considering all the efforts to make the hotel as luxurious as they have, the towels were poor quality and very small!! Also, the dressing gowns provided for the spa were way too small - my husband had an XL and it didn't cover him at all, and my M was too small also.

Positiv:: Sauberes, gut ausgestattes Appartement, Carrefour Supermarkt nur 300 m entfernt. Kleine, neue und funktionale Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank und Microwelle. Großes, bequemes Doppelbett (Gott sei Dank nicht so ein kleines französisches Bett). Die Lage ist - wie auch angegeben - in einem anonymen Gewerbegebiet mit immerhin ca. 25 Minuten Fußweg in die schöne Altstadt mit Hafen, dafür war aber auch der Preis trotz des guten Standards und Hauptsaison wirklich günstig für die Qualität.
Negativ:: Wichtig: Die Einfahrt ist durch eine Schranke geschützt. Zwar gibt es dort eine Gegensprechanlage, allerdings gab es trotz mehrmaligem Anklingeln keine Antwort. Wir standen ratlos davor. Später hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Rezeptionistin im Haus unterwegs war und deshalb unser Klingeln nicht gehört hat. Gott sei Dank ist ein Auto rausgefahren und wir nutzen den offenen Schrankenmoment um rein zu kommen. Der Parkplatz kostet pro Tag 3 Euro (lohnt auf alle Fälle) und kann im voraus gebucht werden, dann erhält man vermutlich auch den Schranken-Code - aber darüber muss man vorher auch informiert werden! Das sollte bei der Beschreibung oder Buchungsbestätigung nochmal hervorgehoben werden.

Positiv:: Sehr ruhig, da ausgezeichnete Fenster. Hübsche, moderne Zimmer, alles sehr sauber. Sehr freundliches Personal. Liebevoll vorbereitetes Frühstück und superzentrale Lage. Kleine Zimmer und kein Lift - das wußten wir und hat uns nicht sehr gestört. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wieder nehmen.
Negativ:: Bei der Buchung hieß es, dass man keine Parkplätze vorreservieren muss, da genügend vorhanden wären. Was auf die ganze Stadt Vannes bezogen, auch richtig war. Wir haben einen gefunden. 10 min zu Fuß - Parkdauer maximal 2 Stunden zwischen 9 und 19 Uhr.

Positiv:: Beautiful boutique hotel within really close proximity to the town. We had lovely rampart vires from our window. The room was quite small, but very nice and clean with a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was delicious with a lovely variety of fresh bread and croissants, jams, cheeses, eggs, fruits, yoghurts. Delicious coffee or tea and orange juice. Very friendly and helpful reception staff.

Negativ:: Hot weather, no air con. So we had the window part open Delivery vehicles arriving around the back from early hours (our room at the back) so our sleep disturbed most mornings. About 30 mins walk (1.5 miles) into Vannes town (flat easy walking but still a bit of a trek). Not many eating options within easy walk. Hotel food was ok but a bit pricey for what it was.

It was chaos both mornings of our stay. And the breakfast cost nearly £12 per person. Lots of complaints but no refunds offered. Also noisy housekeeping staff at 7am on a Sunday morning.

Positiv:: This hotel offers great value for money. We had a room with a double bed and a single bed, plenty of room for 3 people, toilet separate from bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities in room, a desk and seating area. Plenty of carparking even though hotel was busy. We stayed here for an overnight stay on our way back to the ferry port. I chose the hotel due to its value for money and it's location. It is just a few minutes drive from the beautiful Conleau area of Vannes. A real bonus was the restaurant. We had planned to go into Vannes to eat but it was pouring with rain so we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. We had 3 courses for 25 Euros, a great meal in a modern restaurant where it wasn't just hotel guests eating, thoroughly recommend it. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. A much cheaper option is to go into Vannes (although the breakfast did look great). We drove to the port area of Vannes, but it would be a pleasant walk from the hotel to the old centre. The hotel would be great for a few days break to visit Vannes, the Gulfe de Morbihan and the Carnac area.

Perfekt war der kostenlose und sichere Parkplatz auf dem Platz unmittelbar vor dem Hotel mit ausreichend Stellplätzen, weil wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren. Die Innenstadt von Vannes ist in 10 Minuten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es hat uns hier sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

It was a surprisingly good choice with helpful staff, well designed rooms, small but complete spa facilities located in a modern development with many dining choices and a cinema within easy walking distance. It was a great value and very popular with French clients.
Negativ:: It requires a car and you need to be comfortable with a somewhat curious access for the sprawling modern development. Get in late and parking can be tricky but always worked. It is in a thoroughly modern area but less than 15 minutes drive to Vannes centre-Ville. It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room.

Zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kann man nicht groß etwas unternehmen (der letzte Bus von der Altstadt fährt gegen 20 Uhr). Es gibt allerdings ein einfaches Restaurant neben dem Hotel.

Positiv:: Es gab alles, was man standardmäßig braucht und auch erwarten darf; mehr aber auch nicht. Die Bilder ließen mehr erhoffen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber die Lage an der wunderschönen Stadt Vannes hat die beiden Übernachtungen eindeutig lohnenswert gemacht.

Positiv:: Die Lage war sehr ruhig ein bisschen außerhalb vom Ortskern der Stadt Vannes, mit dem Auto jedoch sehr gut erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Doppelzimmer für ein Pärchen sehr gemütlich und den Erwartungen absolut entsprechend, modern und funktional eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind über einen Außengang, sogenannten "Laubengang" gut zu erreichen, man hat also quasi einen Balkon vor dem Hotelzimmer (raucherfreundlich). Das Gästehaus verfügt über drei Etagen und befindet sich nur wenige Meter von der Anmeldung / Rezeption und dem dazugehörigen Restaurant entfernt. Alles wirkte stressfrei, gemütlich und gut organisiert. Man hat die Möglichkeit, Frühstück, Mittagessen und oder Abendessen im Hotel einzunehmen und sich auch kurzfristig zu entscheiden.

Negativ:: Teils nicht so sauber (Staub unter dem Bett/Haar in der Dusche) aber alles halb so schlimm. Leider sehr, sehr kleines Zimmer (110), was für nicht so mobile Menschen schwierig werden könnte. Auch die Isolierung ist schlecht. Wir wurden durch ins Schloss fallende Türen und unsere Zimmernachbarn geweckt, da das Zimmer sehr hellhörig ist.

It was 20' on foot to the city centre with a great parking space, so you didn't really have to move your car unless you headed for trips to the beautiful villages & countryside around.
Negativ:: For a room with such a great quality & of such great space, I would like a dustbin in the room or more hooks in the bathroom, small things that make the life of a traveller easier & the room more functional.

Positiv:: Quiet lift to room with balcony on second floor. (Room 205) The bed was comfortable except the waterproof mattress covers do tend to make you sweat through the night. Breakfast well organised and reasonable selection. Only 20 minutes walk to historic centre where you will find many good restaurants and patisseries. The harbour is only 20 minutes walk and a further 15 minutes walk to the boat quay where you can arrange a cruise around the Golfe of Morbihan which I would highly recommend.
Negativ:: No real complaints except some little problems which can easily be fixed. The reading light on the right side of the bed flickered continuously. The ceiling light in the bedroom did not illuminate. The lighting in the bathroom appears to need replacing as it is quite dim. Not really problems but will need attention.
