Positiv:: Great location! Very modern hotel. Excellent breakfast!!!!

Positiv:: The location was brilliant, few minutes to Ponte di Rialto. So 15 minutes to Train station or 15 to St. Mark's Square - almost a centre of Venice. Hotel is well maintained with amazing Ca' d'Oro view over window in case you your room is on canal side.

Negativ:: I was missing poach eggs option for breakfast :), in other words after a week I have got bored with a breakfast choices. Saying that my wife enjoyed it all the time.

Positiv:: Tolle Lage direkt am Canal Grande neben dem Fischmarkt. Originelle, moderne, sehr gute Ausstattung. Nettes Personal. Super-Aussicht auf den Palazzo Ca D´Oro, wenn man ein Zimmer zum Kanal hin nimmt (Aufpreis). Nächste Vaporetto-Station ist Rialto Mercato; von da muss man nur ca 100 m zu Fuß gehen (über eine kleine Brücke). Per Boot kommt man von da zur Station Rialto, von wo die Alilaguna Linie Orange direkt zum Flughafen fährt. Übrigens: Fischmarkt ist nur von Dienstag bis Samstag (morgens).

Negativ:: Frühstücksbuffet ist okay, aber nicht überwältigend. Eierspeisen müssen extra bezahlt werden. Stühle und Tische am Kanal für einen Aperitivo gab es aus unerfindlichen Gründen nicht an jedem Tag. Vor dem Haus kann es nachts sehr laut werden, weil viele Touristen sich mit ihren Drinks direkt auf die Kaimauer setzen.

Negativ:: What would you call someone who charged you $300 to wash a single laundry bag of socks, underwear, and tee shirts? We asked the front desk if they could do a simple wash and fold laundry service, as we have been traveling for over a week. They said they could take care of it. Seeing their steep prices for dry cleaning, I confirmed with the front desk that they could simply throw our socks/underwear in a single load and dry them for us. They confirmed that this could be done. We checked out and saw we were charged $300 for this service. $300 for a load of laundry. When I told the front desk that this was outrageous, and that I would have never agreed to pay that price upfront, they were unsympathetic. This is wrong, and ruined what otherwise would have been a nice visit to Venice. If you can relate to this travel nightmare, take your business elsewhere. Don’t give your money to thieves.

Positiv:: Staff walked us to our room to show us important information about the room. Plugs, lights and how to open the door, etc. Very helpful!

Positiv:: Lovely hotel, stylish and relaxed. The breakfast is good, the staff is great. I noticed some confusion between the staff, but that is not strange as the hotel was opened so recently. We will definitely return, we also love the quiet area of Sant Elena and how close it is to the biennale.

Positiv:: Every staff member was extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist. Our room was spacious with beautiful decor. Easy walk to centre of Venice.

Positiv:: Best air-conditioning in a room i ever had, rooms are cosy but make very good usage of the space. Location is 2 minute walk from the vaporetto and i can recommend to take it to Lido and eqt great food while avoiding the crowds.

Positiv:: Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Eine Vaporetto-Station ist in der Nähe. Das Wlan war sehr gut. Das Personal am Empfang ist überaus freundlich.

Negativ:: Unser Zimmer. Es lag im Erdgeschoss und war dementsprechend dunkel, die Fenster vergittert, vor dem Fenster eine Baustelle. Es gibt Zimmer zum Garten, die bestimmt ganz hübsch sind. Bei der Buchung also wohl besser eine höhere Zimmerkategorie nehmen. Das Bad. Duschen führte regelmäßig zu einer kleineren Überschwemmung. Die Duschabtrennung verlangte vom Duschwilligen ersteinmal etwas Origami-Arbeit. Zusätzlich gab es im Bad leider keinerlei Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Bar im Hotel ist recht ungemütlich. Der Frühstücksraum wird einfach abends als Bar betrieben. Während man (im hell erleuchteten Raum) gemütlich noch einen Drink nehmen möchte, deckt das Personal für das Frühstück ein. Leider haben wir im Umkreis auch keine andere Bar gefunden.

Positiv:: Die Sauberkeit und das ausgezeichnete Servive und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Sonderwünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Die ruhige Lage in einer Wohngegend in der Nähe der Giardini und des Arsenals ist für Biennalebesucher ideal. Im Fernseher ist Chromecast installiert, sodass Fotos vom Handy direkt auf den Fernseher gestreamt werden können.

Negativ:: Wir fahren seit 12 Jahren regelmäßig zur Biennale und wohnen in diesem Haus. Allerdings schien uns das nüchterne Design vor der Renovierung ansprechender und einem ehemaligen Kloster angemessener.

Positiv:: Hotel was located out of the city centre of Venice which is away from the noise, and the room is nice roomy. We arrive very late on the day and the staff assist us on how to get to the hotel.

Negativ:: The hotel is about 20 mins walk from St. Marco Square and 1 hr by ferry to Piazza Roma, therefore have to plan the time for travelling.

Negativ:: Location. It is a bit far from the city centre and major attractions but still within walking distance.

Positiv:: Modernes, ruhig gelegenes Hotel. Sehr reichhaltiges und schmackhaftes Frühstück. Sauberes Zimmer. Gratis Internet!

Negativ:: Zimmer etwas klein.

Positiv:: Das gute Bett; die ruhige Lage, das moderne Design im Zimmer; der Teppichboden sollte allerdings mittelfristig durch Laminat oder Parkett ersetzt werden.

Negativ:: Die Bedienung und der Service beim Frühstück könnten verbessert werden: 4 Personen im Service, die vor allem miteinander plauderten, aber nicht merkten, wenn kein Brot oder kein Käse mehr vorhanden waren. Abfallbehälter waren nur auf einigen Tischen vorhanden.

Positiv:: Das Hotel liegt ruhig, ist modern und hat uns im wesentlichen nichts gefehlt. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Negativ:: Der Frühstücksraum ist für die Anzahl der Zimmer zu klein, manche Besucher mussten in der Früh aber auf einen Sitzplatz warten.

Positiv:: Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück ist für Italiien sehr gut.

Negativ:: Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein

Komplett renoviert - alle Hightech-Schalter in den Zimmern. Extrem preiswert für das, was Sie bekommen. Ich werde von jetzt an nur noch in Venedig bleiben!

Positiv:: The location of the hotel is great - it’s very close to the busy streets and restaurants yet two lovely bridges and small passageways away to be calm and peaceful enough. It’s also very easy to get to from the airport (about 25 mins) by taking the water transport. The room is spacious, clean, with attention to detail, and the bed is very comfortable. We even had a small balcony. The breakfast offers a good variety.

Negativ:: Unfortunately the air conditioning only seemed to allow for the room to be freezing, another setting didn’t seem to be working. The breakfast can be eaten outside in a small area which however will be interrupted by some cheeky pigeons. We wondered if a better fence might help to keep them away so breakfast could be more enjoyable outside. The staff was helpful and friendly but we sometimes missed the service-with-a-smile or just a little bit of chitchat.

Positiv:: The hotel was spotless clean, very comfortable room, staff were very engaging, and the breakfast buffet items were good quality. At breakfast the hotel gave a small birthday gift (we guess they knew from the passport at check in). The hotel is in a quiet area with several nice restaurants/cafe within just a 3-5 minute walk, and only a 15 minute walk to the train station.

Negativ:: Our only negative was the WiFi generally unavailable in our room and spotty in the common areas.

Positiv:: Loved that it was in a more quiet section of Venice and that it was directly on the water, so boat taxis could get to it. Also the staff were incredibly thoughtful and helpful, they arrange free tours to Murano and help you with ANY request you may have. We had to check out at 6am and they even packed us a “to go” breakfast.

Negativ:: The only thing that wasn’t amazing was the WiFi connection, it kept breaking off.

Positiv:: Absolutely superb service, we go there every year to end our holiday in Europe on a high note, staff always remember us. We are always made feel very special and important and I have no doubt so are other guests. The customer is always of most importance :). We love this place !

Positiv:: Zentraler und gleichzeitig komfortabler geht es nicht - das Hotel Londra Palace ist absolut empfehlenswert! Wer im Zentrum und dirket am Canal Grande übernachten möchte, für den ist das Hotel Londra Palace sicherlich perfekt. Es hat was von einem alten GrandHotel, in dem man aber auf Komfort nicht verzichten muss. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für italienische Verhältnisse war das Frühstück, dass man auch auf einer sehr schönen großen Terasse mit Blick auf den Canal Grande einnehmen konnte, mehr als reichhaltig. Alle Mitarbeiter waren wie perfekte Gastgeber und haben das Wohlfühlen sehr leicht gemacht. Für uns war das Londra Palace wie eine Oase der Ruhe, auf die man sich nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in Vendig gefreut hat. Wir haben den Tag auf der Terasse mit Frühstück begonnen und spätabens mit einem Drink und Blick auf den Canal beendet - PERFEKT!

Positiv:: Waren im Elite App. untergebracht, die Lage ist fast nicht zu überbieten. Ca. 50 m vom Markusplatz entfernt, mit Dachterrasse, von hier aus Blick auf die Kuppeln der Markuskirche. Wohnung ca. 100 qm mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern, Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile. Perfekt für 4 Personen.

Negativ:: Für ältere Menschen ist diese Wohnung nicht geeignet, da die Wohnung im 4 Stock ist und im Wohnhaus kein Aufzug vorhanden.

Positiv:: Arriving by public transport the hotel is only a short walk from the Rialto vaporetto landing. Its central location allowed us to walk everywhere, even to the Biennale. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were excellent.

Negativ:: Cheap coffee pods supplied in the room didn't always work correctly in the nespresso machine.

Positiv:: Hotel is small but comfortable. Location is perfect and quiet. Breakfast was superb. Staff is brilliant, very customer orientated. You could be forced to wait to be seated for those who start breakfast later than 9.30. Before 9 AM the restaurant is almost empty.

Positiv:: The garden next to this hotel made the views nice and really quiet, especially compared to other parts of Venice. The bathroom was really large and the shower was really nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a short walk to the train station and the water bus stop.

Negativ:: The room was pretty small. This wasn’t an issue for us but if you like to have somewhere to sit other than on the bed you might want to book a different or bigger room.

Positiv:: Tolles reichhaltiges Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Das Hotel ist super gelegen: Sehr nahe Busbahnhof und Bahnhof. Trotzdem fühlt man sich bereits in Mitten Venedigs, mit einem kleine Platz und einem schmalen Kanal vor dem Hotel.

Negativ:: Die Sauberkeit der Toiletten, die zur Hotelbar gehören ist für italienische Verhältnisse zwar gut, für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie aber ungenügend. Sonst könnte ich wirklich nichts negatives finden.

Positiv:: Our room was perfect! Very spacious. Right in the centre of everything!

Negativ:: We had an issue with a member of staff being very disrespectful towards us from the hotel across we actually had to make a complaint to this hotel. After doing so we were called in our room to come down stairs and when we did the staff from our hotel and the hotel across threatened us with the police as complaining was illegal in Italy (obviously this is a load of rubbish). We had 3 members of staff shouting at us in front of other guests. It was just a really terrible way to handle the situation considering we hadn’t done anything wrong. It definitely ruined our trip! We had originally booked 2 night but decided to add an extra and we really wish we hadn’t!

Positiv:: The room was spacious, the bed really comfy, the bathroom very clean and the shower really great. Honestly it was just the breakfast that was really, really disappointing.

Negativ:: Considering you're staying in a 4 star hotel, the breakfast was wholeheartedly terrible. The bread was old, the fresh orange juice was mixed with juice from concentrate because they couldn't press it fast enough, the choices of the buffet were very limited and the coffee and tea came at an extra charge from the "a la carte" menu! Also, all the breakfast tables were jammed together so you're basically sitting at one long small table with other guests because all the small tables are practically touching each other.

Positiv:: Das Frühstück war im Nebenhaus, also nicht im Palaco Bonvecciati, sondern das normale Hotel viel reichhaltiger und eine große Terrasse hat das düstere Licht vom Zimmer und Haus gerettet.

Negativ:: Das Zimmer viel zu düster Kein einziges deutsches Programm im Fernsehen. Die Begründung: Wir haben grade den Anbieter gewechselt, stimmte überhaupt nicht, denn diese Ausrede hat man uns genannt, als wir vor 2 Jahren zu einer Veranstaltung mit Übernachtung in diesem haus bereits gerügt haben.

Negativ:: Teuer und total in die Jahre gekommen, muffiger Geruch

Positiv:: Zentrale Lage zwischen Rialto und Markusplatz, Netter Empfang

Negativ:: Keine Aussicht, etwas muffig, Sauna nur mit Reservierung und Extrakosten, Frühstück bescheiden, Zimmer etwas spartanisch. Bitte unbedingt die Reservierung der Garage ( z.B. San Marco) mit dem Hotel vereinbaren.

Negativ:: Spa kostet extra 20€ die st. Wenn man ein normales zimmer bucht sind die zimmer relativ klein und das Bett max 1.60m *2.00m Wir haben für 40€ die Nacht upgegradet und haten ein Riesen Zimmer

Positiv:: Location was excellent, right in the heart of Venice between St Marks square and the Rialto bridge. Service in the hotel was mostly outstanding (it was the first hotel I have stayed at in this price range that has maid service twice per day - including nightly turn down service). The restaurant in the partner hotel (located 100 yards away, just around the corner) provided a relaxing evening, overlooking the canal with gondolas passing as we ate. Food was prepared to a high standard and service was impeccable.

Negativ:: Walking around the nearby streets was pressured. Crowded and slow to get along (but that is tourist Venice) with a constant sales pitch from someone standing outside every restaurant trying to encourage you to eat there. You need to be careful, the food in some of them isn't great - frozen pizza reheated (not what I expected in Italy).

Positiv:: Great location - footsteps from San Marco. Staff treated us like royalty. Without exception. They were so polite and went the extra mile, for example when we asked for help to find a Gondola ride at 11.00pm, the concierge personally took us through the streets to a place he knew would still operate at that time of night. The music in the bar was fabulous; the singer on Friday evening had the voice of an angel and had a great repertoire. The bar manager recommended the most amazing cocktail- it was blue and so refreshing - I forget the name but just ask for it. Breakfast is served in a beautiful palatial salon with walls adorned with frescos and Venetian chandeliers. Great selection and of the highest quality; fresh fruit, cakes, prosciutto, eggs, cereals; smoked salmon, smoked trout, juices, Prosecco and the best cappuccino I have ever tasted - ever. And to our delight we were offered as many cups as we wanted by the most cheerful staff. Our room was beautiful and elegant and in keeping with the Palace that it is. We had a dressing room with plenty of space, a good secure safe, a sitting room, and the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced in a hotel. The bathroom was sumptuous and stocked with lovely shampoos and the like and bathrobes and slippers. (Room 260).

Positiv:: Die Lage des Hotels ist sensationell, direkt hinter dem Markusplatz, dennoch absolut ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, herzlich und stets bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Der Frühstücksraum ist atemberaubend schön, ein Saal wie man ihn sich in einem venezianischen Palazzo vorstellt. Wir haben ein Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite bekommen, die sehr geräumig und sehr schön war.

Negativ:: Das Hotel ist alles in allem etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber sehr viel Charme. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war leider nur schwer zu regulieren. Entweder eiskalt oder aus. Das Problem konnte während unseres 4 tägigen Aufenthaltes leider nicht behoben werden. Wir waren 5 mal an der Rezeption, die das Problem leider nicht in den Griff bekamen. Keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer bei diesen Preisen in der Kategorie ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Dass das Frühstück im Zimmerpreis dabei ist, ist toll. Nur dass alles wie Omelett, Kaffee Tee usw. einen horrenden Aufpreis kostet ist auch nicht mehr Zeitgemäß. Der Cappuccino und alle Kaffeegetränke sind nicht sehr gut und eine schande für das Kaffeeland Italien.

Negativ:: es muss dringend renoviert werden: Elektrik, teppich. einfach moderner. fuer den preis sollte auch jedes zimmer eine nespresso maschine und wasserkocher haben, groesseren bildschirm, mehr steckdosen, evtl holzboden( hygiene), die bar braucht mehr und bessere musik, das restaurant ist in den 80er jahren stehen geblieben. insgesamt dafuer: zu teuer!!

Positiv:: This is the best five star hotel that I ever visited, the staff is super nice and helpful. Everything is clean and beautiful in the classic Venetian style.

Positiv:: Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig. Allerdings aufgrund der Zentrum Lage auch tendenziell laut.

Negativ:: so schön das Hotel ist, das Zimmer war durchschnittlich. Ein alter Teppichboden, teils fleckig, zerrissene Vorhänge.Die Fenster defekt, teils nicht ordentlich schließbar. Diese unpraktischen Decken ohne Überzug aber mit einem Leintuch drüber geschlagen. Die Polster hart. Das Zimmerservice bot lediglich zwei kleine Wasserflaschen täglich. Nicht einmal eine Schokolade am Kopfkissen. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und einem Zimmer Preis von 500 € pro Nacht finde ich das kleinlich.

Negativ:: The web page suggests you can see the lagoon from terraces a key usp. This is actually a superior private area and is misleading. Breakfast was adequate although friendly staff didn’t explain what was and wasn’t included I’d have expected the choice of fresh cooked eggs for the price. Dinner outside was disappointing the chairs uncomfortable and without cushions meals ambience disrupted by passers by who almost knocked the waiter over.

Positiv:: Excellent location. Staff were good and helpful. Warm welcome. Got a complimentary upgrade. Good breakfast collection. Nice touch overall from all staff we interacted with.

Mestre it self is a boring town. Not many restaurant options close to the hotel.

Negativ:: If I have to complain about something; The fitness room was a bit too small. Not very important though.

Positiv:: Die Unterkunft ist ein echtes Unikat, die Fresken und das Mobiliar echte Goldschätze. Das Personal ist sehr vornehm und freundlich und drückt auch mal ein auge zu wenn man kurz vor 10 Uhr abends noch nichts zu Abend gegessen hat :-)

Positiv:: In diesem Hotel gibt es die kuschligsten Handtücher der Welt! Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Tolle ruhige Lage, viel Grün drum herum und die gesamte Hotelanlage war sauber, ansprechend und einfach nur schön. Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Laken ebenfalls mega weich. Francesco von der Rezeption hat uns viele bauchbare Tipps für Venedig gegeben und hat sich auch sonst für all unsere Fragen viel Zeit genommen. Unser Hund war herzlich willkommen.

Negativ:: Im Zimmer gab es keine Möglichkeiten großartig etwas aufzuhängen. Wussten nicht wohin mit den nassen Poolhandtüchern sowie nassen Regenjacken. Beim Dinner sowie Frühstück hatten wir das Gefühl, dass zu wenig Personal vorhanden ist. Frühstück=lange Wartezeit auf Kaffee sowie nachfüllen des Buffet. Dinner=zum Teil war kein Personal im Restaurant um weitere Wünsche zu äußern. Sind selbst los um Salz/Pfeffer und Olivenöl an den Tisch zu holen, welches wir dann mit anderen Gästen abwechselnd geteilt haben.

Positiv:: Uns hat einfach der zum Zentrum Venedigs so nahe Gegen bzw. Ruhepol, die Atmosphäre und das überaus nette Personal total gut gefallen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!

My only suggestions would be: the pool needs to be bigger, this would make the hotel exceptional. Also, staff at breakfast sometimes slow and chaotic if manager not on duty eg on a Monday. Finally, lots of mineral water offered in the rooms at night for free but in plastic bottles, please swap to glass and consider the environment. And the big draw back which could easily be rectified is they need to make a proper Bellini, currently not up to scratch - go to the Gritti or the Cipriani and bring back the recipie....

Positiv:: Amazing location. Despite being right in the middle of the hussle and bussle, inside the hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The room has an amazing view onto one of the quieter canals. The room was clean, bed really comfortable and bathroom had everything you may need.

Positiv:: Venedig ist insgesamt unverhältnismäßig teuer. Aufgrund des Platzmangels, der in der ganzen Stadt herrscht, gibt es kaum Hotels mit normale Zimmergröße. Wir haben in einer gehobenen Kategorie gebucht und trotzdem war das Zimmer wirklich sehr klein, aber das ist eben Venedig. Das Personal war freundlich, das Frühstück war gut, die Lage ist fantastisch, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Negativ:: Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr klein. Um zu duschen muss man in eine Badewanne klettern.

Positiv:: Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber von der 20-minütigen Bus- oder Zugfahrt nach Venedig. Die Zimmer waren makellos, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war hilfreich. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen.

Positiv:: It was very wheelchair accessible for someone who cannot walk at all. I was able to have an independent shower and the staff are super friendly and open to improving their facilities even more. They have the right attitude!

Negativ:: The only fault was the hair dryer was too high to get down to use but once down off the hook not an issue.

Positiv:: Die tägliche Reinigung des Zimmers. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals, ganz besonders am Empfang, aber auch das weibliche Personal im Restsurantbereich. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels zum Markusplatz und die Nähe zu den wichtigsten Vaporetto- Haltestellen.

Negativ:: Das sind Dinge, die man nur im Zusammenhang des Aufenthalts sehen kann und absolut individuell sind. Muss jeder Reisende bei seinem Aufenthalt heraus finden. Sind aber nicht so gravierend, dass man das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen kann.

Positiv:: I loved the rich breakfast in the outside garden. The location was amazing and very close to the center, at the same time the room was quite.

Negativ:: - The photos and description of the room by booking.com has nothing to do with reality. I booked a classic 3 beds room. However i got a room with double bed + sleeping sofa, which was not even ready for a 3rd person!! I told them that i didn’t book a room with sleeping sofa since we are 3 adults and by booking it was mentioned that the room has double bed + single bed. The solution was: they gave me a smaller room and through a single bed in the middle of the room. I had to wait almost one hour to get this ugly solution at 11 pm ready. They promised to investigate in the morning, but no one talked to me as nothing happened. At the evening when I entered my room, I found a nice basket of fruits in my room although I left the sign (don’t disturb) !!! Who does enter a quest room without his permission and with clear sign Not to disturb? We had our private belongings everywhere!! Such an action is unacceptable for such a prestigious hotel. - The toilet was not that much clean since I found hair on towels from other quests! - The receptionists are very arrogant and not even saying good morning or good evening. I said twice good morning without getting a reply! Small things but give you the feeling you are not welcomed. - If you want to use the iron, they will not send it to your room like all other hotels, because of security reasons!! No idea what that means. You have to run around the hotel by yourself and get in the basement to open a very small room where the iron is. Note: We have been in the 3rd floor! 3 nights I did not sleep well on that uncomfortable bed the gave. They made my first visit to Venedig the WORST EVER. The funny thing is: they didn’t even ask me like all other hotels in the world by check out how was my stay in the hotel. Because they simply don’t care. It is summer and high season and your satisfaction will not change anything. I visited 4 hotels in Italy in 2 weeks. All of them were 4 stars hotels.

Negativ:: Room was supposed to be three single beds but was a large double plus a single. Noisy room over restaurant with music. Dark, old-fashioned room and furnishings. Old-fashioned bathroom fittings and no ventilation except the window. Generally unfriendly staff (except the chamber maid). Mediocre breakfast. Disappointed, especially at the price. Would not stay there again.

Positiv:: Wenn Sie dieses Hotel von draußen betrachten, sehen Sie es wie eines der typischen Gebäude venedigs, aber von innen sein sehr trendiges und luxuriöses. Die Einrichtung ist unglaublich. Unser Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und schön und das Bad war sehr spacig und sauber. Außerdem liegt das Hotel in der Nähe des Wasserbusses des bahnhofs guglie zum Flughafen. Das Morgenbreakfast war superbe :)

Negativ:: Das meiste, was mir nicht gefiel, war der Internet-Service. Es war sehr langsam!! Aber es war nicht so ein großes Problem, dass wir das Internet nicht viel nutzten.

Positiv:: Freundlichkeit, kinderfreundlich und tolles Frühstück. Jedoch das Bad könnte sauberer sein und für babybett 20 Euro die Nacht zu verlangen find ich bei diesen Preisen zu viel. Toll finde ich, dass es barrierefrei war.

Negativ:: I booked a deluxe triple room and it was stated on the website that there would be three single beds inside the room. At the time I checked in, I found one double bed and a small extra bed in the room. The room was so crowded that there was little space for walking. Then I came back to the reception, the staff who named Eduard(I apologise if I spell your name wrong) just refused to even separate the mattress and said the only thing he can do was to offer one more bed sheet. The same time, another guest met the same situation, and his colleague said they will separate the bed for them immediately. I can’t understand how could this happen. Please give your reception staff some more training. Because I believe treating the guests with different nationalities equally is the basic manner of reception. The reception is the first image of your hotel which didn’t give me a nice impression.

Positiv:: Location was great - having stayed in St Marks square and the Lido on previous trips I chose this area to be close to the cruise terminal and still with plenty to do - it was a perfect location for my needs with lots of fab restaurants and shops but quieter and better value than the tourist traps

Negativ:: The decor was lovely and it had modern furnishings without being too minimalistic - it is a similar style to my own tastes so was lovely

Positiv:: We stayed in a terrace suite with a jacuzzi which was a nice to relax in with a bottle of complimentary Prosecco! The room was nice and cool, temperature controlled by the hotel but we had no issue with that, we were comfortable. Bathroom was nice and modern (although the toilet wobbled a bit I thought I was going to fall off!) Location is fat from the main plazza, but it is well connected by waterbus (when you get the hang of it! We bought a 3 day ticket from a machine located by the Rialto bridge and can get on and off as much as you want, but can also buy single tickets on the bus. ) Breakfast buffet was incredible! One of the best I’ve ever had, so much choice (fruit, full English, cold meat, cakes, every kind of fruit juice you can imagine, tea, coffee, even Prosecco) Delicious! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Negativ:: We stayed in a suite, the room itself could do with a bit of updating, looked a bit tired, especially the balcony area and jacuzzi. Enjoyed some lovely cocktails but service was extremely slow.

Positiv:: Die Lage war perfekt. Mit den Vaporettos waren alle Orte sofort erreichbar. Alilaguna Linie orange fährt vom Flughafen fast direkt das Hotel an. Frühstück war grandios, Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich, behindertengerecht. Und es riecht viel besser als mitten in der Stadt. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe.

Negativ:: Achtung: Guglie ist der vorletzte Stop von Alilaguna retour zum Flughafen. Es kann passieren, dass die Boote einfach vorbei fahren (Achsel zucken, we are full…) und es gibt keine Garantie, dass das nächste Boot sie aufnimmt. Entweder Markusplatz einsteigen oder Privattaxi vorbestellen!

Positiv:: staff is friendly, location is nice, breakfast is very good

Negativ:: the colour theme is very dark, especially in the corridors I realise it is a style issue but it is too dark in my opinion.

Positiv:: The front desk staff were wonderful, they were very helpful and very knowledgeable... Breakfast selection was great and staff were very friendly.

Positiv:: Ein wunderschönes und sehr edles Hotel. Das Hotel ist von Vorne bis Hinten einfach nur Spitze. Super freundliches Personal. Wir haben direkt eine Flasche Prosecco erhalten. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer wundervoll und Groß. Zentral am Kanal gelegen und nah am Alten Jüdischen Viertel mit vielen kleinen Gassen, Ecken und Restaurants. Viele super Tips von dem Hotelpersonal gerade was essen angeht oder Tips im allgemeinen für Venedig.

Positiv:: New, modern furnishings, clean. We had a beautiful room with a canal view.

Positiv:: Lage und Komfort

Negativ:: Überteuert

Positiv:: The location was excellent, near the station, and can access San Marco easily.

Negativ:: The bathroom layout was terrible. No standard size for rooms, general guidance stating rooms between 18sqm to 23sqm, so we got a tiny room on the ground floor.

Positiv:: The staff were very helpful and professional. The room was spacious.

Negativ:: Nothing

Positiv:: Excellent location, right beside the Canal, S. Angelo, and 15 mins by walk or by ferry to S. Marco. The room is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is ok, coz it just offers a couple of hot dishes. Staff is nice and try to be helpful.

Positiv:: The location just in front of the Canal near Rialto, and the vapporetto stop right in front of the hotel

Negativ:: The rooms are not properly isolated and you can hear everything from other rooms next to me.

Positiv:: Location was great specially with water-bus station right next to the hotel which can take you almost everywhere in city Quite place nice and friendly staff and decent room size I went there for my honeymoon and they gave us a nice room with balcony with great view of the canal

Negativ:: The only thing I didn’t like is that there is no restaurant in the hotel but there many nice and cozy restaurants nearby

Positiv:: Es war modern, sauber und das Personal freundlich.

Negativ:: Die Lage ist zwar zentral, aber der Rückweg führ über sehr dunkle leere Gassen. Alleine als Frau oder nur zu zweit, würde ich diese Gassen meiden. Daher Lage schlecht. Und von einer Juniorsuite habe ich mir viel mehr versprochen. Das Zimmer liegt zwar zum Canale Grande, aber es ist extrem laut, da gerade vor dem Hotel eine Schiffsstation ist. Das ist extrem laut

Positiv:: Perfect location. Incredible view. Friendly staff. Coffee maker. Good lighting in the washroom. Proximity to water taxi is excellent just outside the door to the right. Centrally located on the Grand Canal.

Negativ:: Would have liked to have an iron and ironing board.

Positiv:: good location，beautiful room，and it's very quiet and safe area to stay，i like the balcony of the room，can see the river，and the garden for breakfast is also very beautiful

Negativ:: the breakfast it is a little bit boring and not so much choices compare to other nh collection hotel，and the waiter also not introduced what food can be freshmade by the restaurant，and also don't have any list about that，and some food also don't have supplement when it is already empty. another thing is about the room cleaning，the balcony is good，but as a part of the room，when the first day i arrived，there was short period of rain，and all the seats and table outside were wet，and they didn't do any cleaning of that，just keep the water on it，even it didn't rain anymore，i think the room cleaning should keep every place of the room clean

Positiv:: Staff were so friendly...area was so beautiful... just the best experience hands down.

Positiv:: Especially the staff was very friendly helping us change rooms and with every of our needs.. The location is very good so central to everything we wanted to see .. piazza San Marco with dome and doge palace...

Negativ:: First room was very noisy .. but we could manage to change

Positiv:: Great location and this hotel is very near to the centre. staff were really good hope to see you again
