Positiv: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Negativ: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Positiv: It's a large company in London so it was easy to navigate at the terminals.

Negativ: It was a budget airline and not bad for a short flight. Nothing special.

Positiv: Budget carrier. No frills. You get what you pay for.

Negativ: It is worth the price we paid for our round trip tickets. We were scrunched in, there are no frills. There is no food unless you want to buy it. Like I said, no frills, but worth the cheap ticket.

Negativ: To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats...

Positiv: Flying these days is as bad as it gets. We made it, that is what I liked.

Negativ: Had bought a ticket that allowed me to check in a suitcase and to chose my seat. The choosing part does not happen as Iberia chooses for you the day before the flight and tells you you can change what they chose but for a price. Seems deceiving. Flight attendant on flight was rude to me and others.

Positiv: I paid the $29 for an aisle seat and wasn’t disappointed. It was a pleasant flight.

Negativ: Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom). Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia.

Negativ: The Florence Airport has difficulty with baggage. Had to wait for over an hour.

Negativ: Boarding at Brussels was awful. After arriving from another international city and having to go through security, I was informed , just before boarding that I had to go to a location 20 gates away and wait in a long line for another security sticker. It was very confusing.

Negativ: 5 hour of delay!!!! For the second time in the same flight

Positiv: The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable.

Negativ: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Negativ: Our request for vegetarian meals got lost after a glight was cancelled.

Positiv: The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable.

Negativ: Boardingvwas delayed so we left a good 50 minute late. Ran out of meal choice so we had to eat what they had left which was pasta that was too spicy for me anyway. I was very disappointed bec I preferred chicken but there were none left.

Positiv: The crew were very professional. There was a very difficult passenger who was very rude to the stewards and I thought they coped really well. I was sorry to see them treated in this way.

Positiv: Everything from check in to offloading went smoothly. Pretty good food and accommodating flight staff.

Negativ: My row had 3 seats behing a row of 4. We were weirdly offset so I had to look to the right to see my TV. Super uncomfortable. Dont like TV much anyway. Gave up on it real quick

Negativ: Abflug hat sich um 2h verspätet. Die Maschine für den Hinflug war defekt. Kann immer mal passieren.

Positiv: The boardin personnel was unbelievably rude..they didnt let us board our very small luggages despite the plane was half empty. When we insisted they started laughing and threathen us of letting us miss our flight,with the attitude ignorants display when they are given a bit of authority

Positiv: Flight space was quite empty in my section so that was AMAZING. Crew was lovely and helped with a few requests for myself and travel companions. Very good selection on tv and movies and the refurbished aircraft was very comfortable for me on this flight. Probably helps having seat to self.

Positiv: One particular member of the flight crew (Jennifer Foster-Moore, I think) was stupendously kind and helpful. The cabin service manager (a young gentleman) was also very helpful. The ice-cream bar mid-flight was a nice touch.

Negativ: The equipment for this flight is a 747-400. Hence, the personal entertainment system is old: no games, and the video can be shaky.

Negativ: Once on board, we were told there was going to be a 30 minute delay. It was hot as balls on the plane.

Positiv: Cheap fare for this short flight. New planes, seats while thin still offer acceptable comfort.

Negativ: Very long walk to the farthest end of terminal for gate and have to walk up the stairs to board plane on the tarmac. Not a single human being to help check in or tag luggage for drop off. Everything’s self service. The check in/luggage drop off counter difficult to find.

Negativ: We were standing in line to board gate 14 it read Barcelona and right as we went to start boarding it changed to a different flight. All of us were running from gate to gate and nobody would help us!!!!! That was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! One person figured it no Help from your staff.

Negativ: The fee to pay when I was forced to check-in a carry on size small piece of luggage. 52 euros is a bit insane. I do not mind paying a fee, but that amount is insane

Positiv: The check-in, pre-boarding, flight, and arrival were fine. We left a little late, but arrived on time.

Negativ: As expected, the seats did not decline and the spacing between rows was tight. It would be nice to have more room and reclining seats, but that is not the style for this airline.
