Positiv: Everything except ridiculous baggage fee

Negativ: The fee to pay when I was forced to check-in a carry on size small piece of luggage. 52 euros is a bit insane. I do not mind paying a fee, but that amount is insane

Negativ: This flight has a record of being late 90% the times i use it

Positiv: There was a 2hr delay and communication from the pilot was misleading at often times

Positiv: The check in was very good and there were people about to ask if you needed help

Positiv: MAN-MUC & MUC-CPH via LH. Business class. LH Businesss class is middle seat of 3 is empty and larger amounts of baggage plus you have access to lounges. Both planes flew and arrived reasonably on time, which is what I look for.And I got all the Business Class extras.

Negativ: Security at Manchester was very slow - long enough make me ill from standing in one place too long. But then I was well looked after. The meals on both flights were identical; I don't think it can be a big problem to correct that. I took a long time to get accepted by the WiFi in the two lounges.

Positiv: Crew was great

Negativ: So tight and tiny and cramped. I flew to Europe on a Lufthansa plane and it was spacious and comfortable, the United plane was tight and cramped. Was physically touching the stranger next to me for 11 hours....Food service used sooo much single use plastic.

Positiv: The crew was fun, informed, and very helpful.

Negativ: The seat, the entertainment, the headphone jack, the food.

Negativ: There was a long delay, longer than the flight itself. In a rush to catch up (or go home) they did not clean the plane before boarding, not even superficially.

Negativ: A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air

Negativ: London train cancellations made us late to check in--35 minutes before departure. Easy Jet requires check-in no later than 40 minutes before departure. We were denied boarding and no refund for our two tickets.

Negativ: CREW ATTITUDE

Positiv: The crew was excellent, the flight was comfortable however the boarding process was a bit disorganized but I’m pretty sure that was an airport issue

Positiv: nearly on time ( 5 mins)

Negativ: too many "stops" in the boarding process, even when you have "speedy boarding" - check in at gate - waiting till door opens to go outside in lane - waiting at the end of the lane till boarding commences...

Negativ: Get rid of the nickel and diming!

Positiv: The online tutorials are very helpful. Once the counters were open it was very easy to check our luggage and the option for holding the cabin bag is a plus.

Negativ: There was no announcement when to start boarding the plane. We paid extra for more leg room and I’m glad we did. The space between rows is minimal.

Positiv: We knew that the gate would close 15-30min early since we traveled to Europe before. We also knew that checkin differs from American standards-you get a few minutes notice to board or get left behind.

Negativ: Warn travelers of exorbitant check bag fees. It's ok to pay 120 euro if you know you brought a lot of clothes for comfort, but if it's a surprise expense, not so fun.

Negativ: bei jedem Flug gab es Verspätung.. das bedeutet zusätzliche Wartezeiten und anschließende Verspätungen.. beim Boarding war das Personal gestresst und gereizt.. wir wurden durch das Gate gelassen und musste. dann im Gang zwischen Gate und Flugzeug ALLE 20-30 min warten.. absolut unlogisch und chaotisch..

Positiv: Cheap fare for this short flight. New planes, seats while thin still offer acceptable comfort.

Negativ: Very long walk to the farthest end of terminal for gate and have to walk up the stairs to board plane on the tarmac. Not a single human being to help check in or tag luggage for drop off. Everything’s self service. The check in/luggage drop off counter difficult to find.

Positiv: One crew guy was really nice. I had bruised my leg and he gave me ice and checked in on me.

Negativ: Vueling/Iberia lost my luggage.

Positiv: I paid the $29 for an aisle seat and wasn’t disappointed. It was a pleasant flight.

Negativ: Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom). Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia.

Positiv: Nothing. Iberia wouldn’t let me on the plane.

Negativ: Iberia could have checked us in and if we had been unable to get on that particular flight could have put us on a different flight instead of just telling us we were out of $360 and we would have to pay full price for a new ticket.

Negativ: Free beverages like every other airline. Not good at all boarding/checking in.

Negativ: I have paid for two luggages inside the plane but when I got to the check in the agent told me i only had paid for one luggage so he forced me to pay for a third luggage or he said I would miss my flight even though i had my receipt with 2 pieces. Terrible customer service

Negativ: Delays meaning I missed my train in Gatwick and wont be home before 1am. Crew was not exactly nice either

Negativ: Departure was slightly late (passengers still exiting the plane when gate was called)

Negativ: If we hadn't been delayed for an hour due to issues with late passengers Breakfast was minimal and not very good Entertainment options were limited Some of the crew seemed dismissive of African or African-presenting passengers

Positiv: Nothing! We’re still in Baltimore

Negativ: Brussels air cancelled our flight and didn’t rebook us on another until 25 hours later- so we lost a whole day of our trip. They were supposed to email me confirmation of the new flight and did not- I had to finally call Lufthansa to get it.

Positiv: The crew was very attentive

Negativ: Food and seat comfort

Positiv: Crew was nice and reliable.

Negativ: Beverages should be complimentary.

Negativ: Flight was bit chilly, though that’s better than being stuffy
