Positiv: Crew were friendly

Negativ: My sons car seat was lost in transit therefore didn’t have any seat for him to sit in once landed at Inverness Airport.

Positiv: On board crew was good.

Negativ: Free beverages like every other airline. Not good at all boarding/checking in.

Positiv: We knew that the gate would close 15-30min early since we traveled to Europe before. We also knew that checkin differs from American standards-you get a few minutes notice to board or get left behind.

Negativ: Warn travelers of exorbitant check bag fees. It's ok to pay 120 euro if you know you brought a lot of clothes for comfort, but if it's a surprise expense, not so fun.

Positiv: Crew was excellent.

Negativ: Extremely unfriendly staff at check-in. Boarding was chaos.

Positiv: Crew were very helpful. I had just had surgery and were very accommodating especially after I was very sick.

Negativ: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Positiv: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Positiv: Staff were professional and polite.

Negativ: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Positiv: The crews were pretty great!

Negativ: The regulating of the temperature.

Negativ: Could of been on time. I missed my connection and it cost me 1000’s. Worst airline ever.

Negativ: My passport was stolen and the airline couldn’t help me at all as far as reimbursement or travel voucher. It was just a tough situation.

Negativ: This is a budget airline. It was a decent plane, the crew was very friendly. Being a budget airline, food on board has to be purchased separately. There is no entertainment on board. The seats didn’t recline. Overall it was good value for your money.

Positiv: Baggage drop informed gave us a heads up of extra charges to additional carry on bags if they need to be placed as hold luggage at gate, so we were able to check them at bag drop and save lots of money!

Negativ: Flight could have been on time.

Positiv: The seats were comfortable, despite the fact that they didn't recline.

Negativ: We waited in cues repeatedly waiting to board. The check in crew kept separating people into different lines (unknown reasons). We were not told that the plane was late until after departure time. (by then, we had figured it out).

Positiv: Bag check in was great! Had a great experience with the Easy Jet staff. Security was u bit unfriendly.

Positiv: Courteous crew, polite and knowledge. Just wish they wouldn't talk so fast over the tannoy! :-)

Negativ: To find a way to enforce people to only put their baggage in the compartments above their own seats. If i choose a front-row seat, I find that other passengers have filled the compartment despite sitting nowhere near the front. Given that you pay the most money for front-row/extra leg room seats...

Positiv: I was at the gate. Before the door to enter the airplane. The Hungarian crew wasn’t telling me that they are closing the gate or going to close it. They completely ignore me and let me stand there and at the end I see the door close in front of me, 2 meter from me and they told me I mised flight.

Negativ: I lost my money and I had to buy new flight with other company. Wizzair crew at budapest was very rude and didn’t take responsibility for the mistake they did. They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely.

Positiv: Everything about the United Airlines portion of the trip was terrific: lots of food & drinks; good entertainment system; good seats even in economy. United really stepped up their game.

Negativ: The seats on the Austria Airlines portion of the trip were very close together & very minimally structured (little padding, depth etc.)

Positiv: Professional crew

Negativ: A drink of water should not cost 2euro. On a moderately long flight it is a necessity.

Positiv: One of the crew member who served our food seemed in a rush and just dropped our food on our trays :( There was a lack of communication at the counter for travelers like us who was making this connecting flight. We were there four two hours and nobody bother to tell us we needed to check-in again.

Negativ: Better communication for people making a connection. Not to wait until you are showing your boarding pass and then telling us we needed to check-in again,

Negativ: Almost no advantages for business ticket traveller

Negativ: No delay, the same reason was used on our flight out. Had to wait for staff to join this flight, surely they would have know the night before. No hand luggage which would save a great deal of time

Negativ: Entertainment limited, esp. when you consider passengers may have two or more legs on Brussels Airlines flights Boarding chaotic Some of the crew were rude/ dismissive of African or African-presenting passengers No blankets were passed out, despite the cold temperature on the plane. My bag was lost

Positiv: This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day.

Negativ: Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP.

Negativ: Seats don’t recline at all and wasn’t even offered water on a close to 3 hour flight. Bare bones service to be sure.

Negativ: Boarding procedures are a disaster. The plane arrived early however there was not a gate available for 45-60 minutes. Removal of the bags for customs inspection also took over 45 minutes. We then missed our connecting flight Out luggage made the plane but we didn’t!
