She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Even then she was not satisfied, she abused me the whole flight damaged the screen so I could not use it until the steward fixed it. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

The flight overall was good, British Airways crew are always very competent and professional, which is the reason why I mainly fly with BA. But this is the first time I had some concerns on the lack of safety checks especially because I travelled with my 2 years old son."

Passengers were lining up to board, but one of the gate agent kept asking to sit down without giving any reason. Probable one of the worst boarding experience I have ever had in international flights."

Positiv: "Das Kabinenpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und das Bordessen war gut. Das Entertainment System war sehr umfangreich und man konnte selbst Live Sport sehen."
Negativ: "Der Sitzabstand in der Economy Klasse ist für Leute über 180cm grenzwertig, ab 190cm wird es unangenehm über lange Strecken"
Negativ: "Missed connection from LHR to INV, now sitting 8 hours at LHR waiting for the next flight. In a word, a disaster!"
Negativ: "Flight being changed three times and delayed multiple times. Not weather related. To top it off, the airline decides to leave my bag in the states because the flight was changed and I didn’t notify them; which of course is ignorant because they changed the flight and didn’t even notify me."

Negativ: "It was a smaller aircraft than the one on the way there. So a lot more cramped. And it was SO HOT. I dont know why they give blankets when they keep it so hot. I thought I was going to lose it."
