Super Crew / Great Entertainment System

When boarding started, it was like refugees rushing to a life boat. Everyone was rushing to the front. Only one KLM staff standing there saying "... now is this group, yours is next,,,, we will call it out...." While he stopped some travelers, he did allowed some others passed without even checking their ticket. They have all the digital gears, and the screens to show the current boarding sequences, why don't they just use that. For some of us that did not have a excellent hearing, it was hard not trying to get closer to understanding what is going on.

KLM is never consistent with services. Sometimes you get lucky with great comfort and other times you are forced to squeeze in a box for a seat. The food is always subpar and they have become so unfriendly when you need help. But hey, they are always on time and they have good connections.

Wi-Fi didn’t work. Boarding was totally confusing. Guy next to me took more then his area. Constantly touching me pushing on me. Had a bag blocking getting out. Almost fell. Crew didn’t help

She then made my flight a nightmare, until I let her sit in my aisle seat. Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Everything good except comfort of seat.

Pd for biz class, close to front, ran out of better options, didn't make sense. Cod is not on my list of something I would eat. Had problems with crew not requiring people on both sides of us at windows to close them so harder to sleep. Contacted CS, they wouldn't help in any way. Won't use them again, other choices.

Customs at CDG airport was sooooo slow that we nearly missed our connection with maybe 3 minutes to spare.

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Als Alleinreisender ist der Fensterplatz immer blöd, besonders bei eine 3-3-3 Bestuhlung in der Boeing 787-9 in der Economy Class, weil man gleich 2 unbekannte Leute aufscheuchen muss, wenn man zur Toilette will. Sitzbreite und Fußraum sind für einen Langstrecken- Flug gerade noch akzeptabel. Wenn nicht Mitglieder meiner Reisegruppe, die ich in den letzten Tagen kennenlernte neben mir sassen, wäre es schlimmer gewesen.

They rebooked my connecting flight even though I made it to the gate on time. Then my rebooked flight was delayed 6+ hours. They gave me terrible seats even though I paid premium for my original seats. I missed the first day of my vacation and I arrived exhausted.

+ Es war ein angenehmer Flug trotz Verspätung. - Die Toiletten waren gehen Ende des Fluges absolut ekelerregend aufgrund von Unfähigkeit mancher Fluggäste anständig auf die Toilette zu gehen.

First direct flight was canceled and the next flight has a layover that was delayed until 11pm. We didn’t arrive to our location until the next morning

Es lag also auf der Hand, dass sehr viele Fluggäste deutsch als ihre Muttersprache haben. Das störte die Flugbegleiterin aber nicht. Sie sprach ein so schnelles und undeutliches Englisch, dass sie nicht bis gar nicht zu verstehen war."

I was uncomfortable the entire time. this was a redeye flight, departing at midnight. the cabin lights stayed on for the first hour making it impossible to dose off. we were given a 'snack' of a disgusting chicken wrap slathered in mayo. it was inedible. oh, and accompanied by a large kitkat bar. I mean. Who came up with this combo? there were no screens, no in flight entertainment unless you wanted to run down your phone battery or rent an ipad for $10. I was truly disappointed."

At this point in the 21st century, a meatless diet is a widespread life choice, for either ethical or health reasons. I would really like to see a pasta option as a default. Thanks for taking feedback."
Negativ: "This is not an Air Canada flight, is a Rouge flight, meaning there is no service, no screens, not even blankets on board. I didn't know that until after confirming my reservation, and it makes all the difference. For a low cost flight, the service is ok, but it shouldn't be advertised as Air Canada at all."

Seems to me like delay could have been avoided or at least predicted so we could have made appropriate arranements. Positiv: "The experience on the flight from san diego to Toronto was excellent from curb side there all the way to baggage claim in Toronto. The service by ground staff on both sides was excellent, The staff on board was helpful, efficient and very polite. In flight Entertainment was good too, unlike on the way to San Diego when the choice was so limited it was not worth my time to use it."

Negativ: "Gate agent for Air Canada completely unhelpful about getting us to our connecting flight. Then the Toronto Airport was just HORRIBLE: all along the way, we had to go through security again to get to the American side, and there was no warning that the drinks we had bought *at the Dublin airport* would all be thrown out. Rude security employees. They also very slowly went through the duty free bottles of whisky I bought *at the Dublin airport*. Then there was this stupid line of kiosks that no one knew how to use, then for some reason another boarding check, then another, and then finally customs, with more rude staff members. We had NO IDEA any of this was coming, and got no warning from Air Canada. Then we rushed to our connecting flight, only to find out that we had been booted from the flight anyway. (I got an email about it, which of course I didn't check because I have limited data -- not everyone is made of money who can afford unlimited data!) Then we got on finally boarded, only to sit on the tarmac forever in uncomfortable seats when they could've just let us sit in the airport. Ugh."

Negativ: "Delayed over an hour, making it almost impossible to catch our connecting flight in Montreal. Thankfully, the flight out of Montreal was delayed and we were able to make the flight by the very last minute."

Negativ: "Crowded gate with not enough chairs because of so many delays. We were delayed too because of the other backups, but flight was great once we boarded. Not a big deal to us but might have been if we had a connecting flight after that. This was the small commuter flight area so maybe that's just how it goes."
Positiv: "The price was decent."
Negativ: "I was travelling with a 13 yr old and expected to be seated together when I booked. I didn't know I needed to pluck my seats if I didn't want to pay extra. The woman at boarding moved our seats, however, closer at boarding, which I thought was pretty considerate."
Positiv: "Beautiful Planes , the rouge line is cheap on their international flights but only first class gets free entertainment . I was first class but my friend was economy and luckily had her own iPad or would not have been able to use anything , that being said the movies for her were still not free . The food was good as well and their regular planes from Europe are very large and beautiful"
Negativ: "Worst experiences I've had with customer service . The flight crew were fine but all ground service appeared overwhelmed and unable to assist customers . I had a flight to Athens that was in final boarding my friend still has not arrived the first person I asked said she didn't have time to look if she was still on the flight , the second told me it was private info and finally a 3rd let me know she had been rerouted and would arrive 8 hours after me in Athens and that her bag though made my flight . She did last minute make it via running to our plane but in that time they had given her seat away, she had to prove that she paid did and deserved a flight . The way home from Athens all of my aid Canada flights were delayed and late . I had a 3.5 hour layover in Seattle to switch carriers to make it home , my flight out of Vancouver was 2.5 hours delayed that they continually said was only another 10 minutes , versus being upfront that it was severely delayed . Long story worst experience I've had ."
