Positiv: Very friendly crew
Negativ: Leg space is very tight No entertainment whatsoever as its a very old plane. I ordered a seafood special meal and it was burned.
Positiv: To be honest nothing
Negativ: Flight was canceled because of technical problem and they delayed us for arround 11 hours till next flight. Though they have arranged for hotel stay but the manegement if the icedent was so poor in communication, transportation, and Timings.
Negativ: It's okay.
Negativ: The hostess was rude when I asked a question. Took 2 hours to serve dinner and then didn't serve coffe or tea.
Positiv: The seat in Business Class was comfortable with lots of options. The food is good although we expected better for Business Class.
Negativ: My entertainment system console wasn’t working and a flight attendant wasn’t helpful. One particular flight attendant wasn’t friendly and seemed to have a sort of an attitude.
Positiv: Entertainment and food were not bad.
Negativ: The plane was an old aircraft, crew could have behaved more kind, and the plane’s seats need to be replaced they felt like sitting on cardboard.

Negativ: They ran out of food! There were no snack and I had to go without food from AUH to IAD. No snacks either. The focus was on selling food. A truly sad experience. I thought Ethiad was among the top 5 airlines but this experience puts the worse that the top 25

Negativ: The food serving was late it could be more manageable. The leg space is also not comfortable. Also the some seat needs to be repaired as the recliners not working.
Negativ: If my flight was not 2hrs delayed, could catch up the transfer flight instead of late for the transfer and have to wait for the 2nd day flight and still stocked in Beijing Airport now

Positiv: Checkin 1a at Schiphol had long lines, and no seperate counters for just bag drop. My family and I had to wait for 50 mins, to do a bag drop which in,y lasted 1 min! Flight was delayed, without proper announcements.
Negativ: Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking.

Positiv: The entertainment is very good and it's a smooth ride.
Negativ: Sometimes the crew could come across as brass and disappear for long periods. Also, how do you ever tell the person next to you, who's bigger than you, to try not to bump you every time they move. Definitely made for a not very comfortable flight.
Positiv: The Ukraine airline did a sting operation and took 80 euro from everyone who had a bag that was a little bigger than a purse. Shame on them, will never fly with them again.
Negativ: Not stealing money could've been.better.

Negativ: Any other Airline first of all one hour late departure the airplane was way too hot ventilation did not work water leaking from the roof during the flight the food was worst I ever experienced on any Airline and overall will never ever fly that airline or recomend to anybody

Positiv: The seat was ok, I paid $ 115 per Trip ( total of $ 230) just to sit at the emergency exit to have some leg room and then I am sitting next to the bathroom and people stepping on my feet because they tend to hang out around the bathroom.

Positiv: Die Crew war OK, die Monitore waren gut, die Maschine der Edelweiss eine A330-300 (Chäsrueg) ist eher neu, sieht man auch an den WC
Negativ: Der Sitzabstand ist eine Katastrophe und auf keinem Fall 31inch wie es auf Seatguru steht und wird mich davon abhalten jemals wieder Edelweiss zu fliegen, jeder Passagier über 170cm wird leiden.

Positiv: The person sitting next to me in the aisle seat moved so I had a window seat and free access to the aisle so I could use the bathroom when I wanted which let me stay hydrated on the plane. This was great. Crew was overall pretty responsive and helpful. Never a line for bathroom

Negativ: The boarding process is confusing. Checking the passports separately in the same area boarding lead to a lot of congestion and confusion. The boarding pass reading machines often didn't work. It looked like passengers in higher classes couldn't use the economy machines.
Negativ: Staging at the gate was chaotic and disorganized. The passengers formed a big mob since there were no instructions for where to form lines for an organized boarding. Passengers could not hear boarding instructions from the front desk.
Positiv: The flight attendants were friendly, attentive and efficient.
Negativ: Many flights were grounded for several hours because of some airline operational glitch. We were provided with no information or guidance about how to resume our travels. As we tried to sort ourselves out we were sent from lineup to lineup without much progress or friendly service.

Positiv: Great to be able to check in bags at the CAT railway station in the morning. Cabin crew were excellent- very friendly and helpful and did two drinks services. Austrian’s cabin crew sets them apart on European routes.

Negativ: Seats are not comfortable and there us not enough seats space (to narrow to tight), no entertainment system at all, no power outlets to charge phone / tablet etc. it’s almost 2020, airplanes must include those elements as standard.

Negativ: The flight was late to Helsinki and we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona that was also on Finnair. I was given a hotel voucher to a nice hotel with a complimentary dinner voucher. The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup
Negativ: The only reason this flight was not excellent is my bag was left in Helsinki and not transferred with final flight leg to Manchester

Negativ: Verspaetung, Beinfreiheit. Am Schlimmsten aber finde ich, dass sogar den Senatormitglieder der Zugang zur Staralliance Lounge verwehrt wird. Was soll das?????

Negativ: Mein Gepäck würde aus einem mir unbekannten Grund nach Madrid geliefert. Obwohl Eurowings das mittlerweile schon seit min. einen Tag weiss, waren sie unfähig dies bis jetzt nachzuliefern! Trotz abgeschlossener Reiseversicherung, weiss ich nicht, ob ich eine Entschädigung hierfür bekomme!
Positiv: Flight attendant Hazeem was great.
Negativ: The state of the plane, communication with patrons, literally everything else could have been better. Willingness to work with patrons after their airline caused patrons to miss other flights. It was absolutely a nightmare and i will be contacting your office.

Positiv: The seat was comfortable, lots of leg room in the bulkhead area. I was able to sleep in spite of daytime travel because the crew kept the cabin low-lit. There were snacks and drinks available in the galley throughout the long flight.
Negativ: The flight attendants were not very friendly, just “did the job”. The overhead lighting was focused on passengers’ heads, not on the lap area/tray table area where it’s needed. The bathrooms weren’t maintained during the flight—out of toilet paper, poop & urine on the seats, overflowing trash bins.
