Positiv: Staffs in transit are horrific & not at all care takers. We stayed over 18hrs in airport due to poor flight management. Staff didn't even provided hotels for accommodation

Negativ: For instance be more careful with the luggage. They lost my luggage and don't know where it is.

Positiv: Crew member helped me get extra space for injured leg by having a passenger next to me find a new seat.

Positiv: Comfortable seats, decent food and was left alone to sleep after a long day.

Negativ: Didn’t like that I missed original flight by minutes due to chaos of the airport and resolving the issue took about an hour but did like that I was rebooked on the next available flight for no extra charge and the attendant seemed sympathetic to my plight. A simple but important detail.

Positiv: Entertainment monitors were in good shape and responsive. Selection was not bad.

Negativ: All of our luggage was lost and did not arrive in Prague

Positiv: The entire experience was amazing that gives me a broader scope to choose from when selecting flights to Europe. The most amazing part was the attentiveness of the staff. Exemplary!!!!!

Negativ: The vegetarian meal selected came in as vegan meal. This happened for both onward and return journey. The regular meal provided to passengers were better than the vegetarian meal selected

Negativ: Flights were late for more than 20 min. in both directions. Almost missed connecting flights in both directions. Had to pay for the luggage at the airport (luggage was not included in my ticket). Flight to my final destination was cancelled (first it was delayed, but I did not know that untill I got to the gate) I was diverted to other country (by other company), had to pay for hotel and taxi, missed almost two days of my vacation. On my flight back home, they have lost my luggage... hope they will find it. Now I am trying to get refund for cancelled flight, hotel, taxi, food... I will never fly with this company by my own choice any more!!!

Positiv: The crew was amazingly efficient serving food and drink. In the recline position the seat bottom extended which was far more comfortable than simply reclining.

Negativ: The food was mediocre and the selection of movies was very limited.

Negativ: It’s frustrating to not have the ability to select seats before arriving at check in counter when there’s really not much to choose from.

Negativ: On time departure would be nice. Overall very pleasant experience. Water and Swiss chocolates were served during under an hour flight. Thank you Swiss!

Negativ: The check in process was confusing as the MIA location required that passengers take luggage to an area away from the ticketing counter, no explanation and almost zero signage. We walked around the airport until we found the location. Truly a horrible experience in MIA. Move to TPA!!

Had to pay extra $240 to get on the flight because on one was available to correct a ticketing mistake. Horrible airlines

Negativ: Overall ok. Boarding went smoothly. Seat was cramped and there was a metal bar in front of my legs. The food was poor. I got some odd savory rice dish with raisins and two cubes of cheese. Make sure to bring snacks as it is a long flight. Most of the crew was hospitable but one stewardess was awfully crabby...

Negativ: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor. The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. The Air CANADA flight on the same route is far better in every respect.

Negativ: I was injured and unable to fly. I spent over an hour on hold trying to adjust my flight and never spoke to a rep. I emailed customer service in the US and at the airline’s point of origin. Yeh up have still not responded. Poor poor form.

Positiv: The seat in Business Class was comfortable with lots of options. The food is good although we expected better for Business Class.

Negativ: My entertainment system console wasn’t working and a flight attendant wasn’t helpful. One particular flight attendant wasn’t friendly and seemed to have a sort of an attitude.

Negativ: The boarding at JFK was a disaster. No organization and no instructions from the crew. Felt like a free for all.

Positiv: The flight arrive on time. The airline did all they could to accommodate late passengers and even held back about 10 minutes because of the long lines at customs. Despite holding back they still manage to get us to our destination on time.

Negativ: The entertainment was lacking severely however since this was a Sunday morning 7 AM departure most everyone on the plane slept so it was not an issue.
