Negativ: It is worth the price we paid for our round trip tickets. We were scrunched in, there are no frills. There is no food unless you want to buy it. Like I said, no frills, but worth the cheap ticket.

Negativ: I have paid for two luggages inside the plane but when I got to the check in the agent told me i only had paid for one luggage so he forced me to pay for a third luggage or he said I would miss my flight even though i had my receipt with 2 pieces. Terrible customer service

Negativ: Vueling seems to be late very often. This 40 minute flight flight was over an hour late.

Negativ: We had to spend €50 to check a bag that we can carry on to other flights due to weight restriction. There was terrible communication about a gate change. The flight was late and no one seemed to care or acknowledge that. The seats were very uncomfortable.

Negativ: We didn’t travel to Detroit... we were re-routed 3 times and our luggage is lost, some really helpful ppl along the way (thankfully) and some really crummy ppl too... no in between... still not to our destination

Negativ: Tell me i would misst the next flight and that my beg will not go to the final airport.

Negativ: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Positiv: We knew that the gate would close 15-30min early since we traveled to Europe before. We also knew that checkin differs from American standards-you get a few minutes notice to board or get left behind.

Negativ: Warn travelers of exorbitant check bag fees. It's ok to pay 120 euro if you know you brought a lot of clothes for comfort, but if it's a surprise expense, not so fun.

Negativ: A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air

Negativ: On time departure would be nice. Overall very pleasant experience. Water and Swiss chocolates were served during under an hour flight. Thank you Swiss!

Positiv: Considering I'm still in Zurich since they rescheduled my flight for the next day I would say there is nothing positive to say at this point.

Negativ: Due to over booking they did not wait for connecting flight and instead bumped me onto the next day flight so I would say they could have been more honest in their dealing.

Negativ: Flight delayed due to technical issues, boarding crew said there was a hole in the plane and that it might be canceled. After a long delay we finally tookoff. Plane was very cramped and very little room for the legs. Food and entertainment were average and fine.
