Positiv: Poor service, staring from punctuality. 3 and a half delay without any explanation until all passengers pressured the staff and we were told that it was due to aircraft malfunction. The staff were very unfriendly when asked about information regarding the cause of the delay.

Negativ: Change management and train staff. The Barcelona airport was in very poor state, without air conditioning and restrooms in very poor state.

Negativ: Was told I needed to check my bag when there was plenty of overhead space once we boarded the plane. The entire zone system seems to be fake, as they boarded zone 1 and then went to all zones, skipping 2 & 3.

Negativ: I have paid for two luggages inside the plane but when I got to the check in the agent told me i only had paid for one luggage so he forced me to pay for a third luggage or he said I would miss my flight even though i had my receipt with 2 pieces. Terrible customer service

Positiv: The crew were welcoming and friendly and once we were able to board it was all very efficient. The pilot then kept us informed about delays and progress at all times.

Negativ: Mykonos Airport is chaotic, our plane was delayed but there was no communication and the information boards were not updated. There are no Easyjet staff members anywhere so you are just left to get on with it. The plane was a small so this meant little leg room - just about okay as a short flight.

Negativ: The flight was delayed, then we loaded onto an airport bus where we stood, sweating, for about 10 minutes before the bus left. Once we got on board it took forever for people to be seated, and some people were having their seats switched and others couldn’t find anywhere to put their luggage.

Negativ: 5 hour of delay!!!! For the second time in the same flight

Positiv: From the moment we checked in at Barcelona airport the airport staff were brilliant, my partner and his daughter are on the autism spectrum and struggle with crowds and social behaviour, but the gentleman that escorted us and helped us board could not have been nicer thank you

Positiv: Flight attendant was rude to my non French speaking 12 year old. He ripped his charger out of the USB port and threw it at him.

Negativ: TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!

Positiv: Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined

Negativ: Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know.

Negativ: Boarding - why do EasyJet put you through the boarding gate only to then have you queueing on a staircase or air bridge? They do this every time, so you end up with no seat. Also, check in was really slow, even though we were only doing a bag drop as we'd checked in online.

Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air

Positiv: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Negativ: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(

Positiv: vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.
