Positiv: The food was the best I've had on any airline in recent times. On the first flight it was a croissant and a swiss chocolate, on the second flight it was a hot danish pastry.
Negativ: The first flight was late so I was worried I'd miss my connection (however connection was delayed too so I made it). Also, I was asked to check in my bag because "the aircraft was full" however when I got on the plane I noticed it was half-empty and there would have been ample overhead room.
Negativ: 2 hour delay and 3 crying babies on a red eye.
Positiv: Upon arrival in ZRH, there was a separate small bus for the business class passengers. It was nice to not have to wait for all passengers to deplane before being transported to the terminal.
Positiv: Everything aside from the food and cabin atmosphere.
Negativ: Food and cabin atmosphere. The cabin felt very stuffy and warm.
Positiv: This was years ago, and yet I still remember how comfortable I was. The waiting facilities were nice and the airplane service very client friendly. Air Canada was definitely the best flying experience I have ever had.

Negativ: They should make the rouge player app so that you can see the entertainment options before you are trapped on a plane with no access to WiFi. The offering is pretty sparse, and had I known beforehand I would have brought other content

Negativ: Didn't take this flight because a fire broke out in the terminal. I got rebooked to almost 24 hours later and a friend I was flying with got rebooked 36 hours later. Customer service at the airport was not willing to help us and we could not connect to customer service on the phone.

Positiv: Crew were helpful. Food was OK. I had Hindu meal and it was hot and tasty but salty.
Negativ: Seats could have been more comfortable. I am not a tall person so seat spacing was not an issue, but for any one more than 5'8'' tall, seat spacing may be uncomfortable.

Negativ: The flights was considerably delayed, due to Lufthansa's operation issues. Information provided at the terminal was nearly non existent and the posted information on the extent of the delay was inaccurate and not updated. All in all, not effective and non communicative handling.

Negativ: There were some delays, my luggage didn't arrive to final destination I might receive it only tomorrow and also a lot of gates change.

Negativ: Flight was cancelled. Got rebooked and have changed gates 6 times and flight delayed due to no crew.

Negativ: I ordered Kosher food but they didn't have me on the kosher food list - I ended up not eating!

Negativ: They charged me 200 euros for my bag and I wasn’t told that I couldn’t bring 1 luggage with me.
Negativ: The Austrian airlines website is absolutely the worst and least user friendly that I've seen for an airline. I tried paying for my bags and it rejected half of the itinerary's bookings for no reason. It took a ton of clicks to get stuff done and I kept getting errors. Very limited movie selection.

Negativ: Seats are not comfortable and there us not enough seats space (to narrow to tight), no entertainment system at all, no power outlets to charge phone / tablet etc. it’s almost 2020, airplanes must include those elements as standard.

Negativ: I didn’t appreciate the surprise of having to pay $50 Euros to bring my bike, which then required I leave the baggage drop off line, go to customer service to pay, return to the baggage line to pick up my bag and boarding pass, and then go to the special luggage handling line.

Negativ: They didn't give the yellow cards that every traveller need to fill out. So when everyone got off in Shanghai we had all the booths busy with people trying to fill in the papers. All other airlines just give those papers while people are still in the airplane.

Negativ: Boarding began 25 min after the indicated time. Huge crowd of people (big Airbus 330) was standing in the corridor in some kind of disorganized manner. Priority entrance was open, but then another 20-25 min in the closed waiting area, some kind of hoarder. Only then the mixture of all passengers was let through the sleeve to the plane. Why bother about Priority? Plane arrive in NYC 35 min late. Many transit passengers worried about their connecting flights.
Positiv: This is a great way to travel from Helsinki to Tampere and avoid the railway and train changing.
Negativ: The plane is not comfortable, but the flight is very short. It balances out.

Positiv: One crew member servicing first class was in a mood “not to be here” - it is sad because of first class experience is higher than usual! It was just bad!

Negativ: Flight was almost an hour late because the boarding process was so slow. They took forever and then literally bussed us to the other side of the airport to the budget carrier side, which wasted more time. Was a bit of a joke really. Served seafood snack, not everyone eats seafood.

Negativ: 90 euro per bag!!!! Outrageous. Never again TAP.
Positiv: The boarding process was much easier and faster. No delayed flights.
Negativ: I used the laboratory before takeoff as I was one of the first people on the plane and I forgot to go before I boarded. The hand soap container was empty and I had to tell one of the crew. Shouldn’t that have been taken care of before boarding passengers?
Positiv: Very nice crew. The flight attendant brought me a second dessert after I raved about it (excellent strawberry mousse!) Warm croissants and bread for breakfast! The even came with seconds. Yes! Delicious Easter eggs on both flights. Good selection of movies
Negativ: The width of the seats. Tricky to have that elbow rest, it is you or your neighbor!
Positiv: It was a lovely easy flight, always lovely flying star alliance.

Negativ: The seats are very squished together in economy class. I was very disappointed. I always ride economy but this flight (airline, crew, as accommodations) felt like a “cattle car”. The crew was professional but not friendly, warm, or welcoming. The leg room was limited - quite disappointed.

Negativ: Swat comfort. Boarding. Crew warmth (at least pretend you don’t hate your job).

Negativ: They don’t even give you a cup of water, a horrible low cost airline with premium pretences! Gatwick is a horrible airport to fly to.
Negativ: My flight was supposed to be at 4:40pm on May 16th. It was cancelled and rescheduled to 2:00pm may 17th. I have been waiting in line for three hours to check my bags, and get on a flight. Still at the original destination, VERY UNHAPPY.

Negativ: Flight on time would have been good when you have a late evening arrival. Long wait for luggage at Birmingham airport.
Negativ: Flight 2 hours delayed, started boarding but had to wait on line 10 more minutes on boarding ramp for plane door to be opened, upon landing in Dublin had to wait on tarmac for anther 15 minutes for stairs to arrive and be connected to airplane. Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage....
Positiv: The service crew was very nice
Negativ: Entertainment was broken so no movies etc. No pillows and no blankets because they ran out. Freaking cold during the flight. No vegetarian meal nor snacks.
