Positiv: Budget carrier. No frills. You get what you pay for.

Negativ: Return flight was canceled just a few hours before actual departure. EaseJet did not have any other options for next couple days. We had to book 6 one-way tickets costing $2,400. Will never fly with EasyJet again!

Positiv: The crew was good, not amazing and the seats were adequate, not generous. The food was sppealing.

Positiv: Crew was very friendly. Seats were decently comfortable - appreciated blanket and pillow for long haul flight.

Screens froze often, were not very touch sensitive and the sound was pretty bad (on mine, would only provide sound to one ear, so I had to turn up other bc of poor quality and ended up w a headache.) Also, bathrooms were gross; ran out of paper and floors were "soiled"

Negativ: We waited in cues repeatedly waiting to board. The check in crew kept separating people into different lines (unknown reasons). We were not told that the plane was late until after departure time. (by then, we had figured it out).

Positiv: The crew were truly great as I had an extremely difficult flight due to tremendous pain in my knees. Coach economy are way too narrow, even if I paid for preferred seating. A joke. Cldnt move. So uncomfortable.

Negativ: Boardingvwas delayed so we left a good 50 minute late. Ran out of meal choice so we had to eat what they had left which was pasta that was too spicy for me anyway. I was very disappointed bec I preferred chicken but there were none left.

Negativ: offering water at regular intervals (or at least once or twice in the entire 8 to 9 hour flight would be good.

Positiv: Food was absolutely terrible. Worst airline food of any trip I‘ve taken. Service was sparse. One beverage for the entire flight

Positiv: The cabin crew was very good. The check in process was tough but the representative was nice.

Negativ: The boarding representative wasn’t very welcoming and the baggage hold volunteering wasn’t explained fully to passengers, otherwise they’ll volunteer.

Negativ: Boarding - why do EasyJet put you through the boarding gate only to then have you queueing on a staircase or air bridge? They do this every time, so you end up with no seat. Also, check in was really slow, even though we were only doing a bag drop as we'd checked in online.

Negativ: The plane was delayed 1 hour waiting for a crew member to show up. This caused me to miss my flight to the US at DeGaulle

Negativ: Don’t let me book my seats on line and then tell me “not for this fare” ($1700) at the airport. We have special needs and were not accommodated

Positiv: Flight was smooth and didn't feel like 9 hours! Crew handled an ill passenger in a caring and professional manner.

Negativ: Seated in the middle of four center seats, crew overlooked offering beverages/food a couple of times.

Negativ: I have paid for two luggages inside the plane but when I got to the check in the agent told me i only had paid for one luggage so he forced me to pay for a third luggage or he said I would miss my flight even though i had my receipt with 2 pieces. Terrible customer service

Negativ: Delays meaning I missed my train in Gatwick and wont be home before 1am. Crew was not exactly nice either

Negativ: Air France is not a low fare airlines, I had to pay 225 USD against 3 luggages which is not acceptable. We should have the right for one luggage per ticket as all other airlines. If I knew this will happen, I wouldn’t use Air France and this will be the last time I buy a ticket on Air France

Negativ: Mykonos Airport is chaotic, our plane was delayed but there was no communication and the information boards were not updated. There are no Easyjet staff members anywhere so you are just left to get on with it. The plane was a small so this meant little leg room - just about okay as a short flight.

Negativ: No delay, the same reason was used on our flight out. Had to wait for staff to join this flight, surely they would have know the night before. No hand luggage which would save a great deal of time

Negativ: Had to pay the $259.00 to get another flight because my name wasn’t on the flight had to be on the phone for a hour and 28 minutes just to get my name on a flight after I paid over $900.00 on my round trip flight this was an awful experience and did not and will not book any flight ever with these airlines or the company representing them as VAYAMA

Negativ: There was no way for us to reserve seats with extra leg room 48 hours before the flight. Had to sit in agony for a 9 hour flight because of height

Negativ: Departure time was delayed due to over crowding in Zurich airport. Info on connecting flights and transfer requirements was insufficient, no offer to help those with tight connections, e.g., by trying to seat them at front of plane or help them get off faster. Missed connecting flight as a result!!

Positiv: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Negativ: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(

Negativ: Flight delayed due to technical issues, boarding crew said there was a hole in the plane and that it might be canceled. After a long delay we finally tookoff. Plane was very cramped and very little room for the legs. Food and entertainment were average and fine.

Negativ: Rude ground staff at Athens airport, unable to check in online prior to flight, had to wait in line for over an hour for a connecting flight and run to the gate to then be told I was on standby for my next connecting flight. Poor customer service, no headphones given even though all seats have tv screens - such a small thing can make a difference to overall experience eg providing headphones. The check in and boarding forbthis flight was an absolute joke. Two men were about to have a fight due to how irritated everyone was for standing in line for so long. No need whatsoever. Meanwhile 3 staff sat at the ticketing desk and just watched the line grow! When I asked for assistance they brushed me off as if I were a flea! Athens Swiss airlines ground staff are up there with the worst customer service I’ve seen.
