Positiv: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Negativ: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Negativ: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Positiv: It was very quick and arrived ahead of time.

Negativ: Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!

Positiv: the length of the flight and check in was fast with the machine

Negativ: the boarding was chaotic, the airport and airline staff were confused and disorganized, the flight was delayed, we had to walk on the tarmac which was completely open to the street (I could have just walked straight to the plane without going through the airport at all basically), the leg room inside the plane is so tight that my knees were almost touching the back of the seat in front of me and I am only 5 feet tall, a bottle of water was 6 British pounds which is a ridiculous price, the landing was less than stellar

Negativ: Check in war sehr schlecht und auf dem Flug bekam man nicht mal einen Schluck Wasser gratis... Einfach unglaublich wie schlecht der Service war.

Negativ: Flight was delayed by 2 and half hrs and staff at the gates where really unhelpful when asking about information. It seemed forever getting on the plane from gate . We were waiting inbetween boarding gates and getting on the bus in small room with no room to move and still pushing more people into the room. Really unhappy.

Negativ: Don’t charge everyone on the flight €60 without warning.

Negativ: I needed to cancel my flight due to covid19 restrictions but I could never get through the phone system. Easy Jet was overwhelmed!

Negativ: While clearly my lack of attention to detail, I do not mind Heathrow / city / Gatwick, so when I saw a deal I took it. On my return flight I discover that it is to London Luton, and not one of the 3 ACTUAL Airports in London.

Positiv: Ich konnte mein Handgepäck auch wirklich in den Flieger nehmen. (In 9/10 Fällen wird es dann doch eingecheckt.)

Negativ: The name was wrong on the ticket and did not match the passport and we almost missed our flight having to wander all over the Zürich airport trying to figure out where to change the name on the ticket. The whole process was very disorganized and they charged me over Fr.100 to just change the name. They we’re not changing the sheets only the name. Very unprofessional

Negativ: It is very uncomfortable to fly 5 hours on a seat without the possibility to lean back. The fixed back of the seat might be acceptable on short flights, but not on a 5 hours flight.

Negativ: Security check protocols and stuff didn’t helped to process the access caused me my flight lose. I missed the flight and didn’t travel

Negativ: Was overnight flight but food was served very late and lights were on for a while so people were getting drunk and loud with free alcohol served but no milk for toddlers available.

Negativ: I am emerald on one world. In the departure flight I was not able ot reserve an aisle seat during online checkin ( need to get up on flights quite a bit for health reasons). I had been assigned a window although aisles, my preference, were available. I sought to change seats from window to aisle and would have been charged USD $18 (on a flight within europe - why dollars?). The BA staff said the website would be fine on the return journey - but it was not. I arrnved at teh airport (not having checked in as I didn't want a window) and the BA staff person in 46 at 6:45pm simply said that's impossible to change anything - no apology; she seemed rather irritated to be asked. I then went to security and the machine for priority queue did not permit me to enter - it said 'invalid ticket'. Then the flight was significantly delayed. So all in all not a great day.

Negativ: Over one and half hour delay meant I had missed last train to Victoria and instead had to wait a further 40min for a slow train to Kings Cross. If on time i would have been home by 12am latest. Instead got home at 3.30am. Unacceptable for Easy jet not to take much responsibility of this massive inconvinece

Negativ: At first we had no seats as the plane was one row shorter than the one booked, so we had to wait. It turned out there were 3 free seats on the back row so my son could have a window seat for his 2nd time in the air.

Negativ: The 'sudden' change for flight BA219 which now takes off from Terminal 3 as of October 14 - was not aware of this.

Negativ: Food was served warm. Perhaps the menu could be better, but it wasn’t bad.

Negativ: My chairs screen in particular was very difficult to use because the touch screen was not working 90% of the time.

Positiv: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.
