Negativ: No proper food service. Even to the passenger of Amsterdam no dinner was served. No inflight service. It looks like domestic flight. I will think twice to travel by KLM. The check-in staff at counter was absolutely arrogant. Staff ar boarding gate was nice.

Negativ: There was no entertainment on the flight from Vancouver to Amsterdam and this on top of a two hour delay in taking off which led us to have to literally run to our gate in Amsterdam to make the connection to Mumbai

Negativ: Flight 2 hours delayed, started boarding but had to wait on line 10 more minutes on boarding ramp for plane door to be opened, upon landing in Dublin had to wait on tarmac for anther 15 minutes for stairs to arrive and be connected to airplane. Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage....
Positiv: The Tap flight was an hour late causing me to miss my connecting flight with Tap and my car rental. Attendant NO help. Sent me wrong place!!.
Negativ: Better flight attendants who know how to help. Never TAP again!!

Negativ: The layover situation needs to be improved. When you give 50 minutes, there really isn’t enough time to deplane, get through the check point, and make it to the terminal. We were told to run like animals in the airport in order to not miss the flight.
Positiv: The food and service during the flight was great. Enjoyed the meals and they offered drinks frequently. Complementary wine is also a big plus compared to other airlines.
Negativ: The luggage situation. We were very annoyed that we didn’t get a carry on bag and had to pay $92 each for every checked bag. I travel frequently and have never experienced this with another airline.

Negativ: We were shocked to learn there were no outlets on the long flight from London to Houston. Luckily we had a power bank, otherwise our phones would've been dead.

First flight was delayed and second flight started boarding and left over an hour later than scheduled, but again no communication to explain what was going on. Absolutely one of the worst flying experiences I've ever had. Would 100% NEVER recommend this

Negativ: Absolutely zero communication about an 11 hour flight delay. The flight itself was fine but the ground crew was absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with in all my years traveling. Save yourself the stress and pay a little more to fly with someone else.

Negativ: There was no personal entertainment system. However, they had screens fold down from the sealing and showed some cartoons and very old silent movies.
