Positiv: Comfortable flight. Generally good service.

Negativ: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Positiv: It was very quick and arrived ahead of time.

Negativ: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Positiv: Crew excellent, really looked after a single mum who's very young son kicked off on take off. Very helpful, always friendly. Pilots kept us updated at regular intervals.

Negativ: Disembarkation at Bristol Airport could have been a lot better. Had to wait on board for ground crew to arrive.

Negativ: Flight was delayed by 2 and half hrs and staff at the gates where really unhelpful when asking about information. It seemed forever getting on the plane from gate . We were waiting inbetween boarding gates and getting on the bus in small room with no room to move and still pushing more people into the room. Really unhappy.

Negativ: The flight was delayed by more 1.5 hrs without any compensation whatsoever. The flight was a late one that was supposed to take off at 9:40 and land at 10:10. Instead we landed at Heathrow at almost 12am. The walk from the plane to the baggage collection was approx. a 15min walk which is too long for such a ridiculously delayed flight and then when I did arrive at the baggage area, my luggage did not arrive until 5-10mins later. I then had to travel to the south terminal of gatwick to get a train. By the time I reached the train station it was already past 12:30am and the train to London bridge that I usually take was no longer running. The only option I had was to take a train into the city then take a night bus all the way home or take a taxi. So I took a tax costing me more than double the amount I would have paid taking train home. This was without any sort of compensation or real explanation for the cause of delay. This is the second time I have taken an easyjet flight from Basel and it has been delayed. I am highly dissatisfied with the overall journey. As a note, the company should consider having blankets on deck for the evening flights in the winter when it is cold. I asked for one and there wasn't even one on deck.

Positiv: The staff handled everything really well. Continuously being updated to the delay reasons.

Negativ: Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours.

Negativ: Don’t charge everyone on the flight €60 without warning.

Positiv: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Negativ: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Negativ: the connection flight from geneva BA terminal 5 and Virrgin to miami Termianl 3 was terrible too long, dble security check, etc... too much walk, long distance walk even at Miami, it was too much, too tired it was my first time with Virgin atlantic, i will not repeat it, on top , they have no flexibility for upgrade Upper class they asked 1300 pounds. last time i flew with Airfrance geneva,paris, miami,it was fantastic, i had an Upgrad to biz class for 800 euros and the connection in paris was easy

Negativ: There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience.

Negativ: I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off.
