Positiv: The crew was easily the WORST I have dealt with. Both on the flight to Abu Dhabi and to NYC. They were rude, unhelpful and extremely arrogant. A co passenger was chatting with one of them and she happened to mention that working with people was the worst ever. She’s been with Etihad for 5 years!!!

Negativ: I just don't fit comfortably into the pods and for a 14 hour flight that's a pain in the neck or lower. The seatbelts must be adjustable to allow a pod user to roll on his side.

Negativ: Flight: - very delayed to leave with no updates - host and hostesses were very rude to both ourselves and other passengers when asked questions - ran out of chicken and veg options by the time reached the back of the plane and only had had lamb options left. Abysmal service considering a lot of Asian people don’t even eat lamb! Staff not helpful at all - sarcastically said ‘enjoy your meal’ and walked off - horrified by this remark! - freezing cold flight, when asked for a blanket they said they would give it to children first only and an hour later they still refused to give us one. Also it seemed like the louder you shouted the more likely you were to get what you want, terrible service Overall - not comfortable, small leg room, cold flight, no appropriate food options which can all be forgiven but foremost the staff were rude which is plain unacceptable. Negativ: The flight was delayed from JFK without warning for no apparent reason, the crew from JFK to Kuwait seemed always irritated when we asked for anything like warm water, or headphones.

Negativ: Making the flight. Air China and the Beijing Airport made it very difficult for everyone on a variety of flights to get to their destinations.

Positiv: Priority Boarding for business class. The cabin crew were attentive, cheerful, caring. It's a short regional flight so the older, regional configuration of the seats is appropriate if not a little shabby. Offer of juices, Arabic coffee and dates before take off is very welcoming as is a choice of hot or cold towels. Flight was on time for take-off and landing.
