Positiv: It was for the most part on time.

Negativ: Basically a mostly-on-time bus in the sky. Both trips there were issues with soap in the bathroom. The first time: a shared hotel bar. The second: no soap at all. Food awful (tuna sandwiches for everyone served in a closed tube hurtling through the air not my idea of a good time) but it was a short flight from Amsterdam to Malta so whatever.

Positiv: All was just great and on time

Positiv: Comfortable and competativly priced, snack and a water included, more if you want to pay, but not overly priced.

Positiv: Really happily uneventful ride.

Negativ: The passport control at Heathrow airport (for this airline) was beyond horrible. There were queues leading to even longer queues and we were two hours waiting to reach the passport control desk. It did take the edge off flying into this particular terminal in Heathrow.

Positiv: Crew was caring and attentive to plane cleanliness. Smiling, friendly, yet, fully professional.

Negativ: Company plays games with attractive low fares but extra charges for seating and luggage

Negativ: Long wait on crowded hot bus to the plane.

Negativ: Seats do not recline on this plane.

Negativ: A little too warm but not unbearable. We paid extra for seats together but did not get to pick them. We would have preferred a window but were in the middle 2 of 4.

Positiv: Boarding was smooth and a far better experience than EasyJet's competitors

Positiv: The calzone (food).

Negativ: Boarding is ridiculous. No direct access to the plane. They make these things called jet ways... start using them! Also the crew said the front bathroom was not in service then proceeded to allow the captain and crew plus a few passengers to use it.

Negativ: Enforced separation of hand luggage taken to hold at gate due to lack of space. Parked miles away from terminal on arrival. The usual budget airline issues.

Negativ: Queue too long in airport. Need more space

Negativ: delayed 2hours 50 min. Lost connection, have to wait 11 hours

Positiv: Flight delayed, staff provided no info and was generally nasty.

Negativ: They asked me to store my suitcase in an overhead bin at the front of the plane as they had run out of space so I complied. When it was time to disembark, someone had stolen my suitcase. I have not located it since and the customer service from Vueling is horrendous - they keep running me around to different departments and sending automated responses, refusing to answer my questions.

Negativ: When we got to the airport, the gate info wasn’t on the screen. We found a seat and waited until the time it said the info would be available. When the info was available, it said the gate was closing in 10 minutes. You have to pay for everything. I ordered a meal, but there must have been a language barrier because the stewardess sold me a meal and extra sandwich, when I only wanted one. The seats don’t recline.

Positiv: Nette Crew und wirklich cooler Pilot

Negativ: leichte Verspätung. Handgepäck von einigen Leuten sollte kontrolliert werden, hatten kaum Platz für unsere Jacken.

Negativ: Besser gepflegter Innenraum. Das Netz vor mit war total zerstört. Das Bordpersonal hat sich hinten versammelt und ununterbrochen laut geredet.

Positiv: Flight crew was very friendly

Negativ: Ground crew did not do a good job with the boarding process and even with speedy boarding it did not work well.

Negativ: Queue too long in airport. Need more space

Negativ: Check-in was the worst experience I have had in 45 years of air travel. The desk attendant was rude and confrontational. He checked my bag, sent it down the jetway and THEN told me that it was overweight and want to charge me 15€ per kilo for the overweight. He was beyond rude!

Negativ: Delayed departure. Plane stuck sitting on the airport. Could not go back to let passengers off. No water offered during delay.

Negativ: gate closed 1 minute early so intern missed the flight

Positiv: Arrived on time!!!

Positiv: Enough leg room to extend legs under the seat in front. Orderly exit row by row instead of a scrum. Having a window seat usually means you are last to get off!

Positiv: Im not sure how comfortable can an economy, 12 hours and a half flight seat can be.. but somehow it turned out to be easy and nice

Negativ: The only things i can think of are already given in business class, like even wider seat and spaces between lines

Negativ: Terribly unhealthy food choices. Though the announcements came in English, they could barely be understood. A seasoned traveler would know what it was about, seatbelts and luggage.in the bins.

Positiv: Nothing really...

Negativ: I’m not sure what improvements could be made on a short flight.

Negativ: Accent and descent were extremely fast and caused ears extreme pain.

Positiv: Plane itself was OK

Negativ: Check in was dismal: I arrived in plenty of time with just three people in front of me in the queue, yet nearly missed my flight because they were all checked-in so slowly. Then when I had the temerity to mention politely that check-in had been very slow, she made no apology and was very rude.

Positiv: Flight on the Time

Negativ: They did not write the Gate in The Check in only the Terminal

Positiv: crew was ok, at one point I felt like they were just tired, after all it was a 12 hour flight from Madrid to L.A.

Negativ: make sure that the crew is well rested and ready for a long flight.

Positiv: To check in took so long . I could have used the automated check in but my code was not recognised. Travelling as a couple we were given separate seats .The staff did not even see fit to even tell us.Poor meals. the cabin crew looked harassed.

Negativ: Send emails reminders to offer web check in.

Negativ: Late

Positiv: Leg space

Negativ: Flight cancelled and replacement flight delayed, no offer of food or compensations

Positiv: There was an issue with my seat at boarding so they put me in the special seats instead.

Negativ: Plane buzzed quite a lot on the way up.

Positiv: That we landed safely

Negativ: The person at the check in desk could have been more informative and helpful and mostly when we checked in a half empty €40 suitcase, she could have checked the rest of our belongings to make sure it was ok or let us know if we need to change anything. I had to pay €50 later to have my tampons w me.

Negativ: malpenza boarding area really stressful!

Positiv: Friendly crew.

Negativ: Flight overbooked, I got my seat at the very last moment

Negativ: Delayed by an hour due to inbound delay, causing a knock-on delay with plane maintenance. While fairly comfortably seated and offered water, this still was somewhat unpleasant especially after a long-haul from Havana

Negativ: Good connection in Madrid and nice flight to Malaga. It was a long walk to get to the connection

Positiv: Got In ahead of schedule

Positiv: the plane was clean and in excellent condition. crew was very professional and courteous. food ok Entertainment and screen quality very good.

Negativ: seats could be improved but overall not so uncomfortable
