Positiv: Ich bin unzufrieden. Dieser Reise nach Palma de Mallorca hat mit zusätzlich Kosten und Stress verursacht.

Negativ: 1 - Gepäckbestimmungen bei Hin und Rückflug ( 1 x 20 kg Gepäck) bei Linienflüge wie Condor und Iberia wurde nicht berücksichtigt sodass ich 1 Gepäckstück 20kg bei Rückflug extra bezahlen muss. 2 - Ich habe 3 x Sitzplatzreservierungen bezahlt weil Iberia die Fluggesellschaft geändert hat ( anstatt Iberia plötzlich Vueling) und es keine andere Alternative bei der Check inn Online gab. Ich musste 3 Sitzplatzreservierungen bezahlen, 1 davon völlig unnötig. 3 - Gate Änderung von 92 auf 98 in Palma de Mallorca unmittelbar vor der Rückflug sodass ich fast mein Flug nach München verpasst habe. Den ganzen Stress und 2 extra Gebühren kann ich mir ersparen wenn ich mein Ticket direkt in der Reiseagentur kaufe.

Positiv: Reasonably comfortable seat

Negativ: Food quality was poor.

Positiv: Nothing

Negativ: Not only was the flight hours late but there was practically no communication what was going on and what to expect.

Negativ: The condition of the flight attendants should be improve so that they not appear to be grouchy all the time. My video display was not functioning, when I asked for help the flight attendant seemed offended. He went to the back and did get it fixed. I thanked him, but he did not even look at me.

Negativ: The plane was late. The bus to the terminal was insufficient. The luggage was horribly late.

Positiv: Vueling is a high quality airline. Much better than Ryanair

Negativ: The club sandwich was rather disgusting

Positiv: Boarding was smooth and everything was on time

Negativ: A mechanical malfuntion caused our takeoff to be over 2 3/4 hours late. I had a scheduled 4 hour layover which wasn't enough and missed my USA connection. Had to pay another $2500 x 2 for return flight to make a wedding Same happened on arrival. 2hr delay Going back in 2 weeks. Trying Europa Air

Positiv: The seats were comfortable, despite the fact that they didn't recline.

Negativ: We waited in cues repeatedly waiting to board. The check in crew kept separating people into different lines (unknown reasons). We were not told that the plane was late until after departure time. (by then, we had figured it out).

Positiv: The crew were very friendly and helpful.

Negativ: Flight was three hours late to depart with very little communication made to passengers.

Positiv: The staff was really nice and on time

Negativ: N/A

Positiv: From the moment we checked in at Barcelona airport the airport staff were brilliant, my partner and his daughter are on the autism spectrum and struggle with crowds and social behaviour, but the gentleman that escorted us and helped us board could not have been nicer thank you

Negativ: The staff were great but there was a rather large rid group that could have triggered an episode, but after a quiet word with the crew we were again supported a quick exit

Positiv: Crew was nice. Airplane was in a good shape.

Negativ: Crew was trying to avoid providing free drinking water. Checking in for the flight took more than 1.5 hours.

Negativ: Luggage not included. Charged at an excessive 120 USD rate !

Positiv: It 3 years ago. Why would you ask now?

Positiv: I liked that a could get a row of seats to sleep in

Negativ: Better films, the selection was old and poor

Positiv: The crew was excellent and surprisingly the seats were comfortable.

Negativ: I think more attention should be paid to cleaning the plane and eeek, there was no liqueur in economy class. Music selection in entertainment should be wider too

Negativ: We had a short delay

Negativ: They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet

Positiv: Great food and friendly crew.

Negativ: Seatback system was old and not very functional.
