Positiv: service and timing were great

Positiv: This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day.

Negativ: Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP.

Negativ: 30 min delay !

Positiv: The crew was nice. The seats were ok.

Negativ: The flight from Copenhagen to Brussels was delayed without explanation for nearly an hour. I managed to make my connection to Frankfurt, but my luggage did not. I’m hoping it will arrive today.

Positiv: Crew was great and helpful despite oversight in my special meal.

Negativ: Special meal request was overlook. I did not mind so much as eating less does some good! It is human to err!

Positiv: Uncomfortable seats , poor food category, bottled water supply was minimal, staff needs to improve on language, boarding was very stampeded baora

Negativ: Boarding was not comfortable, felt like you being pushed like animals

Positiv: in flight entertainment was really good

Negativ: checkin luggage was terrible with more than half an hour wait although web checkin was already made

Negativ: The food!! The lights could be dimmed as it was a night flight.

Positiv: Boarding was quick and flight was calm

Positiv: Service and crew amazing friendly and went out of the way to Make u feel special even the pilots gave updates thru out the flight

Negativ: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Positiv: That it was a direct flight

Negativ: Turn on A/C of plane upon boarding (it is the only airline where the A/C is turned on after the aircraft detaches from gate, even budget airlines in have A/C on when boarding) Improve entertainment (more movies / better selection up to date) Increase seating space Improve food options and quality

Positiv: entertainment, good movie choices

Negativ: here is where they get you, yes, super cheap flight and 2 checked bags included, but you are only allowed 15kg a bag! you have to buy 20kg bags!

Positiv: Good flight and really comfortable. Rate 5 star

Negativ: Very satisfied on my travel from London to Muscat

Negativ: Very old fleet from Muscat to Kuala Lumpur. The entertainment very limited compared to Emirate Airlines

Positiv: New 787 seats were extremely comfortable for short-haul, regional. 2-2-2 may not suit some people for long haul. Good selection of in-flight entertainment. Nice sincere service.

Negativ: Boarding was unpleasant. Buses to aircraft: had to wait approx 10 mins in the bus on the tarmac whilst the previous two buses unloaded. Then the actual staircase / boarding process took nearly 10 minutes... queueing in 41 degree heat. Muscat is a very new airport and many gates with airbridges were not being used. As the home airport of the national carrier I wouldn't expect tarmac boarding.

Positiv: Impossible to enjoy a flight you didn't choose and were forced to fly on due to a schedule change, especially when the flights you'd booked had much better timing for a fixed teacher's holiday schedule. Avoid Oman Air unless you are sadistic and enjoy forced flight changes and no compensation. As I was forced to change to a flight to one arriving at 03.10 with my work starting at 06.00, I tried (and failed due to a lack of space and fidgety neighbour) to sleep all the flight to be fresh and professional for my work. The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep.

Negativ: I am a teacher. I can't choose my holiday times. I get three fixed weeks in summer. In both 2017 + 2018 Oman Air changed their schedule forcing me to change my flights. I was out of pocket for a small amount - they refused to pay the $27.60. I was to arrive home at 9pm for an 06.00 start to work they changed my flight so I arrived at 04.00. I asked for an upgrade to business class to try and sleep. They ignored the request. They instead sent me a copy of the small print saying that they were allowed to change anyone's flights and give zero compensation if the 'client' is informed two weeks in advance. I will avoid Oman Air from now on, even if they seem to offer the best times to fly.

Negativ: Inflight sandwiches

Positiv: Seats were super comfortable, bigger than most planes with extra leg room. Food was excellent and fresh, amazing Dutch cheese sampler was divine. No nonsense staff who had all connecting flight info on hand when we arrived in Abu Dhabi. KLM staff were friendly and efficient. Fabulous airline.

Positiv: The crew was amazing, flight on schedule and good entertainment.

Negativ: Space is just reasonable on a long flight, even if there's seats more spacious that you could choose if you pay more.

Positiv: Comfortable seat, great crew.

Negativ: dozens of infants all screaming and scattered across the whole plane food was strangely not good at all although we had a vegetarian meal pre booked

Positiv: Evrything about it i loved

Positiv: Nothing

Negativ: To begin with they checked our boarding pass a minimum of 7 times, it makes one feel like they are in the wrong place. Secondly the seats offer leg room as an LCC, but charging non LCC money for them. Overall poor airline, staff wasn’t kind at all.

Positiv: in flight entertainment was really good

Negativ: checkin luggage was terrible with more than half an hour wait although web checkin was already made

Positiv: The company of the 7 year old girl in the seat in front.

Negativ: The late departure. Again. With no reason or meaningful excuse given. The bland and overcooked food. The lack of space for knees and shoulders even though I'm only 1m72cm.

Positiv: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Positiv: Nice clean plane

Negativ: Snacks would have been better than a cheese sandwich

Negativ: Chairs are small

Positiv: The entertainment kept the kids happy

Negativ: The food- ran out of options- I’m not vegetarian but they had no options at all. The crew- not particularly engaged or attentive The drinks- poor selection, warm Our luggage came out damaged and the airline would accept no liability

Negativ: The connection time between these two flights that you sell as a package is not enough. It is a 30 Min journey to do in a 45 min transfer, and the gate closes 30 mins before departure. Then if you’re first plane is delayed even by ten minutes (as mine was) you are more unable to catch your flight

Negativ: At the boading, just when we were putting our luggage we were around 5 kg more, in a bad way the turkish lady there asked us to reduce or pay. We reduced the luggage and 2 kg more were left but her and her boss isisted in a rude way to pay or to remove more luggage. We asked her boss to help us in lifting one big bag since we were all girls and couldnt lift it but he refused to help as a gentleman would do and said quick quick put the bag quickly. For sure I wi never chose turkish airline again.
