Positiv: Flight arrived on time

Negativ: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Positiv: The crew were excellent and seats were comfy.

Negativ: Headphones for the entertainment centre.could have been better. Sound quality not great.

Positiv: Food was great, enjoyed watching videos, staff very profession and friendly.

Negativ: Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles.

Positiv: Comfortable seat, great crew.

Negativ: Flight delayed, no USB port and no entertainment

Negativ: I’m not sure that short-hop flights should serve solid food. The quality invariably disappoints. Otherwise, all is good with this flight.

Negativ: Our request for vegetarian meals got lost after a glight was cancelled.

Negativ: CDG airport in Paris is a very inefficient and by far the slowest airport. I recommend other passengers to get to the airport at least 4 hours before their departure.

Positiv: Crew was solicitous.

Negativ: They didn't seat a couple with a baby together which put me in the unpleasant place of being asked to give up my bulkhead seat for a window seat.

Positiv: Priority Boarding for business class. The cabin crew were attentive, cheerful, caring. It's a short regional flight so the older, regional configuration of the seats is appropriate if not a little shabby. Offer of juices, Arabic coffee and dates before take off is very welcoming as is a choice of hot or cold towels. Flight was on time for take-off and landing.

Negativ: No inflight entertainment or, if there is, there are no headsets.

Negativ: I slept most of flight, boarding was okay.

Positiv: Good flight and really comfortable. Rate 5 star

Negativ: Amount of food was not enough from Hong Kong to Abu Dhabi.

Positiv: Efficient airline, friendly staff.

Negativ: Can't blame the airline but getting through terminals is time consuming in Abu Dhabi. Seats are small and hard but I felt excellent value for money.

Negativ: Boarding was vary slow and not on time. We lost one bag.

Positiv: Bag arrived which was great, boarding was easy and the flight was on time. The airport in Jordan was beautiful and Larnaca is very easy to navigate.

Positiv: Service and crew amazing friendly and went out of the way to Make u feel special even the pilots gave updates thru out the flight

Negativ: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Negativ: here is where they get you, yes, super cheap flight and 2 checked bags included, but you are only allowed 15kg a bag! you have to buy 20kg bags!

Negativ: The late departure. Again. With no reason or meaningful excuse given. The bland and overcooked food. The lack of space for knees and shoulders even though I'm only 1m72cm.

Negativ: Flight crew did not clear cabin at takeoff and landing. Tables left down, seats reclined. Did not enforce standards resulting in restricted egress in case of emergency. Allowed passengers to get up, collect thier bags from overhead compartments immediately after landing and during taxi. Clogged asiles. Poor air con during flight. Extremely cramped seating. Low budget and lax attitude. Consistently late flights On a positive note, direct nonstop flights to major destinations at good rates. You get what you pay for though.

Positiv: Uncomfortable seats , poor food category, bottled water supply was minimal, staff needs to improve on language, boarding was very stampeded baora

Negativ: Boarding was not comfortable, felt like you being pushed like animals

Positiv: Food in business class was good although it was odd that breakfast was served at 3am while “lunch” was served prior to arrival once we all woke up.

Negativ: The flight was the “older” business class set up with lacks privacy... not normally too much of a problem but there seemed to be quite a few upgrades from economy so it was full of people chatting loudly. There were problems with boarding that delayed the flight by an hour. Also, the boarding at Muscat’s new airport wasn’t great with the lounge telling us to board while, at the gate, boarding hadn’t started. MIght not be much of a problem except the kids were sleeping on our shoulders and there were no seats at the gates.

Negativ: The connection time between these two flights that you sell as a package is not enough. It is a 30 Min journey to do in a 45 min transfer, and the gate closes 30 mins before departure. Then if you’re first plane is delayed even by ten minutes (as mine was) you are more unable to catch your flight

Positiv: Impossible to enjoy a flight you didn't choose and were forced to fly on due to a schedule change, especially when the flights you'd booked had much better timing for a fixed teacher's holiday schedule. Avoid Oman Air unless you are sadistic and enjoy forced flight changes and no compensation. As I was forced to change to a flight to one arriving at 03.10 with my work starting at 06.00, I tried (and failed due to a lack of space and fidgety neighbour) to sleep all the flight to be fresh and professional for my work. The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep.

Negativ: I am a teacher. I can't choose my holiday times. I get three fixed weeks in summer. In both 2017 + 2018 Oman Air changed their schedule forcing me to change my flights. I was out of pocket for a small amount - they refused to pay the $27.60. I was to arrive home at 9pm for an 06.00 start to work they changed my flight so I arrived at 04.00. I asked for an upgrade to business class to try and sleep. They ignored the request. They instead sent me a copy of the small print saying that they were allowed to change anyone's flights and give zero compensation if the 'client' is informed two weeks in advance. I will avoid Oman Air from now on, even if they seem to offer the best times to fly.

Positiv: Das war mein erster Business Class Flug. Und es ist schon schön, mehr Platz, weniger Leute pro Toilette , und ein drei Gänge Menü zu haben. Die Lage der Lounge in Frankfurt war für mich zu ungünstig, habe ich deshalb nicht genutzt. Auf Langstrecke mache ich das bestimmt wieder.
