Positiv: The worst crew I’ve ever experienced on a flight, and I’m a frequent flyer, both domestically and internationally.

Negativ: To have not flown with Norwegian

Positiv: Boarding was smooth and everything was on time

Negativ: Did not get to board my flight.

Positiv: Cheaper

Negativ: Crew was rude to passengers. One passenger asked for extra bread and crew arrogantly commented , we dont give but ok take one.

Positiv: the crew was great.

Negativ: they asked us to check in our carry-on because the plane was full.I had important papers so I had to explain my situation. I hate confrontation so I felt anxious and I'm already an anxious flier. I feel that this should only pertain to people with larger carry-on. my was below the average size.

Positiv: Got an upgrade to business class

Positiv: The entertainment was good

Negativ: The food on the 2nd flight was bad

Positiv: Staff are helpful

Negativ: Very cramped old aircraft stuffed to the hilt. Only hand-luggage allowed.

Positiv: Seats were slightly more comfortable than Ryanair.

Negativ: Not making us bounce between gates 3 times because they didn't know where the plane was going.

Positiv: Nothing. This was poor service from every stand point, starting from punctuality. Almost 2 hours delay and almost lost my connecting flight in Barcelona

Positiv: vegan sweeties for the kids, so nice as my daughter usually has to say no. Also swiss chocolate - so good! Our veggie meals booked hadn't gone through on the system but we were found some they had anyway - wasn't very nice though.

Positiv: Good crew and despite the short flight we even got a sandwich which was great after a long day

Negativ: No entertainment but short flight

Positiv: Nothing.

Negativ: Food was not offered. Boarding was chaotic. Took off later than expected because of the chaotic boarding.

Positiv: Vueling is a horrendous company, delayed flights - very bad organisation

Positiv: Comfortable flight, quick boarding, great crew, good pilots.

Negativ: My laggadge was left behind in Zurich (with my medication). Given age of electronics how hard it to make sure that everything is loaded? Not hard at all. They located Laggage at 12:30, but took them 7 hour to ship to Barcelona, so it arrived at 7:30 pm to Barcelona airoport. And they only delivered next day. Not cool. Advice: read laggage tags to reading device during loading and compare with transit customers flight database.

Negativ: Seats and leg space were uncomfortable, staff could have been friendlier and more presentable (cleaner appearance)

Positiv: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Negativ: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(
