I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest

Negativ: They asked me to store my suitcase in an overhead bin at the front of the plane as they had run out of space so I complied. When it was time to disembark, someone had stolen my suitcase. I have not located it since and the customer service from Vueling is horrendous - they keep running me around to different departments and sending automated responses, refusing to answer my questions.

Positiv: Because kayak did not alerted me my flight had to be moved to Miami since is the only city that provides passports the same day. This extra expense costed me over 400$ in hotels gas and extra parking costs.
Negativ: Kayak services were terrible and I do not plan to use them again. The website should have alerted me that I needed a passport valid for longer than 3 months to my flight for Spain.

Negativ: You have to pay for anything you consume in the way of food and drink... even a glass of water to take a pill. My wife and I fly frequently and this will be our last time to fly Veuling. Other than the lack of any free beverages, the legroom is minimal, there is no TV and no electronic recharging at the seats.
Negativ: Somehow my bag didn’t make the allowance, and I had to pay $40, everyone else had equal baggage and were allowed to use them as carry on except me! NEVER FLYING WITH VUELING AGAIN!!!!!!
Negativ: The seat area was dirty with broken biscuit crumbs - both seat and floor. The pocket in front of the seat (back of previous seat) was filthy with what looked like yogurt and chewing gum. Very unpleasant!

Absolutely saved my night and I’m so grateful to her. All my information about my apartment were on it. I’m not sure what I would have done had it been lost.

Negativ: The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it

Negativ: Missing suitcase and then nobody available at the missing luggage desk for some time. Had to hunt around for someone to help us. Eventually when found they were helpful and have a useful online system for getting updates. Case not found at time of writing review but sounds hopeful.

Negativ: Nobody explained boarding and it was weird. We went through a gate, but there was not a plane. After standing confused for about 20 mins, a bus arrived and drove us to the plane. Despite this wait, we left about on time and arrived on time.

Negativ: When we got to the airport, the gate info wasn’t on the screen. We found a seat and waited until the time it said the info would be available. When the info was available, it said the gate was closing in 10 minutes. You have to pay for everything. I ordered a meal, but there must have been a language barrier because the stewardess sold me a meal and extra sandwich, when I only wanted one. The seats don’t recline.
