Negativ: Kiwi booked only 15kg bags instead of the paid 20kg bag on my booking confirmation. We had to pay an extra 90 Euro. It ruined our morning.

Negativ: My laggadge was left behind in Zurich (with my medication). Given age of electronics how hard it to make sure that everything is loaded? Not hard at all. They located Laggage at 12:30, but took them 7 hour to ship to Barcelona, so it arrived at 7:30 pm to Barcelona airoport. And they only delivered next day. Not cool. Advice: read laggage tags to reading device during loading and compare with transit customers flight database.

Negativ: Food was not offered. Boarding was chaotic. Took off later than expected because of the chaotic boarding.

Positiv: Boarding was smooth and everything was on time

Negativ: Boarding process was very slow. Paid for a sea in advance. I was assigned a seat in row 7, put in group 3. No overhead space for my small carryon.

Positiv: The flight was on time. The ground crew was pleasant and helpful, especially in meeting the needs of handicapped passengers.

Negativ: You have to pay for anything you consume in the way of food and drink... even a glass of water to take a pill. My wife and I fly frequently and this will be our last time to fly Veuling. Other than the lack of any free beverages, the legroom is minimal, there is no TV and no electronic recharging at the seats.

Negativ: The flight was delayed, then we loaded onto an airport bus where we stood, sweating, for about 10 minutes before the bus left. Once we got on board it took forever for people to be seated, and some people were having their seats switched and others couldn’t find anywhere to put their luggage.

Positiv: Nothing. This was poor service from every stand point, starting from punctuality. Almost 2 hours delay and almost lost my connecting flight in Barcelona

Negativ: Entertainment system didn't work. Couldn't hear movie at all with headphones provided and screen very hard to use and just stopped several times. Even after crew reset it twice, still problems.

Positiv: The crew was amazingly efficient serving food and drink. In the recline position the seat bottom extended which was far more comfortable than simply reclining.

Negativ: The food was mediocre and the selection of movies was very limited.

Negativ: Seats and leg space were uncomfortable, staff could have been friendlier and more presentable (cleaner appearance)

Negativ: Very cramped old aircraft stuffed to the hilt. Only hand-luggage allowed.

Negativ: Didnt turn on the AC until were in air, implying that everybody was sweating for 30min from boarding to ip in air. Crew refused Green Tea, saying it is only offered in Business class

Negativ: It’s frustrating to not have the ability to select seats before arriving at check in counter when there’s really not much to choose from.

Negativ: Nothing Everything was excellent

Positiv: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Negativ: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(

Negativ: Rude ground staff at Athens airport, unable to check in online prior to flight, had to wait in line for over an hour for a connecting flight and run to the gate to then be told I was on standby for my next connecting flight. Poor customer service, no headphones given even though all seats have tv screens - such a small thing can make a difference to overall experience eg providing headphones. The check in and boarding forbthis flight was an absolute joke. Two men were about to have a fight due to how irritated everyone was for standing in line for so long. No need whatsoever. Meanwhile 3 staff sat at the ticketing desk and just watched the line grow! When I asked for assistance they brushed me off as if I were a flea! Athens Swiss airlines ground staff are up there with the worst customer service I’ve seen.

Positiv: The boarding process was much easier and faster. No delayed flights.

Negativ: I used the laboratory before takeoff as I was one of the first people on the plane and I forgot to go before I boarded. The hand soap container was empty and I had to tell one of the crew. Shouldn’t that have been taken care of before boarding passengers?
