Positiv: The boardin personnel was unbelievably rude..they didnt let us board our very small luggages despite the plane was half empty. When we insisted they started laughing and threathen us of letting us miss our flight,with the attitude ignorants display when they are given a bit of authority

Positiv: Baggage drop informed gave us a heads up of extra charges to additional carry on bags if they need to be placed as hold luggage at gate, so we were able to check them at bag drop and save lots of money!

Negativ: Flight could have been on time.

Negativ: Flight was delayed. Took a long time to board.

Positiv: Flight at time. Arrived earlier than expected.

Negativ: I ordered a cava bottle and it was hot. But rest was ok

Positiv: The seat was comfortable.

Negativ: A drink of water should not cost 2euro. On a moderately long flight it is a necessity.

Negativ: Boarding procedures are a disaster. The plane arrived early however there was not a gate available for 45-60 minutes. Removal of the bags for customs inspection also took over 45 minutes. We then missed our connecting flight Out luggage made the plane but we didn’t!

Negativ: Seats in economy section are very close together . There is not enough room for knees...especially for such a long trip.

Negativ: It was a budget airline and not bad for a short flight. Nothing special.

Positiv: The aircraft was relatively new and well appointed.

Negativ: Service with a frown by half the staff. Took away headphones that I had stowed aside for a later time while taking a nap and gave it to another passenger - on a long haul business class flight. Poor service culture. Outbound flight was terrible. Six hour delay. No apologies. Rude telephone staff.

Negativ: Overbooked the flight by 20 people and split up our group of 4 traveling together. They gave 3 of us tickets and then told my dad who is the least experience traveler that he doesn't have a seat because he didn't check in online even though we were at the airport 2 hours ahead to check in. Paying $1000 for a ticket and then being told you don't have a seat is absolutely unprofessional and rediculous. We were traveling home from europe and had 2 other connections we had to make. After 3 hours they were able to transfer us all to another flight back to the states and then lost my dad's luggage. Horrible experience! Will not travel TAP again!

Negativ: too many "stops" in the boarding process, even when you have "speedy boarding" - check in at gate - waiting till door opens to go outside in lane - waiting at the end of the lane till boarding commences...

Negativ: Waiting in many lines, waiting on and taking bus to plane on tarmac, climbing stairs with luggage in hot sun.

Positiv: Crew was great, the plane was barely full, so you were able to stretch out.

Positiv: Nothing. This was poor service from every stand point, starting from punctuality. Almost 2 hours delay and almost lost my connecting flight in Barcelona

Negativ: 3 hours delayed due to a mechanical problem.

Positiv: Service was very good

Negativ: Made me go through security twice, 2nd time was right before boarding. Reason: randomly selected. And, they lost my luggage. No valid explanation given. Apparently, will get delivered on next day’s flight. A disappointing experience.

Negativ: My wife and I were separated by six rows. Unacceptable!

Negativ: Nothing. The plane was clean, everything was on time, and everyone was polite and professional.

Positiv: We knew that the gate would close 15-30min early since we traveled to Europe before. We also knew that checkin differs from American standards-you get a few minutes notice to board or get left behind.

Negativ: Warn travelers of exorbitant check bag fees. It's ok to pay 120 euro if you know you brought a lot of clothes for comfort, but if it's a surprise expense, not so fun.

Positiv: Board on time or at least updates why we are waiting.

Negativ: Despite zone boarding, boarding and disembarkation were very slow. Passengers like me with flight connections were very anxious regarding missing these.

Positiv: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Negativ: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Positiv: From the moment we checked in at Barcelona airport the airport staff were brilliant, my partner and his daughter are on the autism spectrum and struggle with crowds and social behaviour, but the gentleman that escorted us and helped us board could not have been nicer thank you

Negativ: The staff were great but there was a rather large rid group that could have triggered an episode, but after a quiet word with the crew we were again supported a quick exit

Positiv: The crew were welcoming and friendly and once we were able to board it was all very efficient. The pilot then kept us informed about delays and progress at all times.

Negativ: Mykonos Airport is chaotic, our plane was delayed but there was no communication and the information boards were not updated. There are no Easyjet staff members anywhere so you are just left to get on with it. The plane was a small so this meant little leg room - just about okay as a short flight.

Positiv: I notified the crew that I would have a very short time upon arrival in Madrid to catch my connecting flight to Santiago. They transferred me to a seat close to the front so I could disembark faster. That allowed me to reach the gate as the boarding began.

Negativ: The company handling the check-in for Iberia is inept. The line reserved for baggage drop-off was used to prioritize check-in for a large group, making the benefit of online check-in meaningless! Also, the supervisor who intervened on my check-in issue lacked basic customer service skills!

Positiv: Punctuality

Positiv: Budget carrier. No frills. You get what you pay for.

Negativ: At least provide water.

Negativ: We were impressed with this airline. Service was prompt, airplane was clean, and staff was friendly.

Negativ: Get rid of the nickel and diming!
