Die Sitze bis zum Notausgang haben einen gesunden Sitzabstand. Die Lounge in LIS war diesmal gut. Pünktlich
Vor dem Flug bombardierte mich die TAP, wir sollen upgraden und würden dann Fast Lane, Lounge etc bekommen. Weder Fastlane ist in TFS für TAP verfügbar, noch Lounge (die haben keinen Vertrag mit uns!)
Einsteigen ein Chaos und Gedränge! Y Business und Touristclass wird getrennt und im letzten Stück wieder zusammengeführt ein"Y"! Beim Aussteigen noch schlimmer. Alles öffnet die Sicherheitsgurte vor Freigabe, reisst das Gepäck runter und sperrt den Gang. Da sollte TAP eine Schulung bei LATAM machen, bei denen das Aussteigen reihenweise und gesittet abläuft.
Trotz online Check in wurde die digitale Boardkarte akzeptiert. Es wurde na h Kontrolle des Personalausweises eine Papierboardkarte ausgestellt. Im Flieger sind die Sitzreihen noch enger als bei Lufthansa. Der Service an Board war recht unfreundlich. Selbst Wasser gab es nur auf Nachfrage, ansonsten geht der Service an einem vorbei.
Sehr unfreundliches und wenig bemühtes Bodenpersonal. Zwang sämtliches Handgepäck aufzugeben, anschließend war weniger als die Hälfte der over Head bin’s leer. Hinweis auf elektrische Gegenstände im Handgepäck wurde ignoriert.
Kostet viel und bietet wenig, die innereuropäische Business Class der TAP

ees gibt kaum einen Gund, Business Class mit denen zu fliegen. Reihe 1 hat noch nicht einmal eine Overhead bin, man soll das Gepäck nach hinten bringen.
europäische Business Class lohnt sich nicht. Sie versprechen Dir Lounge, aber es gibt sie weder beim Start noch beim Ziel. Nur in Lissabon beim umsteigen. Und da werden fürchterlicher Kaffee und die schlechteste Pastel de Nata, die wir je erlebten, angeboten. Ganz ärmlich alles.

Well less than 24 hrs before we were scheduled to fly out, the exact same day, they cancel our flight! After a lot of phone calls and wait times we were booked onto TAP AIR PORTUGAL. Easy check in, my carry on was great, entertainment was on point, food was good (first European trip), crew was nice, plane was huge; just a good experience overall. I will definitely fly with them again."

Ich buchte diesen Flug, weil es eine richtige Business Class mit lie flat geben sollte. Stattdessen war es eine normale europäische Eco mit freien Mittelsitz. Das Catering war dreist schlecht!

Deshalb stand am Check-in-Schalter dann eine Mega-Schlange an, obwohl der Online Check-in vorher schon erfolgt war. Schlechte Englischkenntnisse des Flugpersonals. Kopfhörer für die Fernseher müssen gekauft werden (2,50 €). Der Verkauf beginnt jedoch erst eine Stunde nach dem Start. Bis dahin kann man sich mit Lippenlesen beschäftigen. Die Kaffeebewirtung wurde ab der Hälfte des Flugzeuges unterbrochen wegen Turbulenzen. Verständlich! Nur wurde der Rest der Passagiere danach nicht mehr bedient. Wer unbedingt Kaffee wollte, konnte einzeln in der Besatzungskabine nachfragen. Die Toiletten müssten bei einem Langstreckenflug unbedingt zwischendurch einmal gereinigt werden."

No se disculparon ni hicieron ningún ademán de ayuda. No había otros vuelos entre Lisboa y Oviedo hasta el día siguiente. Tuvimos que rehacer los billetes de avión en el aeropuerto de Lisboa, encontrar un hotel en Lisboa y cenar allí por el retraso del avión de su compañia y el indebido manejo de equipajes. Aunque las compañias aereas entre Boston y Lisboa y Lisboa y Oviedo fuesen distintintas, el asunto de " no es nuestro problema" " no es una sloución" al viajero, especialmente cuando se trata de vuelos internacionales. Lo menos que Air Europa podría haber hecho por nosotros es habernos facilitado un voucher para pasar la noche en Lisboa. Por decirlo claramente, rehacer los billetes a Oviedo y pasar la noche en Lisboa sumó otros 1000 dólares. Ni que decir que en Oviedo tuvimos que rehacer todo lo demás,porque nuestro vuelo no salió hasta las 4 de la tarde del día siguente. La vuelta del día 21 de Julio desde Lisboa a Boston aconteció iigualmente con otras dos horas de retraso. La compañia Delta en Boston e ofreció a montarnos en un avión Bostón-Atlanta más tarde sin gasto alguno. Su compañia en cambio se disculpó en un vuelo internacional. Su lema "No es nuestro problema". De poco sirve esto ahora de vuelta en mi casa, exceptuando que esta familia no utilizará en el futuro su compañia en ningún vuelo internacional, ni recomendará su aerolinea a otras personas. Nunca Iberia,Delta, Air France, British Airways, Tap ni American se han comportado de este modo a lo largo de nuestro recorrido por el mundo."

They left me stranded in a foreign country overnight with no accommodations and just complete and utter disregard for what had actually occurred. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any airline, ever. Beware. Their rules for checked baggage are ridiculous. Nothing is worth the money. I spent less on a 4-star hotel the night I was stranded than the airline charged me to check my bag. I initially paid $107 online to check my bag which was insane enough as is, but despite the fact that I had already purchased the extra large checked-bag option, I was charged an additional €80 at the airport since there was apparently no record of me purchasing the XL bag option (except for on my flight invoice as well as on my bank statement, of course). As a result, after seeking assistance from multiple employees—each of whom couldn’t have cared less—and paying the additional fee, I missed my flight (which was a CONNECTING FLIGHT) because they finished boarding early / closed the gates early. Their lovely cutomer service then proceeded to tell me (as I embarrassingly wept and sobbed), that I must purchase a new flight ticket, before also happening to mention that seeing as though it was almost 12pm, they were doing me a favor by waiting for my decision since I was delaying them from leaving work, as it was the end of their shift. All in all, because I missed my connecting flight, I then missed another flight, as well as a train I previously booked. I not only had to purchase a new flight, but also a hotel room, a taxi to the hotel since the airport hotel was fully booked, a taxi back to the airport from the hotel, and another train ticket, in addition to the obvious necessities such as food and water. All without even an apology from the airline. To make matters worse, once I was finally on the newly booked flight, I was not offered a single refreshment. No food, no beverages, and in fact, was actually ignored by the flight crew as they served everyone around me. EasyJet turned my long 16-hour journey into an exhausting and overall miserable 72+ hour journey due to their complete insolence. Never again......"

Finally, it is Kayak that notifies me that my flight is delayed 90 minutes, but yet the airline decides it is a good idea to have us board and then just sit on the plane before finally telling us after 30 minutes of sitting on the plane with the flight door still open that we are delayed another hour. I would not fly them again."

Statt dessen hat die Kabinencrew zuerst gemütlich gegessen und getrunken und das vordere WC gesperrt. Um die Passagiere würde sich die ersten 45 Minuten nicht gekümmert. Somit Schlangenbildung am hinteren WC. Gewisse Lustlosigkeit erkennbar. Ähnliches Verhalten die letzten 45 Minuten vor der Landung. Statt dessen mit dem I-Pad gespielt. Es stellt sich die Frage, ob nochmals mit Vueling gebucht wird, wenn es eine Alternative gibt."

If I had my headphones on I doubt I would be able to board that plane"
