Breakfast buffet was excellent-everything you could imagine and from every where in the world. Spice Cafe-excellent all round-food, seating and staff. Wired Internet in room was very good and high speed, was able to download pretty fast. Foot massage by the pool vey nice, staff friendly and funny. Watersports, although a little expensive, fun and entertaining. Near wonderful restaurants outside of resort and tourist stands selling variety of stuff from fruit to swim wear and equipment, and also local crafts. Also not far from other fun stuff like spice garden, botanical garden, etc. But most of all just love the plush green gardens.

The doctor was called in by the hotel staff very quickly & Ms Punitha Mary, the Service Manager did a follow up with us after the consultation. On the next day, my wife received a beautiful bouquet of roses from the hotel (sent by Ms Punitha Mary). We were surprised but appreciated the warmth thoughts, & my wife had decided to pose the photo of the flowers & our trip in facebook to compliment G hotel. Thank you & we had a wonderful stay in your hotel.

The welcome ice cream was lovely and even my parents in law loved the ice cream to bits! The lobby was huge and my kids loved sitting on the sofa while waiting for us to check in. Our bath room was very big and the sea view was a bonus while taking a bath! Will return again!

I also accidentally locked myself out once and reception provided me a new key card free of charge to once again access my room. This is a nice hotel that is quite central and close to the touristy part of Georgetown as well as the Esplanade in the north. Breakfast was quite a spread.

Positiv:: Dieses Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen und hatten ein sehr großes, sehr schönes und frisch renoviertes Zimmer. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Nur zu empfehlen.

Positiv:: The design and location of this hotel is impressive, even spectacular. The deluxe rooms above the 20th floor are amazing. When it comes to the service, food, operations of the hotel however; things start going downhill but despite this I would stay at the hotel again.

Positiv:: In all honesty, this hotel was very disappointing. I went looking for beauty and relaxation. I discovered a filthy room (which smelt of smoke, despite booking a non-smoking room), the staff responded very poorly to complaints. I ended up going to the hotel next door (Flamingo Hotel) for a massage rather than use hotel facilities. The breakfast was poor and all the hotel shops remained closed during my stay (flamingo hotel shops were open next door). The hotel was outdated and shabby. Staff response to my comment that I would be posting this information on-line was 'it does not matter to us'!!!

Positiv:: The 2 Room suite was very comfortable and quiet.While the hotel was very busy due to Arabic holiday season the staff were always helpful and polite.The bus service out the front of the hotel to Batu Ferringhi and Georgetown was moderd ànd frequent and the indian restuarant over the road was outstanding for quality of food and value.$16 Aud for 2 courses and beers.

Positiv:: It is overall a nice stay, it is very convenient to go to lots of places for good food. The room is big and has the living hall & bedroom separated with a sliding door. It has 2 TVs, one in the room and one in the living hall which is great coz me and my friend get to watch the program we each wanted.
There's jacuzzi in the room, shower stall and the toilet is separated too. There's also another toilet near the door entrance of the room so..again there's no need to wait for the use of toilet incase both are in need to use the toilet.
The receptionist & staffs are all very friendly so my stay with them are pretty pleasant. Request for high floor, near lift and non smoking room were all met and the room given was seaview which was really nice.
