The reason for the poor on the entertainment is because there wasn’t on the plane that was used. The snack was marginal at best.

Great crew and flight!

Delta does a great job. But im now looking for more direct flights in the future. My time is more valuable. I was in the airport/on a plane for 9 hours!

I liked that once up, things ran more smoothly and we still landed on time despite a 45+ minute delay leaving the gate. The boarding process was another story. With the demand for proof of a negative COVID test prior to boarding by the US, Air France had just 2 staff members checking these tests results, collecting a paper affidavit of sorts also required by the US, and checking boarding passes and passports for an entire Boeing 777 full of passengers. There were other staff around This seemed preposterous. Then, when I finally boarded, the luggage was still be loaded onto the plane at 1:50pm for a flight schedule to leave at 1:15pm.

Negativ: "I didn't like how the cabin temperature was freezing cold. My wife and I were wearing long pants and sweaters and were still freezing. We asked the flight attendants twice for blankets and each time they said no. I know they had extra blankets but for some reason they did not give us one. I thought that sitting in comfort+ they'd at least give us the comfort of a blanket but I guess not... Oh well."
Negativ: "About 7 of 8 crew staff was ladies in their 60’s. Grumpy old women. In case of emergency I would help to help them instead of crew members helping me off the plane."

Not only did my other half get our bags for free due to his status with Delta but the amenities they offer and the comfort of the economy seats compared to other airlines is a major difference. As a chronic pain patient, if I can find a Delta flight for a little more, I will be booking with them for sure! Highly recommend them!"

Entertainment options are very limited. FRA to ORD leg entertainment did not even work. It is outdated and never responded. Food is absolute garbage.

nicht aufregend - Preis-Leistung stimmt oft nicht

Lufthansa schliesst die volle Lounge um 21.30 - dann warten wir eine halbe Stunde vor dem Gate. Die Sitze sind uralt, aber gebrauchsfähig. Beide Toiletten funktionieren auf dem Oberdeck der 747/8. Der Service war professionell freundlich, aber nicht aufregend. Zwei FBs waren aber engagiert und eher typisch für die LH. Insgesamt ist die Business Class auf der Fernstrecke nicht aufregend. Mein Nachbar zahlte ab Zürich 6000 € für sein Returnticket. Das ist schon frech!

The Munich-Chicago flight was delayed. At the end of the flight crew didn't bother to announce that people with tight connections should be able to leave the plane first, and a number of people didn't make their flight. During flight crew members were doing something to bathroom door while there were people using that bathroom, which was very disconcerting. Announcements over PA were not made clearly.

Ich hatte noch nie so einen schlechten Buisness ( comfort ) Flug auf einer Langstrecke..... Hatte ein Internet Zugang gekauft, der nie funktioniert hat, nie wieder Lufthansa auf einem Langstreckenflug solange sie eine Buisnessclass haben

Aufgrund eines fehlenden "Middle Names" (2. Vorname) auf dem Ticket wurde uns der Flug verweigert.

Boarding für business class war etwas chaotisch. Flugbetreuung war sehr gut. DB als Zubringer war eine Katastrophe.

It's was canceled

The lost my luggage for the second!! Our flights had delays that caused us a very stressful layover to catch our connecting flight, I still have not received any updates on my first luggage that was lost 11 days ago. And yesterday my second luggage wasn’t loaded on time . I have to stay in a hotel with literally NOTHING till they find my luggage. Your customer service was NOT helpful at all and it’s gotten worse over the years .

Gepäck kam leider nicht an und wir wurden erts nach langem warten informiert. Swissport team hat aber einen fantastischen Job gemacht und unsere Lost&Found Formulare mit uns ausgefüllt.

Leider wurde unser Gepäck vom Mumbai Flug nicht auf den Basel Flug gebracht, so dass wir ohne Gepäck in Basel ankamen. Auch wurde diese Information wohl erst spät nach Basel gebracht,da wir dort ewig auf unser Gepäck gewartet haben bis wir informiert wurden. Das trübt den ansonsten sehr guten Flug.

Das Boarding ist bei Lufthansa auch nach zwei Jahren Corona immer noch eine Katastrophe. Keine Ansage der Gruppen, so das alle gleichzeitig zum Boarding rennen. Das gleiche beim Aussteigen. Volle Gänge keine Ansage über einen geregelten Ausstieg. Leider kümmert sich die Lufthansa offensichtlich wenig um die Gesundheit der Passagiere.

Frankfurt - Paris ist der Business Class lohnt sich nicht - es gibt kaum einen Unterschied!

The crew was very helpful on the plane.

The meals are full of bread, pasta, starch, tortilla with brownie, cookies, and candy bar snacks. Would appreciate more vegetables, fruit, and protein. I couldn't get my headphones to work. Otherwise the flight and attendants were great. Thank you!

Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."
Negativ: "The seats were very close together. The trip from New York to Amsterdam seemed a lot more comfortable than the return flight. The food from NYC JFK was better than the food from Amsterdam. The movie selection on both flights was a little disappointing."

Negativ: "I was told I HAD to pick up my bag at the Mexico City layover, which turned out to not be true. Because I was told by 2 different people AND the flight announcement that I had to, it caused a lot of undue stress when I waited for my bag and it never showed up, because it was being sent all the way to Merida, my final destination. I thought my bag was lost, and I was scared flying to another country by myself, so it would have really helped my trip if they understood to tell me to look on my baggage receipt what city it said on there."

Because with possibilities of issues like I had as well as the plane leaving early there’s too much stress. Plus I was almost STUCK in the airport because I didn’t have $1000. The insurance I bought did nothing for me because they said I missed the flight (although the flight left early) UGH"

Boarding crew (not on flight but in the terminal) was NOT nice-- I had a garment bag that in past experience does not count as an additional carry on since it can be placed on top of carry-on in overhead bin. Boarding crew member insisted I was over the limit (when though at check-in, the staffer saw how many pieces I had and made no comment) and she insisted I had to check one item AND pay the baggage fee. But this was a problem only because it was a full flight, and I was being punished just because my seat was in a tow closer to the front and boarded later, therefore there was less room left in the overhead bins. Also seemed ridiculous to charge for the first checked bag, with most other reputable airlines, there is no fee for the first checked bag for international flights."

They never mentioned I had to be 2 hours earlier to be on board, I didn't got heads up, i came like an hour and 15 minutes, and they told me I was not able to go in, because the gates were closed. I told them about my situation that I was late because I was in a funeral, and they didn't really care about it. Customer service was not really nice to me even though when I got there not to late. They didn't really care. Sad about it. I though they were going to considered my case. The attitude of some employees were unacceptable."

Negativ: "The crew had occupied the front overhead lugguge space that cause passenger need to find space for their luggage not around their seat. The crew member also occupied the remaining business class, is it better to upgrade some customer to the business to have great experience for the trip."
Negativ: "My seat didn't recline. I paid extra to be in front seat. I was asked to sit in a different row. I paid an extra $50 for nothing.lunch was bread and cheese."

Negativ: "Extremely disappointed. The flight was cancelled and next day it was delay for about 2:30 hrs and they let us waiting inside of the plane got about 1h 30 min . I will never use air Mexico again"
Negativ: "Aeromexico in a new cost reduction strategy decided to lower the temperature in their air conditioners making it a VERY uncomfortable flight. Also the lady at the gate didn't let me board the plane with a frappuccino arguing that's what the no liquids policy is about. A blatant display of ignorance and lack of training."
