As soon as I entered the flight it had an urine like odor through out the flight. I travel a lot in this airline and this is the first flight that had that odor. Negativ: "Check-in in the Cairo airport: different lines led to large differences in processing time ... our line also processed business class which led to us taking over one hour for check-in (basically being the last one) and having to run through security even when we arrived rather early. No initiative by the check-in attendants to balance between the lines. When they opened two more counters to process check-in they only processed the 'fast' line. Pro tip: avoid the (economy) check-in line next to the business counter. This probably led to the second problem ... they gave us separate seats when traveling with a young child."

It is an extreme inconvenience cz i will not be at home when u deliver and no one is left at my flat. Worst airline experience ever. I regret flying with Saudia. This is my first and last. The check in at the air port was appalling - disorganised - unhelpful and extremely slow - unfriendly supervisor and it caused stress for many travellers who were not sure if they would make the flight - no customer care displayed - it was a shambles
The price is great, but not even getting one check-in bag allowance is terrible, especially at over $50 per checked bag when purchased online ahead of time. The flight was late, and any food or drink you must pay for. Again, the price is great, but you get what you pay. I also feel that every Pegasus landing is so hard and fast that the pilot is trying to see how hard and far he can pound the plane into the runway!

Positiv: "Da ich bisher noch nie mit Pegasus geflogen bin, hatte ich mir den gesamten Ablauf und die Situation viel unangenehmer vorgestellt. Der Pilot ist so sauber und ruhig geflogen, die klimazisierung in Flieger war auch schmeichelhaft und die Beleuchtung ebenso. Da ich nachts geflogen bin fand ich die Entspannung umso schöner im Flieger. Daumen hoch. Jedes mal aufs neue:)"
Negativ: "Ungemütlich waren nur die Sitze, da man kaum Polsternnoch liegemöglichkeit sich verschaffen konnte und die Preise im Flugzeug für Snacks Getränke und Co."

Negativ: "Uncomfortable seats. Race car type no recline, no food included, overnight flight yet lights on board remained fully illuminated."
Negativ: "Never in time and the POS machine on board never works with debit cards or cards without PIN code .... it didn’t work with more than half of the passengers on board!!! Oh they also charged me 47 euros for just 4 kgs of extra weight!!! Unacceptable !"

Negativ: "The flight was delayed more than 1 hour. The gate lounge didn’t had enough chairs for all the passengers. They had any entertainment on board and they make you turn off your mobile phone for take off and landing even if you have airplane mode."

Negativ: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"
