When we checked in - they asked us to both check in our carry on luggage. The reason why is because they said they don’t think they have enough space for our carry ons. I told the crew member checking us in that other people that was checking in with the same hand carry size luggage with us had no problems taking it with them. For being about to be on a 17 HOUR FLIGHT we should be ALLOWED to have our carry ons with us! We take carry ons for that reason! I had to argue and prove my case to the crew member to atleast keep 1 carry on with us. I thought that was an UNACCEPTABLE reason for us to check in a carry on luggage when we had a 17 hour travel time ahead of us. Not a happy costumer here."

Wizz Air mobile app barely works when required (for boarding passes, etc) Not enough room in overheads for all the carry on they allowed, had to sit with bag and jacket on my lap for flight, as no room under seat either."

Long long queues, then continued to queue before boarding in the waiting/holding room. No toilets once you enter the corridor to go to gate. Unsatisfactory management. Water from air conditioner dripping on me on board from take off. Not an immediate suggestion to move, but agreement to do so on my suggestion and then gentle insistence. Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

At the gate they suddenly say i need to pay now , left me no choice but to pay 60(!) poumd from a small bag!!! The gate representative, Rose is her name, seemed like just a sales person, she didnt even care what i said, and said “ its your fault and tour responsibility “. “Please pay or you wont be able to board” she said. Yes, like a bully, demanded for money, or else.... Worst service i had ever experienced in my 16 years of traveling."

The fact that they charge for this is pretty ridiculous and scammy--I'm pretty sure they do it just to pull money from people who don't know any better. This information should be more readily available."
Positiv: "Not much to like. Two days before my flight I went on UIA website to choose my seat. There were many seats to choose from, ranging in price from $10 up to $50. I choose seat 26B, a $50 seat, it was near an emergency exit and has plenty of leg room. I get to JFK and received my boarding pass and didn’t notice the seat was 31A. I board the plane, and see someone is in my seat, look at my ticket and see the seat number isn’t as I requested and paid for. So I take my seat in 31A and wait patiently for the stewardess."
Negativ: "I didn’t like how the situation was handled. I had paid for seat 26B, and someone else was in my seat. The stewardess says there’s nothing she can do, the flight is full. I told her that I was fine sitting where I was, but I would like to be refunded for the seat that I reserved. Unfortunately for both of us, there was little that either of us could do to rectify the situation. I would have been satisfied with an explanation of whom I need to contact to ask for my refund, or have the situation brought to a managers attention that could help me. Overall it was poor customer service."

Negativ: "Overall I am disappoint with Ukraine Airlines. I will give you several reasons. First of all I'm a frequent traveller of Ukraine Airlines because I had a business in Ukraine. I have use your Airlines more than 10 times. I fly internationally frequently and I also use several other International Airlines. Compared to the Airlines I would rank Ukraine Airlines at the bottom. 1) I have never been on one Ukraine airlines that has the ability for a passenger to charge a cellphone or any other electronic device in the seating area oh the plane. Ukraine Airlines might be the only International Airline that does not have this. How can you not have this option for passengers in 2018 when you know people are using laptops and cell phones more than ever? This is unacceptable. 2) there are no television options on the headrest for passengers. Again, I do not know of any other International Airline that is not allow each passenger the ability to watch movies in front of their seats. The movie option for Ukraine Airlines is extremely outdated. 3) when taking the international flight from New York to Kiev, the food option is not good. It is only one Hot meal served. To give passengers a cold sandwich as a first option on an 8hr international flight is acceptable. It appears to me that Ukraine Airlines is 10 or 15 years outdated. I travel to Ukraine often and I do as much as I can to avoid your airline. Also whenever I'm talking to passengers in other airports and even passengers boarding Airlines we all talk the same about your airline. Most people are disappointed with your Airlines but have to use it because scheduling etc."
Positiv: "ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This entire experience was absolutely horrible from the staff to the plane to the wait time to the food to the lack of in fought entertainment or plugs or pillows to them making us sit for 3 hours on the tarmac"
Negativ: "Everything. This airline should be shut down tor their utter incompetence. They never even updated us when our flight was originally cancelled so I had to spend a hundred dollars getting to and from the airport."
Positiv: "Of course, electric plugs for computer so I can get work done."
Negativ: "It was all pretty good. The tv screens were so far away that it was not worth the bother to watch. But you guys are doing a great job considering."

Positiv: "Business class service, airline lounge was nice, flight included pillow and blanket with some personal items (ear plugs, eye mask, etc). Smooth flight. My best experience with this airline to date."
Negativ: "No toilet paper in business class bathroom during flight, only got 2 cups of water during 5 hr flight. Food choices for 4am meal not appropriate. Some passengers ordered hot salmon, this made me nauseous during flight. My meal included a fruit dish, slice of tomato, 2 slices of deli beef roast, bun, butter, jam, and coffee pudding dessert and 10 minutes into meal received hot cheese sweet cake with syrup. The combination of food was not appealing."

Wie bei den meisten Fluggesellschaften sind die englischen Durchsagen sehr mangelhaft: 1. undeutlich und 2. viel zu schnell. Es gibt ja genug Zeit."

Positiv: "Da ich bisher noch nie mit Pegasus geflogen bin, hatte ich mir den gesamten Ablauf und die Situation viel unangenehmer vorgestellt. Der Pilot ist so sauber und ruhig geflogen, die klimazisierung in Flieger war auch schmeichelhaft und die Beleuchtung ebenso. Da ich nachts geflogen bin fand ich die Entspannung umso schöner im Flieger. Daumen hoch. Jedes mal aufs neue:)"

Negativ: "I've never seen so many young children on a plane. There must have been one child for every one adult. Worst of all, their parents didn't even attempt to make them behave themselves. And the crew just let the kids run up and down the aisles and climb on seats. What ever happened to "please remain seated with your seat belts fastened"? Additionally, when I checked in, I asked for a window seat, the agent nodded, and when I got on the plane I found I was stuck in a middle seat. It was the longest two hours of my life."
