Negativ: Flug war verspätet, deshalb ein Punkt Abzug

Positiv: The check in was very good and there were people about to ask if you needed help

Negativ: The seats were incredibly cramped - felt like the seat back in front of me was right in my face!

Negativ: My sons car seat was lost in transit therefore didn’t have any seat for him to sit in once landed at Inverness Airport.

Positiv: Crew went above and beyond. Food was excellent and the Crew kept us hydrated.

Negativ: 600€ for tiny space in the plane!!

Positiv: The flight attendants were wonderful and the movies and space for the kids was great!

Negativ: The fee to pay when I was forced to check-in a carry on size small piece of luggage. 52 euros is a bit insane. I do not mind paying a fee, but that amount is insane

Negativ: No delay, the same reason was used on our flight out. Had to wait for staff to join this flight, surely they would have know the night before. No hand luggage which would save a great deal of time

Negativ: Free refreshments! Really 2$ water bottle?

Negativ: Abflug hat sich um 2h verspätet. Die Maschine für den Hinflug war defekt. Kann immer mal passieren.

Negativ: Delays meaning I missed my train in Gatwick and wont be home before 1am. Crew was not exactly nice either

Positiv: Ich bin unzufrieden. Dieser Reise nach Palma de Mallorca hat mit zusätzlich Kosten und Stress verursacht.

Negativ: 1 - Gepäckbestimmungen bei Hin und Rückflug ( 1 x 20 kg Gepäck) bei Linienflüge wie Condor und Iberia wurde nicht berücksichtigt sodass ich 1 Gepäckstück 20kg bei Rückflug extra bezahlen muss. 2 - Ich habe 3 x Sitzplatzreservierungen bezahlt weil Iberia die Fluggesellschaft geändert hat ( anstatt Iberia plötzlich Vueling) und es keine andere Alternative bei der Check inn Online gab. Ich musste 3 Sitzplatzreservierungen bezahlen, 1 davon völlig unnötig. 3 - Gate Änderung von 92 auf 98 in Palma de Mallorca unmittelbar vor der Rückflug sodass ich fast mein Flug nach München verpasst habe. Den ganzen Stress und 2 extra Gebühren kann ich mir ersparen wenn ich mein Ticket direkt in der Reiseagentur kaufe.

Positiv: Le pilote et copilote très sympathiques

Negativ: Pas d accueil dans l avion, chef de cabine triste et pas ravi de travailler. Équipe peu chaleureuse, ni souriante. Pas d au revoir en sortant de l avion non plus

Positiv: There was a 2hr delay and communication from the pilot was misleading at often times

Positiv: It is cheap....I suppose you get what you pay for, bad organization, no help, uncomfortable seats on the plane and not even a glass of water is included.

Negativ: Ok, it's TAP, it's a bargain, but the "breakfast" was a pitiful piece of meat on a stale piece of bread

Positiv: All was well from checking in to baggage claim.

Positiv: NOTHING.....................TAP AIR PORTUGAL CANCELLED THE FLIGHT WITHOUT PREVIOUS NOTIFCATION. I HAD CHECKED IN ONLINE, HAD THE APP ON MY PHONE WITH MY MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL...................NO ONE ADVISED. i SHOW UP AT AIRPORT AND NO ONE TAKES RESPONSIBILITY..............DREADFUJL AIRLINES

Negativ: EVERYTHING...................THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS WAS FOR A BUSINESS CLASS TRAVEL.................JUST IMAGINE WHAT A NIGHTMAORE THIS WAS FOR ECONOMY TRAVELING PASSANGERS

Positiv: My husband was on a business trip and his company booked him in business class. Economy was overbooked they cave me a free upgrade so I could sit with him!

Negativ: Cost of extra bag. Also size limit for overhead carryon

Positiv: The crew was very accommodating

Negativ: Entertainment system was old and with few choices

Negativ: Flight delayed due to technical issues, boarding crew said there was a hole in the plane and that it might be canceled. After a long delay we finally tookoff. Plane was very cramped and very little room for the legs. Food and entertainment were average and fine.

Positiv: The crew was quite pleasant and friendly - very accomodating

Negativ: Entertainment system is outdated, the food was only passable. The chocolate was nice

Positiv: Great leg room in standard seats!

Positiv: The check-in, pre-boarding, flight, and arrival were fine. We left a little late, but arrived on time.

Negativ: As expected, the seats did not decline and the spacing between rows was tight. It would be nice to have more room and reclining seats, but that is not the style for this airline.

Negativ: Terrible customer service. Attention to disable customers is null. They literally torture the disable passengers. Very rude and insulting wheel chair staff.

Positiv: It was one of my best flight

Positiv: The seats were comfortable, despite the fact that they didn't recline.

Negativ: We waited in cues repeatedly waiting to board. The check in crew kept separating people into different lines (unknown reasons). We were not told that the plane was late until after departure time. (by then, we had figured it out).

Positiv: The crew were welcoming and friendly and once we were able to board it was all very efficient. The pilot then kept us informed about delays and progress at all times.

Negativ: Mykonos Airport is chaotic, our plane was delayed but there was no communication and the information boards were not updated. There are no Easyjet staff members anywhere so you are just left to get on with it. The plane was a small so this meant little leg room - just about okay as a short flight.

Positiv: Board on time or at least updates why we are waiting.

Negativ: Communication

Positiv: Crew were very helpful. I had just had surgery and were very accommodating especially after I was very sick.

Negativ: Better leg room and organisation of the hand luggage in above lockers

Negativ: It’s frustrating to not have the ability to select seats before arriving at check in counter when there’s really not much to choose from.

Negativ: Had to pay the $259.00 to get another flight because my name wasn’t on the flight had to be on the phone for a hour and 28 minutes just to get my name on a flight after I paid over $900.00 on my round trip flight this was an awful experience and did not and will not book any flight ever with these airlines or the company representing them as VAYAMA
