Positiv: The cabin crew was very good. The check in process was tough but the representative was nice.

Negativ: The boarding representative wasn’t very welcoming and the baggage hold volunteering wasn’t explained fully to passengers, otherwise they’ll volunteer.

Positiv: From the moment we checked in at Barcelona airport the airport staff were brilliant, my partner and his daughter are on the autism spectrum and struggle with crowds and social behaviour, but the gentleman that escorted us and helped us board could not have been nicer thank you

Negativ: The staff were great but there was a rather large rid group that could have triggered an episode, but after a quiet word with the crew we were again supported a quick exit

Positiv: Bag check in was great! Had a great experience with the Easy Jet staff. Security was u bit unfriendly.

Positiv: The boardin personnel was unbelievably rude..they didnt let us board our very small luggages despite the plane was half empty. When we insisted they started laughing and threathen us of letting us miss our flight,with the attitude ignorants display when they are given a bit of authority

Negativ: Flight was a mutually on Iberia from Madrid to a Miami. All I can say is that MAD is a HOT MESS!!

Negativ: I checked in online and paid for a checked piece of baggage, never received the boarding pass, so when I arrived to the airport to drop off the luggage and wait for boarding, the machines didn't recognize my ticket locator and I had to stand in line for almost 2 hours (missed my flight)…

Negativ: I have paid for two luggages inside the plane but when I got to the check in the agent told me i only had paid for one luggage so he forced me to pay for a third luggage or he said I would miss my flight even though i had my receipt with 2 pieces. Terrible customer service

Positiv: The online tutorials are very helpful. Once the counters were open it was very easy to check our luggage and the option for holding the cabin bag is a plus.

Negativ: There was no announcement when to start boarding the plane. We paid extra for more leg room and I’m glad we did. The space between rows is minimal.

Negativ: At least give a glass of water.

Negativ: This is a budget airline. It was a decent plane, the crew was very friendly. Being a budget airline, food on board has to be purchased separately. There is no entertainment on board. The seats didn’t recline. Overall it was good value for your money.

Negativ: Delays meaning I missed my train in Gatwick and wont be home before 1am. Crew was not exactly nice either

Positiv: Great leg room in standard seats!

Positiv: The crew was amazingly efficient serving food and drink. In the recline position the seat bottom extended which was far more comfortable than simply reclining.

Negativ: The food was mediocre and the selection of movies was very limited.

Negativ: Better entertainment for an 8 hour flight. Take under consideration that tall guys can’t be squeezed in for 8 hours.Give some space to people who really need it

Positiv: Kind staff. We were served a very healthy snack which was also delicious. Flight was delayed due to fog in Porto but oh well! No big problema.

Negativ: The early morning fight was delayed, and I appreciated that TAP notified me ahead of time. However, TAP did not communicate that despite the 2 hour delay, we were required to be at the airport checkin as if the flight was never delayed - and agent dismissed us as late. Only begging got us on flight.

Positiv: It got us to our destination.

Negativ: Seats sucked. Screaming kids. Wouldn’t let us bring our carry-on for the last leg: Lisbon to Barcelona even though there was room.

Negativ: Waiting in many lines, waiting on and taking bus to plane on tarmac, climbing stairs with luggage in hot sun.

Negativ: This flight has a record of being late 90% the times i use it

Positiv: Orderly boarding process. Considerate reseating when bulkhead with extra legroom were not usable.

Positiv: Crew was really nice can’t complain

Negativ: Rude ground staff at Athens airport, unable to check in online prior to flight, had to wait in line for over an hour for a connecting flight and run to the gate to then be told I was on standby for my next connecting flight. Poor customer service, no headphones given even though all seats have tv screens - such a small thing can make a difference to overall experience eg providing headphones. The check in and boarding forbthis flight was an absolute joke. Two men were about to have a fight due to how irritated everyone was for standing in line for so long. No need whatsoever. Meanwhile 3 staff sat at the ticketing desk and just watched the line grow! When I asked for assistance they brushed me off as if I were a flea! Athens Swiss airlines ground staff are up there with the worst customer service I’ve seen.

Negativ: Boarding process was disorganized and no announcement was made about paper boarding passes and not accepting electronic ones. The seats were very cramped

Negativ: No information about the gate until you have tk run across the airport to board

Positiv: We knew that the gate would close 15-30min early since we traveled to Europe before. We also knew that checkin differs from American standards-you get a few minutes notice to board or get left behind.

Negativ: Warn travelers of exorbitant check bag fees. It's ok to pay 120 euro if you know you brought a lot of clothes for comfort, but if it's a surprise expense, not so fun.
