Positiv: Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!

Negativ: Traveling to Greece in off peak season.

Positiv: In The Austria my flight was terrible couse the official people didn’t help me I was with my baby I needed help for stroller for suitcase or something else just the guys watched me with they sad face , they didn’t was nice with me !!!

Positiv: I had a nice exit row seat and the plane had a good selection of entertainment.

Negativ: flights were delayed significantly and in Tbilisi the staff did not show up until about 10 minutes before the plane was supposed to depart. Crew had not been inside the new airport and could not answer questions about transfers.

Negativ: Our tickets had been cancelled when we got to the airport. Had to purchase new ones. Now we have to fight to get reimbursed. Not happy

Negativ: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Negativ: Once I arrived in Kuwait, there were no instructions by the crew on where to go to catch the connecting flight. I got lucky by asking somebody 2 hours later, and then they informed me I needed to take a bus to another Terminal, which was never explained by anybody.
