Demanded that I except any and all alcohol to give to her to drink. When I am tea total she then continued to abuse me. I asked the steward to move me he just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nowhere else. This is definitely my the worst flight I have experienced."

Airport terminals inconvenient: Frankfurt AM and Zurich were lacking in people movers which made getting from one gate to the next a severe pain. I am not looking forward to traveling through either of these airports in the future... though others are just as bad."

Very cramped in economy class - I'm 5'6" - not so tall.... and when the seat in front of me reclined, it was touching my knees. For the whole 13+ hour flight it was ON my knees! It was uncomfortable and made it very hard to get in and out of my seat."

Negativ: "This might sound petty, but on other long international flights, we have been offered free wine and beer. Other passengers expressed the same surprise that we had to pay (at a pretty high price) for a glass of wine or beer. Swiss Air should consider offering this nice "perk" on such a long flight."
Negativ: "I have never been charged for win on an international flight before. This was ridiculous. Also no Wi-Fi and the temp was warm the entire flight"

Negativ: "So upsetting that when I booked my flight I chose my seats so my husband and children could all sit together but when we checked in we were in completely different rows. The best they could do in the end was split us in half and have us behind each other which is ridiculous still because we had an infant and two children under 9. I called to make sure we sit together on the way home and they made it sound like they still can’t gaurabtee we will be together and that we have to pay more to guarantee our seats."

Set mit Schlafmaske und Ohrenstöpseln gab es nur ab Economy Max obwohl bei Hinflug auch an Economy ausgehändigt wurde. Kind hat recht viel geschrien, dadurch sehr wenig Schlaf - Flugpersonal ist nicht auf Kleinkind eingegangen."
Positiv: "For the last flights from Las Vegas to Zurich I've only been using Edelweiss. My favorite and preferred way to travel long distance. Always on time. Friendly crew. Clean planes."

Negativ: "Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :("

Negativ: "The conditions were very cramped. The entertainment system was quite old and had very little selection. My entertainment system actually stopped working all together. I called for assistance from my seat a couple of times, but nobody came."

Negativ: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."
Negativ: "Die Bestuhlung der Business Class in der Boeing 777 ist unbequem. Es gibt wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Anordnung ist 2-3-2, und die Fensterplätze und der mittlere Sitz hat keinen Zugang zum Gang. Man muss bei diesen Sitzen die Nachbarn belästigen. Finde ich gelinde gesagt suboptimal."

I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"

Negativ: "Flug kommt Mitten in der Nacht in Paris an. Da die Verbindung zum Anschlussgate noch geschlossen war, mussten wir formal nach Frankreich einreisen um zum Gate nach München zu kommen. Dort darf man sich im ungeheiztem Gate noch mindestens 2 Stunden die Zeit vetreiben."
