Positiv: Crew were excellent

Negativ: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Positiv: The crews were pretty great!

Negativ: The regulating of the temperature.

Negativ: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Positiv: Terrific hot breakfast in bus. class

Positiv: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Negativ: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Positiv: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Negativ: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Negativ: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again

Positiv: Food was great, movie selection too. Everything was great except for I couldn’t really get comfortable to sleep

Negativ: Not sure how to make the seats more comfortable. I have some back issues though. However, some of my travel companions slept right through the flight.

Negativ: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Negativ: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Positiv: Klm's consistantly high standards in everything they do.

Positiv: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Negativ: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Positiv: Nothing, they cancelled the Trip/Flights

Negativ: A pandemic not to occur and cause cancellation of this trip. Planned for over 6 months, cancelled.

Positiv: Crew is excellent, polite and personal!

Negativ: Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good.

Positiv: Overall a nice and good flight

Negativ: Just a detail, my “head holder” (not too sure how it is called) would not hold in position. Also, staff was a bit slow to come after being called, I had to go and ask for water by myself at some point since no one was coming after 15minites of waiting...

Positiv: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Negativ: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Positiv: Flight was on time.

Negativ: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Positiv: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Negativ: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Negativ: Seat could have been more comfortable (it is thin) and more space/pitch between the rows of seats.

Positiv: I had a connection flight which would not be for another 11 hours so I left the airport to get some sleep coming back the same carry-on I have with me now cannot come with me they want me to pay 40euro. In the meantime the flight is 40% empty and plenty of over head and yes is the same size of plane I came in the first place. However the agent was nice after I explain my situation she not charges me.

Negativ: Same airline coming from one place have different methods it’s a bit confusing.

Negativ: Klm is the best, even on a 40min they served small breakfast.

Negativ: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Negativ: Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours.

Positiv: Crew were lovely and happy and kept us abreast of the problems that caused a delay in departure.

Negativ: It was 2 hours late which meant we missed our train and got home 4 hours late

Negativ: Security check protocols and stuff didn’t helped to process the access caused me my flight lose. I missed the flight and didn’t travel
